Low review for cleanliness due to the rather large rat that ran past me while we having our supper

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

Had four nights in this hotel was it was a pleasant stay . Staff were good and accommodating . Rooms are nice .

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

Remote mountain area~ can live. Everything is available~ English at the front desk Stayed temporarily for one night. Anyway, it’s just like that. Don’t expect too much. Hygiene: General Environment: OK Service: No service Facilities: quite new!
