"A group of longtime friends get-together trip staying in Hatten for 2 nights with connecting room, made it possible for a memorable weekend. It’s a huge hotel and wonderfully situated near many great attractions such as Jonker Street and great restaurants (most within walking distance. There’s bus port, 7-eleven and massage parlor to name a few. Overall, a pleasant experience with the service staff and facilities."

"I like the fact that this hotel is in Melaka Town. All attractions is walking distance. Near Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, and many more. Oh not to forget, the parking spaces is free 👍🏼"

"Overall, everything was good. However, I was very disappointed because I had specifically requested a room with a Kampung Morten view, but instead I was given a room overlooking the swimming pool, which was not very appealing and was quite noisy due to the children playing. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, checking in on a Friday. Given the length of my stay, I find it hard to believe that there wasn’t a room available that matched the request I had made in advance. What disappointed me the most was that I had also requested a simple decoration for our anniversary, but unfortunately, there was no decoration at all. This shows that the hotel was not attentive to the requests made by its guests. Overall, this experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I hope the management will take steps to improve their service and pay closer attention to guests’ requests in the future. Last but not least, I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room. His service was exceptional, and I gladly gave him a tip because he worked with genuine care and dedication. He even asked me two or three times if there was anything else he could assist me with, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for the excellent service."

"Pros 👍 - Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of Malay, Western, and Nyonya dishes. - Great swimming pools, especially the kids' pool and the infinity pool for adults. - Spacious room with a large balcony and a lovely pool view. - Smooth and hassle-free check-in & check-out. - Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff. - Connected to a shopping mall. - Within walking distance to the Melaka River Cruise jetty. Cons 👎 - Room cleanliness could be improved. There was dust on the room floor and black mold around the bathroom edges. - Elevators are fine during off-peak hours but can be quite slow during busy periods due to the 40-storey building. - Access from the parking area and shopping mall to the room is a bit complicated as guests need to change elevators at the hotel lobby. Direct key card access would be much more convenient and secure. - The mall below the hotel has limited shopping options. Overall: We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back. Hopefully, the hotel will improve the cleanliness and accessibility for an even better experience."

"My stay was lovely. Before booking, I spent some time reading the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I was genuinely concerned that I might encounter dirty sheets or towels, or a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully, those concerns proved to be completely unfounded. The soundproofing was also something I was concerned about, so we were prepared for some noise. It was exactly as described in the reviews - the pitter-patter of footsteps from the room above, people walking past our room, and the merrymaking from groups in the foyer. The room did come equipped with complimentary earplugs, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of using them, so I simply waited for the noise to die down each night. The check-in staff were wonderful, and I'd especially like to thank Miss Izza (although I never had the opportunity to meet her in person). I had to momentarily withdraw from the trip at the last minute, and she kindly helped make the necessary arrangements for my partner to take over the booking instead. Her assistance made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I also had some ice packs that needed to be kept frozen, and the hotel staff happily assisted. The room was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—better than I do in my own bed at home. Our only gripe was the parking. The hotel's parking lot is a short walk away, which wasn't ideal in the heat. Also, the road leading to the hotel is one-way, so if you miss the entrance, you'll need to make roughly an 8½-minute loop (during off-peak hours) to get back. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth keeping in mind if you're driving. Jonker Street is only a 5–6 minute walk away, so if that's your primary destination, this hotel is perfectly located."

"This hotel isn't too far from Jonker Street, nor is it too close; it's quite near Dataran Pahlawan. A great and affordable dining option nearby is Family Corner. The hotel is very comfortable, with a swimming pool and a gym. All the in-room facilities worked well. The only downside is the carpeted floor, which can be a bit inconvenient as carpets are prone to getting dirty. Service was good."

"The hotel had just opened, and the room was incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room everywhere, and the balcony offered a lovely sea view. It was very relaxing to sit there in the morning. Our room's balcony faced directly towards the ”Encore Melaka” landmark. Breakfast was decent and quite varied. Downstairs, there were many food options and a supermarket, and getting a taxi to anywhere was convenient."

"This hotel is fantastic! I really loved the industrial-style decor. A special shout-out to the hotel restaurant – I arrived quite late and didn't want to bother with a taxi, so I ordered food in, and it was surprisingly delicious! The flavors were authentic, the presentation was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The room itself was clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The air conditioning was really powerful; I actually turned it off at night so I wouldn't catch a cold. It's only about a 3km taxi ride to Jonker Street, which is basically the minimum fare, and ordering a Grab was super quick and convenient. It's a shame I only stayed one night, as Malacca isn't that big and most people just do a day trip. If I ever get the chance, I'd love to stay here again for another night to really soak in the local culture."

"Wow, this hotel is fantastic – really beautiful! It's super convenient for getting to all the main attractions. In the evening, they show movies in the little garden, and having a cup of tea there in the morning is just lovely and relaxing. The only downside was that the room didn't have a window, but everything else was great."

"The location is strategic if you would like to go for medical at Mahkota, it was super close but quite far away from the main area like Jonker street. The hotel has a great potential if they really take care of the condition of the room. Our room was dusty even though I have put a note for a dust free room, AC was loud at night even though we have turned it off, water heater a bit off not proper, we are not able to take any pictures but it was room 647. I believe the management can review back and take care of this seriously."
