"I specifically chose the Qiuguo Hotel for my trip to Harbin's Central Avenue, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. I especially want to commend their thoughtful and warm service. The hotel's location is unbeatable; stepping out, you're right in the bustling commercial area, making sightseeing and getting around incredibly convenient. And the attentive service added so much warmth to this trip. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with no long waits. Realizing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff proactively shared local travel tips, recommending authentic eateries and must-see spots. They also thoughtfully provided local transportation advice, explaining everything patiently and in detail, which immediately made us feel very welcome. The service after check-in was equally impeccable. The housekeeping staff was diligent and meticulous, cleaning our room punctually every day, ensuring every corner was spotless. The bedding was neatly arranged, and toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. The room remained consistently clean and comfortable, making our stay exceptionally reassuring. Whenever we had a temporary request, a call to the front desk was met with a swift response, and needed items were delivered quickly, demonstrating efficient and considerate service. All hotel staff had a strong service-oriented mindset; even when we encountered them in the hallways, they would proactively greet us with a humble and polite attitude. The lobby also offered complimentary tea and snacks, showing attention to detail. The entire service experience felt natural and genuine, without forced pleasantries, yet we constantly felt valued. The check-out process was simple and quick. The staff even proactively inquired about our stay and thoughtfully offered luggage storage services, showing great consideration. In summary, both the location and environment are outstanding, but the service truly stands out. It's professional, meticulous, and delivered with warmth, offering excellent value for money. For anyone visiting Harbin, this Qiuguo Hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit!"

"This stay was absolutely amazing! The lobby has a refined, bookish ambiance. Check-in was quick, and they even offered hot tea, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the zero-pressure mattress and deep-sleep pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water came quickly, and the external vanity sink was super practical. Little details like the bedside wireless charger, lighted makeup mirror, and clothesline were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast had a live noodle station, plus a rich and fresh selection of Chinese and Western pastries and fruits. The free laundry room and gym were very useful, and they even offered warm congee late at night. The young man and woman at the front desk provided exceptional service! I'm completely won over and will definitely stay at Atour again next time!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Central Avenue, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This saved us a lot of travel time, especially with kids. The room was spacious and well-designed, with excellent cleanliness, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was a very pleasant touch. The staff were gentle and friendly, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. With plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, many landmarks were within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended for families with children."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very close to the main interchange between the first and second lines of the subway, meaning that you can get to major tourist destinations (like Ice and Snow World and ZhongYang street) very easily.  The staff are very helpful. They helped us use the coffee machine in the foyer and recommended good restaurants. They were also good when I was feeling sick. They gave us lollies to give me energy and information for the hospital.    The hotel was very clean, had free laundry machines and had a very inviting lobby. The lobby had an assortment of warm drinks, some sweets, and snacks. It was also nice and warm, especially compared to the frigid temperatures outside. There was also quite a bit of comfortable seating to rest on.  If I ever return to Harbin, I will definitely stay here again."

"A delightful stay that added so much joy to my trip. I used to always stay at Shangri-La, but this time I chose the Meilun Meihuan Hotel on Central Street. The room was spotless, and the soft furnishings were so tastefully arranged, making for a very comfortable feel. Every little detail showed thoughtful consideration. The bedding was cozy and comfortable. The service was gentle and appropriate; they weren't overly intrusive but were always there to help when needed. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet conveniently located for getting around. My days here were peaceful and relaxing. A good hotel always cures travel fatigue, and this one is worth experiencing slowly. I'm happy to share this wonderful experience with more people."

"The hallways are elegant and quiet, making me feel very safe even when traveling alone. The disposable amenities are clean, hygienic, and of excellent quality, so I felt comfortable using them. The air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season, and the room feels dry and fresh, not stuffy. The front desk offers 24-hour service, which is a huge plus. The entire building is a grand and beautiful colonial-style house with a rich historical atmosphere, perfect for taking amazing photos. The check-out process was simple and quick, and the service was thoughtful, making my departure just as easy and pleasant as my stay."

"We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience."

"TianTian is a great hotel here in Harbin. It's 3 mins walk to Zhongyang street. As you can already see the famous street from our room window. Sophia Church is 10 mins walk from the other direction. The room is big and spacious. Housekeeping Ayi is very nice and approachable. She refills our water daily and clean our room. We first stayed for 2 nights and then we went to Snow Valley. They allowed us to leave some of our luggages. After snow valley we came back and stayed for another 4 nights as we enjoyed the stay here at the hotel. Best part they have washing machine for free use. We will definitely come back soon maybe end of the year. 🫰❤️"
