Excellent location with plenty of great food nearby. The huge parking lot out front was a lifesaver for us, coming from out of town – super convenient. Plus, there's a pool where you don't even need a swimsuit! The front desk staff were all really friendly, and the room was spotless. Had a very comfortable stay.

We had a really wonderful experience staying at The Sterling Boutique Hotel Melaka. From the moment we walked into the room, we were impressed by how clean and incredibly spacious it was. There was plenty of room to move around comfortably without feeling cramped at all. The absolute highlight of the stay, though, was the bed. It was super comfortable—providing the perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Parking was also convenient . The hotel combines a great location with excellent comfort. If you are looking for a clean, relaxing, and spacious place to stay in Melaka, I highly recommend The Sterling. We will definitely be back!

Parking is located at the back, and the staff will pick you up by buggy. The reception team is incredibly soft-spoken and friendly, and they even serve a delightful welcome drink! The moment you step out of the lift, you are greeted by the amazing scent of lemongrass. The smells absolutely divine, and I totally fell in love with it! The place is so quiet and peaceful that we had an incredibly sound sleep at night. If opportunity permits in the future, I would definitely love to return and stay a little longer. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, host very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and well-equipped. It is a perfect place for families, with everything needed for both adults and children. Although there was a small hiccup when we arrived, we were still able to check into our room smoothly. The staff even checked the air conditioning beforehand and told us to message them if we needed anything. My first impression of the room was how clean and comfortable it felt. When the hairdryer broke, I messaged them immediately, and they replied quickly and replaced it for us. The location is also great, within walking distance to many places and plenty of food options nearby, so you won't go hungry.

This hotel is located within walking distance to Jonker Street. Built Melaka, and Stadhuy's, as well as to many cafes and eateries. While one may point to many other hotels populated there. Ibis Melaka stands out above most others with clean and working facilities and amenities. I have stayed in a number of hotels there and I can safely say that the hotel will meet the expectation of many people. The reception staffs are efficient. The cleaning staffs are hardworking. I had a restful stay there.

Located in a town area therefore convenient with easy access to nearby amenities Room was spacious and comfortable which made the stay more relaxing The highlight was the TV sport channel. Very enjoyable as it coincided with the World Cup season. Will be more entertaining if have TV in the room too. Breakfast was served buffet-style with an adequate selection of food options. Not extensive but sufficient and satisfying Overall had a pleasant staycation

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Melaka! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Excellent value for money and outstanding service. I will definitely return to Swan Garden Resort on my next trip to Melaka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs. The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet. So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere. Note: Carpark is linked to hotel at Level 2 & 3.
