I had a great stay! The room was always very clean. I even tried the fitness room; even though it was small, I got a good workout in. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. See you next time! ☺️

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.

My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive!
The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below).

The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, which also has a Coop supermarket. However, the uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service.

Well located near the Lausanne gare, but be careful: it is up the hill, so you’ll likely need to carry your luggage on the walking street. The room is big and comfy, the breakfast has quite many options.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with many attractions within walking distance. However, both the single and standard rooms are on the smaller side, and the cleanliness is just average. A unique touch is the flowing chocolate fountain in the lobby.

Modern and nice rooms. Self service check in. I fyou need assistance the staff are there to help. Near tram stations that connects you to the main  proper and  the main train station. The room is modern and clean. For budget travelers, there are restaurants and groceries nearby. Staff are friendly and speak English well.

The hotel offers excellent value for money! It's clean and comfortable; the rooms can accommodate three people and include breakfast; the heating is good; the breakfast is simple but includes everything you need. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is also quite close to the University Hospital of Zurich, making it convenient for medical care if you feel unwell.

Everything was very clean, we had a lovely room with water and coffee, and very comfortable beds. The service was good. The hotel is located in a very quiet area with many shops nearby, and public transportation is easily accessible.

Weak point: Our room wasn't the one shown on the website. The room was dated, small, and lacked any refinement. There was a stain on the duvet. Breakfast was very average; the hot and cold options were mostly processed, tasteless products. Strong point: Ideal location for getting to the lake or the city center via metro line 2. The staff are lovely. There's plenty of underground parking around the hotel.
