"The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Neos Kosmos station. If you're heading to the Acropolis, it's about a 25-30 minute walk or just two stops on the subway from Neos Kosmos. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, within a 5-8 minute walk. The hotel sends an email the day before to facilitate online check-in and provides an access code for the main entrance and your room, making it a very self-service experience. On the -1 floor, there's a gym and a luggage room. The gym has more cardio equipment than weights, but I found it sufficient. On my last day, I needed to store my luggage. I WhatsApped a number (available from 08:00-23:00) and they provided a locker code and a separate main door code for after check-out, so I could retrieve my bags easily. Luggage storage is free of charge. I also requested a late check-out on my last day, and they generously granted me an extra two hours for free. The entire arrangement felt very accommodating and personalized. Even though I didn't see any staff in person during my stay, they were incredibly nice and responded very quickly. I chose the duplex room, which was incredibly spacious and beautiful, spanning two floors. It had two toilets and two bathrooms, plus three balconies, one of which even had a Jacuzzi. Overall, it was clean and looked very new."
