LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

MMichael SedlThe hotel is located right by Belvedere Palace and just a few minutes from the main train station. The restaurant has a small menu, but the dishes are excellent and, for Vienna, relatively affordable. The front desk staff is very friendly, and the breakfast stands outâfinally, real scrambled eggs instead of pre-made ones. The bed was very comfortable; the only thing that took some getting used to was the sink next to the bed, but that was due to the room's design. I was very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guestâs wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

GGuest UserStayed at Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien for two nights. Overall impression:
Pros:
âą Excellent location â right on the pedestrian street and only a 3-minute walk to St. Stephenâs Cathedral. All major attractions within the Inner Stadt are within easy walking distance.
âą The double bed actually consists of two separate mattresses, so you wonât disturb each other during sleep.
âą Two separate duvets provided, which is convenient.
Cons:
âą The room had a musty smell upon entry; I had to open the window to air it out.
âą Since the hotel faces the pedestrian street, itâs extremely noisy â crowds during the day, drunk people shouting at night, and in the early morning hours, street sweepers and sanitation workers make it impossible to sleep.
âą If you close the window to block the noise, the room becomes very stuffy because the bathroom ventilation doesnât work at all.
âą The bathtub design is awkward, with mold visible on the tiles. No matter how carefully you shower, water still splashes onto the bathroom floor.
âą The toilet flush is weak and canât even handle toilet paper properly.
âą The carpet is dirty, and the fabric chairs are stained as well.
For a hotel charging over âŹ200 per night, guests deserve a cleaner and more comfortable room environment.

GGuest UserHotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

I stayed at the Moons hotel during my trip to Vienna and was absolutely delighted! I'd like to share my experience.
**What I particularly liked:**
- **Location.** The hotel is conveniently located â major attractions are within walking distance or a short public transport ride away. There are cafes and shops nearby, which is very handy.
- **Cleanliness and comfort.** The rooms are impeccably clean, and the bed linen and towels are always fresh. The interior is modern and well-designed â you can feel the care taken for guests' comfort.
- **Service.** The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. They answer any questions quickly, help with organizing excursions, and provide city recommendations.
- **Tap water.** I especially want to highlight the water quality â it's absolutely clean, with no strange smells or tastes. You can safely drink it straight from the tap, which was a big plus for me.
- **Breakfast.** The morning meal was delightful with its variety: fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, hot dishes â there's plenty to choose from.
**Conclusion:** The Moons hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and a great location. I recommend it for both leisure and business trips. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna!

DDarren GUYETTI really enjoyed my 3 nights stay, modern, quiet, and great location for easy subway trains or tram into the city centre - or even a 10 minute walk away to the station.I thought it might be a long way out but actually worked really well. Only 10 minute walk to the Prater amusement park, great at night! The city panorama room had a good view of the city in the distance on 7th floor. The room was large, really comfortable and very quiet. Cleamed every day with fresh towels. Take a kettle and supplies as the room doesnât have those. The restaurant is also very nice on site, I had dinner and the food was great and the surroundings very relaxed. I will stay here again!

VVerified Memberđšđđ„đ§Œđïž I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. Itâs about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness â everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just donât mention it. With the number of guests they manage, itâs unlikely theyâll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average â your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
Iâll probably stay here again, though I donât think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
