Guest UserMy stay was lovely.
Before booking, I spent some time reading the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I was genuinely concerned that I might encounter dirty sheets or towels, or a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully, those concerns proved to be completely unfounded.
The soundproofing was also something I was concerned about, so we were prepared for some noise. It was exactly as described in the reviews - the pitter-patter of footsteps from the room above, people walking past our room, and the merrymaking from groups in the foyer. The room did come equipped with complimentary earplugs, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of using them, so I simply waited for the noise to die down each night.
The check-in staff were wonderful, and I'd especially like to thank Miss Izza (although I never had the opportunity to meet her in person). I had to momentarily withdraw from the trip at the last minute, and she kindly helped make the necessary arrangements for my partner to take over the booking instead. Her assistance made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.
I also had some ice packs that needed to be kept frozen, and the hotel staff happily assisted.
The room was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—better than I do in my own bed at home.
Our only gripe was the parking. The hotel's parking lot is a short walk away, which wasn't ideal in the heat. Also, the road leading to the hotel is one-way, so if you miss the entrance, you'll need to make roughly an 8½-minute loop (during off-peak hours) to get back. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth keeping in mind if you're driving.
Jonker Street is only a 5–6 minute walk away, so if that's your primary destination, this hotel is perfectly located.

Tiya TanOverall, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Here's what I liked:
- The room had carpet, but it was clean and odor-free.
- I really liked that the room had plenty of lighting! Usually, most hotels have very dim lighting in the rooms.
- Regarding soundproofing, even though it's by the roadside, I couldn't hear any car or motorcycle noise at all! However, you can hear the vacuum cleaner when housekeeping is cleaning.
- Parking was easy to find.
- The shower pressure was great.
- The air conditioning was cold enough.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time! ✌

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries.
The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower.
The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV.
The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room.
Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces.
Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary.
I would give it 8/10 rating.

Anonymous UserDecided on this hotel mainly due to its ideal location and availability of family room. Room is wide, but quite old and don't think there is any effort done to maintain the room condition. At night the aircon can be quite noisy, this may be an issue to those are sensitive to sound.

Right outside is the Malacca River, and it's within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city, which is super convenient! The facilities are a bit old but very clean. Most of the staff are Indian, and their service was actually quite good.

The advantage of the room is that the price is cheap, and it is very close to Klebang Beach to go to the beach to play. If the budget is limited, it is good to deal with one night.
The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very poor. The sound insulation of the outdoor and the sound insulation of other rooms are about equal to no. The dialogue next door can be heard, and the sound of motorcycles and cars outside the house is not blocked at all. Three bath towels are provided in the triple room. Other toiletries and slippers need to be brought by yourself. Remember to bring a socket conversion head.
The front desk brother is generally English, but the attitude is very kind and friendly, the communication is patient, very good 👍

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

Overall, the experience was acceptable
the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy.
However, there were several issues during our stay
Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently.
Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
