The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining and getting around. While the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-maintained. This will definitely be my go-to place to stay next time I'm in Chengdu. A special thanks again to employee 483.689!

The hotel environment was quite clean, and the service was decent. The bathroom felt a bit small, and the light above the sink in the room couldn't be turned off at night, which slightly disturbed my sleep as it was quite bright. My room was by the road, so there was some noise on the bed near the window. Delivery drivers can come up themselves or use a robot, but sometimes the robot is a bit slow.

As a long-established five-star hotel in Chengdu, Jinjiang Hotel enjoys a high reputation and recognition locally. It's centrally located, close to bustling commercial districts and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and tourists. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, and from the moment you're welcomed at reception to the various services provided during your stay, the staff are professional and attentive, reflecting the thoughtfulness and reliability of a seasoned establishment.

Due to its long operating history, the guest room facilities inevitably show some signs of age, lacking the trendy design and pristine feel of newer hotels, giving them a somewhat dated appearance. However, all facilities are fully functional and meet daily needs, and cleanliness is consistently maintained. This minor datedness doesn't detract from the overall living experience, making it a top-notch accommodation choice in Chengdu.

1. The room was relatively small, but very cozy, and many of the amenities made for a comfortable stay. It generally met the standards of a 3-star hotel.
2. You can choose rooms from the 2nd to 7th floor, and the view outside the window is nice.
3. Since it was National Day, the front desk gave me a very pretty little windmill, which was a nice touch!
4. Some facilities in the room were a bit quirky, such as the air conditioning controls, the little mechanism for the sink drain, and the sensor light in the bathroom, which were a bit tricky to operate.
5. It's a bit of a walk from Shunfeng Station and Zhujiang Road Station on the subway, and Line 30 isn't open yet, so accessibility could be improved.

This hotel is truly 'divine.'

First, let's talk about its reputation. Even as an out-of-towner, I know Jinjiang Hotel. It's practically another landmark of Chengdu, inherently carrying a 'distinguished' aura.

Then, despite being steeped in such rich history, the room facilities, gym, swimming pool, etc., are surprisingly excellent. I must say, I was genuinely astonished because for a mere 600-plus yuan a night, to have access to such fantastic amenities is simply unbeatable value for money. A special shout-out to the Executive Lounge; guests who book the VIP building can use it. While the food offerings might be slightly less extensive compared to other five-star hotels, being able to access an Executive Lounge for just 600 yuan a night elevates the value even further. I had originally planned to meet clients in a coffee shop, but seeing that the Executive Lounge had everything I needed, I ended up conducting all my business there.

I believe this is the best among all old-brand five-star hotels in China.

Finally, the service. Before my check-in, the butler thoughtfully called and added me on WeChat to inquire about my room preferences, which was wonderful. Generally, famous old-brand five-star hotels can be a bit 'haughty' and don't proactively contact guests, so this was a big plus.

The reason I didn't give full marks for service is because the front desk and outdoor concierge staff didn't greet guests at all. This kind of work attitude doesn't quite match such an excellent five-star hotel.

I've already booked another night for April 1st because I truly love this place.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was super convenient and easy to find. The room was even cleaner and more spacious than I expected, with all the facilities feeling brand new. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too. What really stood out was the service; any questions I had during my stay were answered incredibly quickly. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

As expected of a chain hotel, it's very reliable, and the facilities and environment feel quite new. We stayed for four days with our two children. Firstly, the location is superb. It's incredibly convenient for dining out, catching high-speed trains, direct buses, and using the subway. The Sichuan Opera House is right next door, and Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square are just 10 minutes away. Then, concerning the hotel's environment, the beds and bathrooms were spotless. The bathroom even had a place to dry clothes. The housekeeping staff were diligent and very friendly. We requested daily changes for the bed linens and duvet covers at the front desk, and they happily obliged. The hotel's front desk staff were also excellent and very welcoming; when we arrived after 11 PM, they even kindly sent up extra bottles of water and some fruit. Overall, our stay here made our Chengdu trip very comfortable and relaxing.

We have overall pleasant during our stay. Easy check in at  reception with welcome  juice drink .receptionist  helpful and promptly attended. 
The room are well decor elegant chinese retro theme   and cosy comfort  feel .the room floor carpeted  .  Bed set and linen sheet   are soft and  comfortable well sleep .wait us with welcome  local dessert  water drink in room .for wash room and bath  are well layout.Provide shampoo and body soap generous .towel  bath good quality. Aircon cool  are work well once you switch on low speed .check out at 2 pm .give us amble time do our morning and shopping at near mall .location hotel very good surrounded with mall and street drink and food .we discovery  wholesale  and poultry  and seafood all kind  type fish ,oyster etc. First and second floor sell exotic  mushrooms  and chilli  spices all kind condiment  .the  busy  and sound activities  make us feel enjoying witness local shopping experience  .we bought  some big mushrooms 1 catties equal base China term local  (500gm International  weight ) for $45yuan .do ask price first before buy .walk from left side turn  from hotel walk  overbridge  and walk straight  150 +meter  approximately reach entrance E1 nearer exist to hotel from  Subway Station Chunxi Road .Note tips !!!use Alipay open app Didi put location the hotel  to pin point the map travel it useful while I get lost direction on my location .it also  big help very useful  when I get around  in chine .lastly I thank for staff Gardan hotel .we really have,wonderfully during our stay .good service and hotel vibrant  and convenient  location.

Overall, this location is very good. Well, very central is next to the company office. Then, that room is really not too big. Well, the room is relatively small, but the bathroom is cleaned relatively clean, and all kinds of sanitary products and water are available. The price credit ratio is good. By the way, this one is close to the roadside. If the requirements for sleep quality are relatively high, I think I can consider it.

The service is very good, come here with friends to play, look very good, just set this home. Hygiene and clean, what needs to be told to the front desk that it can be solved soon! Recommended ～ In addition to going to the Wenshu Monastery in Kuanzhai Alley, we also went to Fuqin Night Market to eat, the string is good, haha. Like Binbinha

I had no idea there was such a great hotel in Anyue. Surprisingly, aside from the slightly smaller rooms, everything was up to five-star standards, and the price was incredibly affordable—a fantastic value! The front desk manager, or supervisor, was incredibly nice and pleasant. She understood our needs and price range, suggesting we book a room without breakfast on Ctrip, but then gave us breakfast as a bonus. She also told us about the nearby Grottoes Digital Center. That evening, we enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner, which cost 98 yuan per person and included a wide selection of hot, cold, fruit, and pastries, including three flavors of crayfish. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and my husband and I were both very satisfied. Breakfast was open until 10 a.m., a real bonus for those who love to sleep in! Because it was too hot, we didn't end up seeing the stone carvings, and instead just enjoyed tea and a lie-in at the hotel. I'll definitely be back to see the carvings in the fall when it cools down, and I'll definitely stay at the Jinjiang again!

The room was very clean and tidy, the service was very good, especially praised the waiter Chen Xiaomei at the reception desk, because the first time I came here to travel, I asked the reception desk girl Chen beauty all kinds of questions, she patiently answered, the attitude is very good, must be praised, next time I have a chance to come again, Must still live here, must be praised.

The Jinjiang Jiayou Hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing the Leshan Giant Buddha and the confluence of the Three Rivers, and is not far from Dongdajie Street and Zhanggongqiao Food Street. 

As one of Leshan's established star-rated hotels, the lobby is grand and opulent, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The staff are also very warm and friendly.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but a few details could be improved:
1) The guest room elevators don't require a key card to access specific floors, meaning anyone can use them. I occasionally saw delivery drivers bringing food directly to guest room doors, which poses a certain security risk.
2) The gap under the guest room door was quite wide, about 2cm. This not only meant poor soundproofing, but also allowed light from the hallway to shine into the room.
3) The hairdryer in the room only had a cold setting. Fortunately, after I reported it to the lobby manager, he immediately replaced it for me.
4) The shower stall has a smooth marble floor with no handrails, and the anti-slip mat provided is tiny. Showering felt precarious, and I was constantly worried about slipping and falling, especially for families traveling with elderly people. I strongly recommend that the hotel add plastic slippers to the shower area, or replace the anti-slip mat with a larger one, or even install handrails.
5) The water temperature in the shower was extremely difficult to control; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Taking a shower in the fluctuating temperatures of early spring made me worried about catching a cold.

Facilities: The room was incredibly spacious, befitting an executive hotel 🏨. There was a small table where you could sit and have tea together, and the view from the window was expansive, overlooking a rushing river.

Cleanliness: Clean and refreshing, very comfortable.

Environment: There's a food street downstairs, and parking is convenient.

Service: We chose a great room, but a few drunk men came back late at night and banged on our door, almost calling the police. One of the men then said he knocked on the wrong door and left. It couldn't really be considered the hotel's fault.
