The hotel have a really good location and service. The room was nice and clean. But air conditioner worked really bad (it was too noisy so I had to switch it off during the night). Also it would be better if it was a chair in the room, but a stool, so I could sit and relax leaning back.

I had a really lovely stay at Fassbind Hotel Palmier Lausanne.
The location is perfect — right next to the train station and just steps from the M2 metro, which makes everything so easy.
My room was clean, spacious, and had a very nice, cozy vibe. I immediately felt comfortable.
The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful.  Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean rooms. Perfect location to walk to all of the tourist sights and the lake. They give a Free transit pass which was a lovely and useful surprise. And...they have a chocolate fountain in the lobby!!! Such a treat! I will recommend this location for sure!

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's interior is nicely decorated, and the rooms are very clean. The location isn't far from the train station, but it involves climbing a hill, so be prepared if you're bringing large luggage.

Very cute and lovely hotel! Having stayed in many cities famous for small spaces, the compact room size here in Zurich wasn't a surprise to me.

Even though it's not big, the hotel is very well equipped. You basically have all the amenities you need, such as cups, glasses, a safe, a working table, and even an iron! The staff are very friendly, and it's just a short walking distance from Zurich HB. It's also very easy to order Uber Eats here!

Modern and nice rooms. Self service check in. I fyou need assistance the staff are there to help. Near tram stations that connects you to the main  proper and  the main train station. The room is modern and clean. For budget travelers, there are restaurants and groceries nearby. Staff are friendly and speak English well.

They locked the door with the key so my parents couldn’t enter their room on the 2nd day. Receptionist said: if you don’t pay for the breakfast  we don’t open your door. We were still staying for another and like everywhere in the world you always pay at check out.
The day after they put on a ticket at our car with the message: if you don’t pay for our parking we go to the police. The day we arrived they said it was ok and we would pay again at the check out.
I never ever had this issues with another hotel and trust me I travel a lot.

Very nice hotel, 3 tram stops (10') from the train station. Friendly, accommodating, multilingual front desk staff. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet. Nice bathroom, great shower.

Weak point: Our room wasn't the one shown on the website. The room was dated, small, and lacked any refinement. There was a stain on the duvet. Breakfast was very average; the hot and cold options were mostly processed, tasteless products. Strong point: Ideal location for getting to the lake or the city center via metro line 2. The staff are lovely. There's plenty of underground parking around the hotel.
