Please note that the hotel does not have air conditioning, only a small fan, and there is no laundry room

Very good, the environment on the island is very good, the hotel has someone cleaning every day, the bathroom is relatively large, and there is a hair dryer. The hotel facilities are very complete, the breakfast is also very delicious, I will go again next time

No lift/ elevator! The rooms are pretty nice but dusty on the tables & side bed tables, didnt clean.. the toilet floods as well.. the instructions should have put photos so guest checking in after hours can get a better look at the streets at night because there wasnt any lights in the alleys. It was a very nice stay as its very near the city center! Highly recommend, breakfast selections were very good too

The working lady sent it to the room at breakfast. Finally, when I checked out, I suggested buying a plug and swiping the card. The brother said directly. Give it to me, may I ask if such a staff is out of print. The hotel has a bicycle. The little brother has debugging it for free for two days. The hotel view has been shown above. We had such an amazing experience staying at Hotell Slottsbacken. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, although a little cosy, had all the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the sea behind the trees. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing with vegan and gluten-free options available. We would love to return again in the future and definitely recommend it to others looking for a hotel in Visby!
