"I had to switch to this hotel last minute, but it might be one of the best five-star hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was huge, with complete and new facilities, and the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the desk wasn't big enough. The gym and outdoor pool are a bit small but functional. This hotel feels very much like a family-friendly resort, with tons of kids around. During breakfast, it's pretty much a scramble for seats, and most of the food runs out, so you have to wait for refills. Both those with and without children should consider this hotel."

"The room type was very comfortable, and the environment was beautiful. It's conveniently located near Gongbei Port and shopping malls, making it easy to travel to Hong Kong and Macau. This place is also perfect for families with children. The front desk service was excellent, and the concierge was very responsive. They also have a playground, a gym, and a children's playground, which my kids absolutely loved. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again! Amazing, amazing, amazing!
