"This private hot spring hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and tidy with an elegant ambiance. The soundproofing and privacy were excellent, and you could even see the Chongqing night view. The hot spring pool was clean and hygienic, with a comfortable water temperature – I felt completely relaxed after soaking. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. It was incredibly therapeutic and a fantastic experience overall. I'll definitely be back!"

"The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and the hotel's cleanliness was up to par. The service was excellent; they even extended our check-out time for free. It's located on the top floor of the Panda Residence, with a rooftop terrace that offers great views. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's very close to the Mountain City Trail. The only downside was the wait for the elevator, as this building seems to house many guesthouses, leading to more residents."

"This hotel was in the best location - really central and right across raffles building and also next to a train station and next door to a Lawsons. For the price I thought it was terrific value as this would easily be 3-4x the price of what it’d cost back home. Views were 11/10 The only problem was they didn’t have an iron! And upon requesting for an iron they said didn’t have any left to borrow . The next day I asked for it again and they said the guests still haven’t returned it… I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn’t get an iron...especially one that’s supposed to be 4-5 star. If there was limited, couldn’t housekeeping come and collect the iron after the guest was done with using? This really frustrated me because I couldn’t wear two of my planned outfits and had to work around it. I gave up even trying to ask, and they never bothered to try and check in and deliver. I think if they had the iron my experience would have been much better. Also the bath takes forever to fill - 1 he to decent level and probably 2 hours to desired level, and the water doesn’t stay warm because it’s that big. Not their fault, but can be a problem if you’re thinking you can relax and stay in there all night Also, use their address in Chinese on the booking and don’t try to use Google as it will take you to the wrong location - they have another branch across the river it seems"

"I found my dream hotel in Jiangbeizui, and when I opened the window, I was instantly transported to a cloud-kissed Manhattan 🌆 The French retro style is just *chef's kiss*! From the intricate carved details to the warm lighting, every public area is a picturesque scene straight out of an oil painting. But the room itself was the real showstopper—the 270° floor-to-ceiling river view left me speechless. I could lie in bed and watch the confluence of the two rivers, the bridge, and the traffic. After Hongyadong lit up at 7:30 PM, the night view was so stunning I couldn't bear to blink! As a lazy person, I absolutely adored the smart home features. A simple voice command controlled the lights and curtains. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer, projector, and sound system, making it super enjoyable to binge-watch shows in the room. But the real highlight was the river-view bathtub; soaking in it while admiring the city's neon lights elevated the ambiance to perfection! The location is scream-worthy! It's right opposite Raffles City, a mere 10-minute walk to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, and surrounded by Chongqing's delicious food scene. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the robot delivery for takeout was incredibly convenient. The room's ”treasure box” even had curling irons and setting spray available to borrow – the thoughtful details brought tears to my eyes 😭 The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, covering both Chinese and Western options. The Chongqing noodles were spicy and flavorful, and the Bobo chicken and Liangxia were authentic and refreshing. Starting the day with a bowl of noodles was pure bliss! The value for money is outstanding. "The hotel I stayed in the night before was too small to change the twin bed. The room was large and spacious, but I left a message not in the corner and the tail room. I still left the last corridor for me. It is recommended that the shower room add the other half of the glass door. Otherwise, the whole bathroom is water and it is easy to slip because the new hotel is still under renovation in time for the New Year. After many places, the paint, walls, and windows are dirty, and the hotel is still rushing to provide good facilities and equipment."

"The hotel room was quite spacious, and the hot springs downstairs were really good, with various pools and not too many people. Breakfast was decent, with some standard options that tasted pretty good. There aren't many dining options around the hotel, but there's a noodle shop nearby that's quite tasty, and you can even order room service from there, and it's not expensive. The only downside was the cockroaches in the room. I killed one with my slipper. They let me switch rooms, but both rooms had cockroaches, and they were all the same size. They claimed to do regular pest control, but it didn't seem to help much."
