The hotel's location was very convenient, with the Old Town Square within walking distance. The property is situated on a slight uphill, which can be a bit tiring when carrying luggage, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for three nights and had housekeeping once. The hotel uses a sustainability system where guests select which services they would like completed, which is a thoughtful idea. However, some dusty surfaces, such as the tables and cabinets, were not wiped down, and we had expected those to be cleaned as part of the service. We also forgot to request a coffee refill on the housekeeping form. When we later asked at reception, we were charged for a coffee pod. The cost was very small, but it was a little confusing since the coffee was described as complimentary. Despite these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again.

Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was super convenient – easy to walk to the old town and the train station. The front desk staff were also quite friendly. My only minor complaint is that on the second day, nobody came to change the towels, empty the trash, or replenish the tissues.

The hotel's location was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was generous and plentiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel😉😍

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the location was excellent, within walking distance to tourist attractions. Although there were no toothbrushes or slippers, we had a comfortable stay with amenities like bottled water, instant coffee, tea bags, body lotion, and an iron. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to check in early when we arrived just before 1 PM. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was quite strong, and it remained cold even after turning it off. However, it wasn't an issue once we pulled up the covers, and I'd rather have it cold than hot.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Close to city center, few minutes by tramway. Good views from the room.

Love this hotel, it is very near from everywhere. Mr.Patrik and Ms. Alexandra offered the toooop service, sosososo nice person they are. I will recommend my friend live here by too. Looking for live here next time🥳🥳🥳

The hotel is located on a hillside, in a good location, there is a parking lot in the hotel, but it needs to be paid. Hotel service is very good, the hotel facilities are a bit old. Hotel breakfast is good.

It has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful She also helped me store my luggage
