Guest UserI booked a room with a balcony, which faced an inner courtyard. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, but it wasn't as spacious as it appeared in the pictures. Everything else was fine, but the main issue was the air conditioning noise at night ā it was so loud I couldn't sleep. The hotel opened in 2024, so I assume it's a renovation, but the AC was louder than a washing machine. If I turned it off, the room got hot, and if I left it on, I couldn't sleep. Plus, the rooms seem to be divided by thin partitions. The people upstairs, whether they weren't wearing slippers or were just heavy-footed, made a terrible racket. I only booked for one night and barely slept at all. However, the location is excellent; it's very convenient for taking boats and visiting attractions.

Tiya TanOverall, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Here's what I liked:
- The room had carpet, but it was clean and odor-free.
- I really liked that the room had plenty of lighting! Usually, most hotels have very dim lighting in the rooms.
- Regarding soundproofing, even though it's by the roadside, I couldn't hear any car or motorcycle noise at all! However, you can hear the vacuum cleaner when housekeeping is cleaning.
- Parking was easy to find.
- The shower pressure was great.
- The air conditioning was cold enough.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time! ā

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries.
The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower.
The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV.
The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room.
Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces.
Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary.
I would give it 8/10 rating.

Guest UserAsked & got adjoining rooms with daughter.
Room was nicely furnished although a bit worn but adequately clean. Bed was comfortable, with a good selection of hard & soft pillows. Had a good nightās sleep. Housekeeping could do a better maintenance job: wall socket at kettle coffee/tea making area was not working, graffiti on door between rooms should be cleaned.
Probably because our rooms were right at the end of a corridor, shower water pressure was inconsistent alternating between scalding hot & cold. I
Other than those minor gripes a very good value

Anonymous UserRun by a Chinese owner, the ground floor houses a restaurant that seems to cater to tour groups. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring central air conditioning and USB charging ports, so no adapters are needed. Its location is excellent, right near Jonker Street and with the Malacca River just behind it. The only downside might be the small and slow elevator. There's a 100 MYR cash deposit required for the stay, which is refunded instantly upon check-out.

Muhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

Holly QShower head water pressure too strong, cannot be adjusted. Housekeeping early morning 9am starting to knock the door twice for make up room until I put do not disturb sign. 24 hours receptionist never answer the call, need to take 1 hour to deliver water and towel for me.
Overall, the stay experience was not very good. The room was spacious but felt empty. The price was reasonable and offered value for money, but I would not choose to stay here again. This was a last minute booking. The view from balcony is nice!

Overall, the experience was acceptable
the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy.
However, there were several issues during our stay
Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently.
Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
