"I chose the largest room. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. The hotel doesn't offer much else, but it boasts a large courtyard and a spacious paid parking lot at the back. Actually, there's free parking available outside the paid lot. Tip: The breakfast is quite average, so you might want to skip it."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful."

"Small hotel but budget friendly. Located in a suburb area but have a bus just opposite going to the near metro station -bisceglie . Or a train 10 win. Walk going to the city . I love the neighborhood more calm and quiet compared to the city too busy. Have a nearest park and supermarket and a coffee shop to grab some sweets , traditional Italian coffee and breakfast. Next to the hotel is a Japanese eat all you can sushi and a Chinese food $15 euro weekday and $17 euro during weekend. Take out is also available. If you can walk more or take a taxi there’s an ikea and McDonald’s Donald. Overall budget friendly and worthy to stay."

"Opting for a room with a balcony was definitely the right choice! All my requests made during booking were met, and I was given a room with a fantastic view. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower – very comfortable. The location is super convenient, with a metro entrance right outside the hotel. This particular station is also less crowded and very clean. It's incredibly easy to get to the Duomo area and surroundings; in fact, it was so convenient that I ended up taking the metro back to the hotel after shopping. For dining, there's an Ole supermarket nearby, though it's a bit of a walk. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option. Along the way, you'll find plenty of restaurants that are authentic and reasonably priced."

"It's a hostel-level stay, not really a hotel, more like a B&B. The facilities are quite new. The location is terrible, a 12-minute walk from the MRT station, making it difficult to lug luggage. The sidewalks are poorly maintained, and there are no restaurants or shops nearby. I originally planned to stay two nights, but I booked the wrong dates and only stayed one, yet I was still charged for both. Trip.com doesn't offer a refund or modification system, and the hotel didn't offer any assistance. I only stayed one night, but I was charged for two."

"I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time "

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center and close to major attractions and shopping areas, it’s easy to explore the entire city. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, especially the gym which allowed me to stay fresh. The hotel's breakfast has a rich selection and is of very good quality, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Hilton Milan and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
