"Our high-floor room experience exceeded expectations! The room was very spacious, giving a great sense of open space 👏👏👏🇲🇾. The price was excellent, and the entire room was spotlessly clean – very satisfying. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive, with warm and friendly staff. The high-floor view was superb, and having a balcony to admire the city landscape was a real plus. Getting around was convenient, with Jonker Street in Malacca just a 15-minute drive away. Overall, our stay was comfortable, offering great value for money for our trip."

"The room was spacious and clean, even though the facilities weren't super new. It also smelled nice. Thanks to the blackout curtains and the quiet surroundings, I slept really well. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, a mall, and Malacca city center all within walking distance."

"We had a pleasant stay at The Shore Hotel & Residences, Melaka. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and came with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The variety of food available was also impressive, and the meals were delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, we felt that the stay was good value for money. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. On the second day, the room service was rather slow. Housekeeping did not come to clean and tidy the room unless we specifically requested it. I tried calling the reception by dialling “0” several times to request housekeeping, but unfortunately, no one answered. Eventually, I had to go down to the reception counter myself to make the request. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious and comfortable room, cleanliness, and good food. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its housekeeping service and responsiveness to guest requests for an even better experience in the future."

"Excellent location and service! Generally the room is clean, just that there were certain areas (e.g. basin) that were not cleaned thoroughly as compared to our previous stay. Spacious room and nice seaview! Breakfast was also worth the value!"

"The location was super convenient and easy to get around. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and places to explore nearby. The hotel itself had a very modern minimalist design, clean and comfortable throughout the stay. They also provided free parking, which was really convenient. Besides the welcome drink, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary canvas bag as well. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"The entire hotel is well-maintained. The corridors, elevators, and lounge area are clean and spacious. It's a short walk to the Red House (Democracy) and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are quiet and away from the street, providing maximum comfort. Room service responds quickly even at night, and the Wi-Fi has good wall penetration, ensuring a smooth internet experience throughout the hotel."

"Stayed here with my wife for 2 nights—overall a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Spacious, modern room with a nice semi-partition layout that gives a studio feel. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Basic amenities were neatly packed, and the kitchenette is a useful addition. Location is slightly away from Jonker Street but still just a short drive, which helps avoid the crowd. Service was smooth and efficient throughout. Good balance of space, comfort, and affordability.
