Ccancan1125This hotel is a beautiful 10-minute taxi ride from Melaka Sentral. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. I arrived quite early, and after I checked my luggage, it was already in my room when I checked in later that evening. Breakfast is à la carte, and the service was consistently good. The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to attractions like Jonker Street. There's also a fantastic char kway teow stall nearby that's open at night; a local taxi driver recommended it, and while there's often a long queue, it moves very quickly.

GGuest UserThank you to Dusit Princess Melaka for the wonderful anniversary staycation. We truly appreciate the special room decoration and the lovely cake prepared for us—it was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay extremely relaxing. However, if you do not plan to take the hotel breakfast, there is local coffee shop conveniently located next to the hotel, offering an easy alternative for morning meals. Everything was perfect, from the service to the ambience. We had a great experience and will definitely return again.Please note that the hotel does not provide EV car charging facility at this moment.

AAnonymous UserIt's a bit far from the main tourist areas, so you'll need a taxi to get there as it's quite sunny to walk. However, the hotel facilities are excellent and very comfortable, and the service is good too. There are also some eateries nearby, although they don't look particularly clean.

WWywyusoffMy stay was perfect as this hotel have all these: 1. ample parking space just infront of the hotel 2. spacious room with ironboard, fridge, kettle, tea & coffee and drinking water 3. big bathroom with toothbrush, body wash, shampoo towel, face towel and toilet with bidet 4. hotel breakfast if purchased with room was good and compliments to the chef also the service assistant rahman was efficient. 5. checking in and out was fast.

LLANCE_ONGHotel was good and i think the only problem i have is the aircond is not cold enough and it leaks with dirty water due to less service! Parking is very convenient and the receptionist is super friendly and helpful

GGuest UserA pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. We was greeted and attended warmly. The room was very celan , spacious and decorated nicely. The receptionist name Mira was very nice, other staff there also very friendly and helpful. The only thing that need to improve a bit is the breakfast. I stayed for 3 nights and i think its little bit boring eating the same food repeatedly. I suggest if the hotel could add more variety on the menu. Overall it was a good stay.

PPS XuI booked 2 deluxe king rooms for 2adults and 2 teens as I don't require a lounge (additional room with sofa) and requested for connecting rooms but was told connecting rooms must booked with 1 family suite (1 room with 1 lounge) and 1 normal room. Cons: The rooms are quite old. Doors are not closed properly. Have to ensure the doors are fully closed every time. The lifts are slow and HOT! There's no ventilation when the lift is full!!! The walkways have no air con!!!! The room's air con need to on full blast. Pros: Super convenient location. Many nice food around and opposite the hotel. Cottage Spices nonya food, hock kee gift shop, ee ji ban chicken rice, etc... 15mins walk to jonker, 5mins to shopping malls, hatten coach bay Nice sea view at the swimming pool. Super fast room service from the housekeeping team when I requested for more mineral water, toilet paper and shower gels. Daily housekeeping 👍👍👍 but please knock before entering the room when we are inside as we didn't hang the sign to clean room, the staff still enter 😮😮😮😮 Affordable price $302 for 3 nights x 2 deluxe king rooms.

GGuest UserLocation is great, there's ample of parking in the back - except it's not sheltered, you get all the ibis standard stuff you can expect. There r no water bottles as they have a filtered water dispense in the bathroom (odd choice) but it's good. My only grouse is the reception is super avoidant. When I arrived, there were about 7 people and 3 counters but everyone avoided eye contact except for the one person doing check in - creating a queue that should not happen, and this was after 3 pm check in time. So if you don't mind being ignored during check in n be made to wait in a queue, everything else with the hotel is good

AAnonymous UserRoom is spacious. However furnishings are quite old or outdated. Floors are carpet, felt a little dusty. Quite noisy at night, due to passing traffic, occasionally loud motorcycle or car exhaust. Didn’t had the chance to utilize the swimming pool. Breakfast so-so, could improve on food choices or variety. Parking area could use better lighting and maintenance.
