This is an older 4-star hotel, but that doesn't detract from its excellent service attitude and quality. The staff's dedication and enthusiasm made us feel very welcome. Plus, the location is great for getting around. It offers fantastic value for money. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Chengdu.

Chengdu Jinjiang Hotel is about to celebrate its 70th anniversary, and the philosophy of making guests feel at home is deeply ingrained in every staff member. Everyone I encountered in the hotel had a smile on their face. Although some rooms are currently undergoing renovation, you won't feel any inconvenience from the construction. The breakfast is rich and the service is meticulous. Because of my old age and poor eyesight, I couldn't find the toiletries. A staff member immediately brought them to me and pointed out where they were placed. It turned out I had mistakenly blamed the staff, but from the lobby to the service staff, everyone greeted me with smiles and genuine sincerity.

The facilities are quite comprehensive, though the space is a bit cramped. The location is a major plus, being close to Tianfu Square and West China Hospital. It's very convenient whether you're walking or taking the subway. It's also next to a residential parking lot, and it's pretty quiet at night, making it a good choice for travelers.

The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. It's super close and convenient, just a two-minute walk from Tianfu Animation City. There's a dedicated underground parking lot for the hotel, and Zhaojue Temple is right next door. Chengdu Zoo is also only a six-minute walk away. For visiting the Sanxingdui Museum, there are taxi stands and shuttle bus stops readily available.

I had noticed online that the hotel had its own parking lot, and after calling the front desk to confirm they had charging stations, I decided to book a stay. It exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and all the facilities and amenities were in perfect working order. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and seamless. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Huapaifang Metro Station, and within walking distance of Fuqin Night Market. There are many snack shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient whether you're traveling by car or public transport. For those driving, having the charging and parking facilities is a huge plus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!

This hotel is very close to Shuangliu Airport, and I've stayed here many times. The room is very clean with no dirty spots. The robot delivery service for meals is also very convenient. The front desk staff are very welcoming and the service attitude is excellent. However, I think it would be even better if each room came with disposable toilet seat covers.

This hotel feels a bit old, judging by the room layout and decor. Also, if you use delivery apps, you’ll need to pick up your order from the shelf in front of the hotel.

Pros:
• Within walking distance of Chunxi Road — just cross the pedestrian bridge
• About a 10-minute walk from the metro
• Early check-in was allowed
• Full-length mirror

Cons:
• Check-in took longer than at most hotels
• Noisy in the morning due to housekeeping cleaning nearby rooms
• No laundry room
• The room is quite dim
• The pin location isn’t accurate on some apps like 百度，高德，滴滴

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel compared with others in the same price range. That said, it’s not terrible for a short stay.

Although the hotel has been open for many years, the facilities and equipment are still well-maintained! The staff's service awareness is particularly strong; from the moment we checked in, everything demonstrated a five-star hotel service level. Special thanks to the handsome Mr. Huang Haoming and others. Seeing that we had children, they specially prepared panda plush toys for them. The children loved them and carried them throughout the trip. We even extended our stay for a few more days upon returning to Chengdu.

This hotel offers fantastic service, particularly from the young lady at the front desk. She kindly gave me a complimentary room upgrade and even a fruit platter. The room was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean, with the bedding being especially comfortable – I slept really well! It was also incredibly quiet at night since it's located next to a residential area, away from the main street. Getting to Chunxi Road was super convenient; we just walked there. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options in the vicinity.

The environment is good. The room size is generally the top spray. The toilet mirror is good. The window is not big. The price is right. It is not very soundproof. The front desk service is good. The aunt is clean and will not move my things. I forgot to take the hotel photo. The fly in the ointment is that the towel on the sink is bad. There will be water stains

I had no idea there was such a great hotel in Anyue. Surprisingly, aside from the slightly smaller rooms, everything was up to five-star standards, and the price was incredibly affordable—a fantastic value! The front desk manager, or supervisor, was incredibly nice and pleasant. She understood our needs and price range, suggesting we book a room without breakfast on Ctrip, but then gave us breakfast as a bonus. She also told us about the nearby Grottoes Digital Center. That evening, we enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner, which cost 98 yuan per person and included a wide selection of hot, cold, fruit, and pastries, including three flavors of crayfish. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and my husband and I were both very satisfied. Breakfast was open until 10 a.m., a real bonus for those who love to sleep in! Because it was too hot, we didn't end up seeing the stone carvings, and instead just enjoyed tea and a lie-in at the hotel. I'll definitely be back to see the carvings in the fall when it cools down, and I'll definitely stay at the Jinjiang again!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! I originally booked a standard room, but they upgraded me to a river view room for free upon arrival. The room was very clean, and the facilities were brand new. Service was five-star, the lobby was grand and tidy, and breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Leshan.

Coming out of Heizhugou Scenic Area, it was getting late, and I couldn't make it to Leshan, so I decided to stay overnight in Ebian. I chose the Jinjiang Hotel. The hotel is grand and imposing; I could see it from afar. It's located in the new district, so parking and everything else is very convenient. The hotel front desk service was excellent. Our room was a river view room, and you could see the river right from inside. The room was spacious and very clean. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. Good location, great service, a very comfortable and satisfying stay!
