If you are looking for a unique experience, this is definitely the place to stay. One of the highlights of our trip to Pingyao was the host. They were incredibly kind, messaged us before we arrived in Pingyao, and even offered a free pickup service. They made sure we did not have to wait at the railway station. Their communication was always excellent, and they were very transparent with information. On our last day, the host asked for our train tickets so he could arrange the timing to drive us to the station, which was about a 20-minute ride away. Before we left, they even gave us homemade vinegar as a gift. It was such a lovely experience, and we felt so warmly welcomed throughout our stay. There are no words to describe how happy we were during our time here.

A truly authentic ancient residential building! The host is incredibly welcoming, providing guests with a tourist map and helping to plan itineraries. They even offer vouchers for renowned restaurants (after a bad experience at a small eatery, I definitely trusted the host's recommendations). Any issues with room service are addressed promptly. Highly recommended!

The owner was super nice, took the initiative to give recommendations on what to eat and where to visit. The room I was staying in had Nintendo-themed decorations, super cute and super clean. I was able to check in early around 8 am.

The environment here is fantastic! The decor is super luxurious, and the hygiene is top-notch. The service is also very attentive, and they even offer equipment rentals. It's incredibly close to the main scenic spots. This time, I didn't make reservations, so I couldn't visit the Yungang Grottoes and the Hanging Temple, but next time I'm in Datong, I'll definitely stay here again!

Everything perfect! The stay was amazing! The big shared area ís lovable. I booked a bed in the dormitory and at the end I was alone in a room of 2 with private bath. Probably due to low season. Anyway, bed was confy and clean. Bath perfect with soap and towels available. Totally recommended

一進酒店，就能感覺到這裏環境特別好。大堂裝修得很有格調，燈光柔和温馨，讓人瞬間就放鬆下來。走廊乾淨整潔，沒有一絲雜亂，還擺放着一些綠植，增添了不少生機。 我住的房間更是讓我驚喜。空間寬敞明亮，佈置得十分温馨。床鋪軟硬適中，被子和枕頭都超級舒服，睡在上面就像陷進了雲朵裏，每晚我都睡得特別香。房間的採光也很好，白天陽光透過窗户灑在床上，心情都變得格外舒暢。而且房間的衞生做得非常到位，各個角落都一塵不染，完全沒有那種久住的陳舊感。衞生間也很乾凈，洗漱用品質量也不錯，用起來特別安心。 除了環境，老闆的服務更是沒得説。從我們到店的那一刻起，老闆就熱情地迎接我們，幫忙提行李，還詳細地給我們介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩景點、美食餐廳。在我們入住期間，老闆總是主動詢問我們的需求，有什麼問題都能第一時間幫我們解決。有一天我們遊玩回來比較晚，老闆還貼心地給我們準備了熱湯，讓我們在疲憊的旅途中感受到了家的温暖。 這次在[酒店名稱]的入住體驗真的太棒了，環境好，老闆的服務更是無可挑剔。強烈推薦給來[城市名稱]旅遊的朋友們，相信你們也會和我一樣愛上這家酒店！

We stayed in a clean modern apartment in a high-rise building. Everything worked as expected. We had a good view towards the south suburban area of the city, but just outside the apartment next to the elevators, we could get a good view on the city center — especially nice at night when the city is lit up. The staff at the reception (located in a restaurant just outside the apartment building) was kind and helpful not only with managing the reservation itself but also helping contact a tourist attraction. We had dinner at the restaurant where the reception is, and can recommend that too, both for great local taste and very cheap prices.

We arrived at the newly opened hotel quite late, but the staff checked us into a room and even gave us a free late check-out. The price was incredibly good value for money. We slept very comfortably that night; the bed and blankets were new and very soft. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This stay was a truly delightful surprise! The hotel was spotless, the room was immaculate, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, demonstrating the exceptional housekeeping service. The hotel's location is quiet despite being in a busy area, with lush greenery outside the window and excellent soundproofing, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even thoughtfully explained the hotel's facilities. What touched me most was that when I accidentally left my power bank behind during check-out, a staff member noticed and proactively contacted me, safely keeping it safe. Their honesty and professionalism are truly admirable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time!
