"My recent trip to Harbin led me to the Qiuguo Hotel on Central Street, and what truly impressed me wasn't just its fantastic location, but the incredibly thoughtful and warm service. The entire experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
The hotel is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. But what really stood out was the staff's genuine attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and handled check-in efficiently and patiently. Knowing we were out-of-town visitors, they proactively offered detailed advice on local attractions and dining recommendations, even providing helpful tips for getting around. Their attitude was gentle and sincere, completely devoid of any commercialized pretense.
Throughout our stay, every service detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Housekeeping was prompt; whether we needed extra amenities or just had a simple question, staff responded and took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff were thorough and responsible, changing linens promptly and maintaining excellent hygiene. They were patient and accommodating with any requests, making our stay both secure and comfortable.
The hotel's thoughtful, guest-centric services were a huge bonus. With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. The lobby also provided complimentary water and snacks, a welcome respite when we needed a break. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed.
From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations.
For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision. Its prime location, comfortable environment, and meticulous, considerate service make for an exceptionally pleasant journey. "It gets a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings next to the restaurant, as the clanging of plates is quite piercing.
**Environment:** It's very close to the subway station, and Central Street is right outside, which is super convenient.
**Facilities:** It's a bit annoying that the lights can only be adjusted to a few modes instead of individual on/off control. Everything else is fine though, and the TV works well with channels and shows, which is good for older guests.
**Self-service Late-night Diner:** This was really good! After a heavy Russian meal, coming back and having some fruit here felt very refreshing. Breakfast, however, was pretty standard."

"The hotel is very close to the Museum metro station, and directly opposite Qiulin Company. There are also several other shopping malls nearby, making shopping very convenient. The room is quite spacious, and the duvet covers were changed daily. The underfloor heating was more than sufficient, which was great because Harbin winters are really cold! I felt staying here was better than in the Central Street area. If you want to experience some Russian flair, this is a good choice, as Gogol Street has many Russian-style buildings. It's nice to just walk around and explore."

The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

A five-diamond rating paired with a relatively low price made me a little unsure. After one night, I realized my worries were unfounded. This hotel fully lives up to its five-diamond standard, paying extreme attention to customer privacy and etiquette. It's truly a luxurious yet cost-effective choice.
The room was thoughtfully arranged; I was particularly impressed by the vase on the table. My first impression upon entering was cleanliness and brightness. A front desk attendant helped introduce the room and carry my luggage. The central air conditioning and central boiler system operated quietly, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The shower pressure was stable, without the common hot-and-cold fluctuations found in older hotels. On the nightstand, there was a capsule coffee machine. Waking up in the morning, I'd press a button and leisurely stand by the window while waiting for the coffee – a truly relaxing moment. The bathroom was equipped with a smart bidet toilet, which was a pleasant surprise at this price point. The heated seat was very friendly for those with hemorrhoids, showing great attention to detail.
Regarding dining, the room rate included a buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast variety wasn't extravagant, but it had everything necessary – a choice of Chinese or Western set meal, fried rice, bread, fruit, salad, and beverages. The quality of vegetables and fruits was guaranteed, as shown in picture one, indicating excellent quality control. It was a satisfying meal. The afternoon tea was complimentary; enjoying a cup of tea with a couple of pastries and cookies during a break was neither perfunctory nor half-hearted. Overall, the price, including these two meals, offered genuine value for money.
Service was a major highlight, especially for a five-diamond hotel. The front desk staff left a deep impression. From check-in to asking questions later, their demeanor was consistently gentle and patient. They kindly inquired about your needs; it wasn't a standard, trained smile, but rather a feeling that they were genuinely listening to you. They helped carry luggage all the way to the room and then thoroughly introduced the room's furnishings, explaining everything meticulously. While I don't know the staff member's name, I believe most of the service personnel exhibit such excellent attitudes.
Solid hardware, warm service, and reasonable prices. There weren't any over-the-top experiences, but every detail made you feel that the money was well spent. If your budget falls within this range, it offers excellent value for money. This hotel is also not far from the exhibition center, making it worth a try.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold.
We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight.
The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called.
Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

GGuest UserDo not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

MM312603****We stayed here for a ski trip. Our butler contacted us a day in advance and picked us up as soon as we got off the high-speed train. We were able to check in around 10 AM, which I thought would be much later.
We had lunch on the hotel's first basement floor, and the food was exceptionally delicious and perfectly suited my Cantonese palate.
After skiing, we returned around 4 PM, and the butler brought us a humidifier and some fruit.
Any service we requested in the evening was delivered immediately after a phone call; the response time was incredible.
If it weren't for my teammate getting sick and needing to return to Harbin for treatment, we would have definitely stayed another night, especially since we still had a day trip to Snow Village planned.
When we left for the station, the butler even rode with us to see us off. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic. Although the weather was cold, it warmed our hearts.
