"The hotel is very new and spotless, and my 4-day, 3-night stay was extremely comfortable. The only minor drawback was that there were no tissues in the room, only toilet paper in the bathroom. The location is decent; it's usually less than a 20-minute drive to Jonker Street. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and there's no need to worry about language barriers as they use Google Translate to ensure easy communication."

"One of the staff, William, was very helpful and even recommended good food spots around the area. He also kindly helped me find a spare charger when I realised I had forgotten to bring mine. It is best to stay on Level 1, as there is refillable alkaline filtered water available in both hot and cold options. The room I stayed in had an issue with the door, as it would not close properly when left to shut on its own. I could smell cigarette smoke even the air con is not centralized type."

"Come to Melaka to recommend this homestay, not only the space is large, the boss is also very nice! The bed is very comfortable, the overall space is also very design, the password is used in and out, so I am not afraid to forget to bring the key, the accommodation also has a lot of spare parts, but the toothbrush and toothpaste have to be brought by yourself. There are night markets at the airport from Friday to Sunday. It takes only a minute to walk to the night market. Since it is not in the crowded area, the accommodation will not be disturbed by the noisy crowd. If you have any questions, you can directly use WhatsApp to contact the boss, and the boss will also speak Chinese, so it is very OK in communication 👍"

Overall, it was a peaceful, pleasant, and great value-for-money accommodation that I would happily stay at again."

"I booked for a hotel not air bnb, toothpaste and tooth brush is provided but shower gel and shampoo not provided, inconvenient check in, deposit hold up to 72 hours after check out, that’s ridiculously long. The room we got have improper Sstaircase, I missed a step and feel down on both my knees and knocked my head on the wall. Having a bruise above my eye around my eyebrow, heard and both lens bruised and swollen"

"Actually, I was extremely satisfied from the start, thinking I wouldn't need to look for another hotel next time. There was no unpleasant smell when I opened the door, and everything was very clean except for a few gecko droppings. The bed was so new it was still in its packaging! Most importantly, it was very convenient as it was close to all the places I needed to go. However, when I got back in the early morning and needed to wash up, there was no hot water and no hairdryer. I took a cold shower, and my hair was still wet, so I couldn't sleep. My whole mood was ruined. I didn't receive a reply to the owner's message, perhaps because it was too late. I hope this can be improved; otherwise, even with a better environment, I won't come back."
