"My recent trip to Harbin led me to the Qiuguo Hotel on Central Street, and what truly impressed me wasn't just its fantastic location, but the incredibly thoughtful and warm service. The entire experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! The hotel is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. But what really stood out was the staff's genuine attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and handled check-in efficiently and patiently. Knowing we were out-of-town visitors, they proactively offered detailed advice on local attractions and dining recommendations, even providing helpful tips for getting around. Their attitude was gentle and sincere, completely devoid of any commercialized pretense. Throughout our stay, every service detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Housekeeping was prompt; whether we needed extra amenities or just had a simple question, staff responded and took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff were thorough and responsible, changing linens promptly and maintaining excellent hygiene. They were patient and accommodating with any requests, making our stay both secure and comfortable. The hotel's thoughtful, guest-centric services were a huge bonus. With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. The lobby also provided complimentary water and snacks, a welcome respite when we needed a break. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed. From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations. For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision. Its prime location, comfortable environment, and meticulous, considerate service make for an exceptionally pleasant journey. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin and sincerely recommend it to all my friends coming to the city!"

"This stay was absolutely amazing! The lobby has a refined, bookish ambiance. Check-in was quick, and they even offered hot tea, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the zero-pressure mattress and deep-sleep pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water came quickly, and the external vanity sink was super practical. Little details like the bedside wireless charger, lighted makeup mirror, and clothesline were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast had a live noodle station, plus a rich and fresh selection of Chinese and Western pastries and fruits. The free laundry room and gym were very useful, and they even offered warm congee late at night. The young man and woman at the front desk provided exceptional service! I'm completely won over and will definitely stay at Atour again next time!"

"It gets a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings next to the restaurant, as the clanging of plates is quite piercing. **Environment:** It's very close to the subway station, and Central Street is right outside, which is super convenient. **Facilities:** It's a bit annoying that the lights can only be adjusted to a few modes instead of individual on/off control. Everything else is fine though, and the TV works well with channels and shows, which is good for older guests. **Self-service Late-night Diner:** This was really good! After a heavy Russian meal, coming back and having some fruit here felt very refreshing. Breakfast, however, was pretty standard."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this home in Harbin, China. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family.The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us with many things from before our arrival until after our departure. On our last day, after check-out, the owner kindly helped us store our luggage, allowing us to explore Harbin freely before our evening flight.Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin, especially for families."

"The service was excellent, with staff always available online and incredibly responsive to any requests. The towels and bedding were changed for every new guest, which was great. The decor is simple yet elegant, making it perfect for photos. My stay was absolutely fantastic! It was super convenient to get around; just a few minutes by taxi to all the attractions. The room was well-ventilated with no musty smell, and the WiFi was fast and smooth, perfect for both work and streaming."

"This was our first family trip with the kids, and I've always had a good impression of this hotel. It was very clean, and the location is incredibly convenient. I'd read some reviews mentioning poor soundproofing, but honestly, we stayed for four nights and didn't hear a single noise. The cleaning staff on our floor were excellent, and the front desk ladies were all very friendly and polite. They even extended our check-out time for us, which was so thoughtful. If we come back to Harbin, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend! 👍"

"The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming! The place was spotless and tidy, and the room was cozy and spacious, exactly like the pictures – absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic, with all the attractions nearby and everything within easy walking distance. The room rate was also very affordable, offering great value for money! I not only had a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also got a taste of local life. That's my review for this hotel. Superb! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay here again! I loved it so much!!"

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very close to the main interchange between the first and second lines of the subway, meaning that you can get to major tourist destinations (like Ice and Snow World and ZhongYang street) very easily.  The staff are very helpful. They helped us use the coffee machine in the foyer and recommended good restaurants. They were also good when I was feeling sick. They gave us lollies to give me energy and information for the hospital.    The hotel was very clean, had free laundry machines and had a very inviting lobby. The lobby had an assortment of warm drinks, some sweets, and snacks. It was also nice and warm, especially compared to the frigid temperatures outside. There was also quite a bit of comfortable seating to rest on.  If I ever return to Harbin, I will definitely stay here again."

"一般酒店住宿類的點評我都是實話實説，為了給其他遊客更多的參考。優點：1，地理位置非常便利，離地鐵口衹有幾十米，出門就是地鐵口去其他景點很方便，或者打車去其他地方都很便利，位置好這點毋庸置疑。附近也有小型商場和餐館超市，能滿足日常生活需求2，價格便宜，錯峯出行真的巨划算，除了週六日會上漲外其他時間都便宜。3，房間面積比一般連鎖酒店大一些。4，實際上很實惠，如果缺點可以接受確實沒毛病挺好的缺點：1，衞生差，雖然這個價格不應該太挑剔但還是實話實講，床品有些臟，衞生間和浴室打掃的不乾淨，甚至地面還有不屬於我的頭髮。床墊硬，這個是我老公説的，睡的腰疼不舒服。2，沒有毛巾浴巾衹有一次性浴巾沒有一次性毛巾，還好自己帶了毛巾不然真不知道洗了頭髮怎麼擦乾。3，有異味，很濃烈的煙味，大冷天開窗户快凍透了也沒散出去。4，隔音差，複式隔開上下層再單獨租出去，所以樓上聲音聽的見。5，是沒有交暖氣費嗎？還是有暖氣就是不熱，反正感受不到暖和，一直開空調還是覺得冷，甚至第二天都不敢洗澡。6，來了大東北好幾天第一次碰見要求微信轉按金的，這個確實和其他地方的民宿和酒店都不一樣，反正我去其他地方也訂民宿沒見有收按金的。每個酒店或者民宿優缺點都有，追求價格性價比可以接受缺點還是推薦可以選擇，每個人有不同選擇才會有不同層次的商家，選擇最適合自己的就好了，我衹代表我的角度發表感受"

Step outside and you're surrounded by historic architecture, and the subway is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to reach Central Street and various time-honored restaurants. No need to go far for good food and exploration! The building itself is a beautifully renovated old merchant house, blending European carved facades with traditional Chinese courtyard elements. The wooden guest rooms are elegant and quiet, and the courtyard's lush greenery creates a wonderful ambiance, perfect for photos. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, even offering recommendations for local cuisine. The bedding in the rooms is soft, and overall cleanliness is acceptable. On the downside, some rooms are a bit small, soundproofing isn't great, and water pressure in the bathrooms can be inconsistent. Breakfast options are limited, and there's a noticeable price difference between peak and off-peak seasons. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the historical charm of Old Daowai. If you prioritize location and a retro atmosphere, it's a great choice. However, if you're seeking ultimate comfort and top-notch facilities, you might want to consider other options."
