If the National Museum impressed me with its vast history, the Forbidden City amazed me with the grandeur of imperial power! This place is a must-see at least once in a lifetime. You feel dwarfed by these vast courtyards and majestic halls. **What I liked most:** The architecture is simply incredible! Red walls, golden roofs, carved dragons at every turn. Every hall, every courtyard preserves the atmosphere of the ancient Ming and Qing dynasties. It feels like you've stepped back in time several centuries. Everything is very well preserved and restored. **About time:** We walked around the grounds for **4 hours**, and that was enough time to see the main routes, but we wanted to stay longer! The grounds are vast, so **allow at least 4 hours** for a leisurely stroll without rushing. If you choose an audio guide or a tour guide, you may need more. We followed the route from south to north (as expected), and the four hours flew by in a flash. Organization:** Important to know: bi

A visit to the Forbidden City is a must when visiting Beijing! Reservations are required to enter the Forbidden City. As a foreigner, it was difficult to reserve on the official website, but thanks to Trip.com, I was able to book with ease! It was great that I could simply scan my passport and enter. It's incredibly large, so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes! Visiting the palace was truly a blast!

We visited in early March, the greenery hadn't yet blossomed, but it was still a pleasant stroll through the park. We bought tickets on trip.com and used our QR code to get in; no one asked for our passports. From the top, there's a view of the Forbidden City.

Xiucai said that Jiang Shangyi gave us a guided tour of Jingshan Park today. Guide Jiang contacted us in advance. Her service was warm and attentive; she waited for us at the meeting point early. She even gave the children small gifts. She interacted with the children during the tour. Through her explanation, we learned about the history of Jingshan Park. Jingshan has the second-highest number of ancient trees in Beijing, making it a natural oasis. The panoramic view of the Forbidden City from Wanchun Pavilion was truly breathtaking. This is arguably the best scenic spot in Beijing, and Guide Jiang's explanation made the trip worthwhile! Highly recommended by Xiucai!

As a tourist, my experience in Wangfujing can be described as "lively, fun to shop in, and charming." It's bustling with people both day and night. The streets are clean and bright, with shopping malls, time-honored brands, and street food all conveniently located. Strolling along the pedestrian street, you can enjoy the neon lights and street performances while browsing the shops, experiencing both the vibrancy of modern commerce and the charm of old Beijing brands. What attracted me most was the Wangfujing Snack Street. The sheer variety of Beijing specialties was dazzling. You could find candied hawthorn, tripe, donkey rolls, and kebabs—the taste varied, but the atmosphere was fantastic. Occasionally, you'd see tourists gathered together taking photos and chatting, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Overall, Wangfujing is a great place to experience the vitality of Beijing. You can eat, buy souvenirs, and feel the typical commercial prosperity of the capital. As a tourist, I think it's well worth a visit.
