I really liked this place. The family area was just right, though opening suitcases was a bit tricky. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfect for four people. We booked a family room with two king-size beds but ended up getting two bunk beds instead. The hotel has all the amenities except for a fridge and drinking water. What I loved most was having cooking utensils, an electric stove, and a pot, but since we only stayed one night, we didn't get to use them. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel. Buses pass by regularly, and it's only a 6-minute walk to Anamori-Inari Station. We connected from here to Terminal 3 at the airport, which was super convenient. Check-in wasn't as difficult as many reviews suggested; there were multiple languages to choose from, and filling out the information only took a little time.

Very comfortable! There's a supermarket right across the street. The room is small but has everything you need, and you can even cook your own meals. There are many large supermarkets nearby to choose from, and it's super convenient to get to Disneyland. Highly recommend! 😎

Arrived in the midnight. Location quite near to Haneda Airport. It cost me ¥2,200 taxifare from Haneda. Great hotel for short stay.

The hotel's location is great, with convenient subway access. The room is also quite spacious; although it can accommodate four people, I think it's perfect for two. You won't end up bickering, unlike in some Tokyo hotels where rooms are so tiny you argue every day... 

There wasn't a proper noodle bowl among the cutlery, which made it a bit inconvenient for cooking instant noodles. 

There's a small fresh food supermarket nearby, along with Lawson and 7-Eleven, and even a drugstore, so it's quite convenient. 

I booked for four nights, and on the last night, the TV turned itself on around 2 AM! It scared the living daylights out of me 😱. I kept imagining things until morning – it was a bit creepy 😱😭😱😭

From what I got at a low price for two Adults was astonishing in its own right, I had a room with 6 TWIN BEDS. 

There was a lot of room that was comfortable with accommodations via shower/ kitchen and washer-dryer, while I could’ve booked for multiple nights… 

The short time I had with it was worthwhile and perhaps at a different Minn Hotel series, I could get the same; better experience next time I visit.

10/10 loved it.

Excellent hotel, quite spacious by Japanese standards. We stayed as a family of 3 (2 adults and a child). The only thing is you need to keep an eye on your child if they're small, as there are many windows that open easily. It's clean, and there's a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, and a washing machine with a dryer, which is very convenient. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The only thing we couldn't figure out was where to put the trash. There's a supermarket and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The stations are also nearby, and you can walk to Ueno Park, as well as in the opposite direction towards the tower. Check-in was easy; everything was clear from the first attempt.

The room was okay, a bit cramped for four people, but it was quite clean. There's a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven nearby, and you can walk to Senso-ji Temple and the larger shopping malls.

I booked Min Asakusa with some hesitation because it's a relatively new place, so there weren't many reviews on Naver. But I'm glad I did!

The hotel is close to Kuramae Station and was easy to find. Asakusa itself was about a 15-minute walk further from the hotel, which I actually preferred because it was much quieter than the bustling area right in front of Asakusa Station.

The room was really well-equipped. It had a microwave, coffee pot, a single induction burner, dish soap, cups, and plates, which came in very handy during my stay. The washing machine was a lifesaver! I was able to catch up on laundry during the last two nights of my 4-night, 5-day trip, which was fantastic. There were plenty of hangers, so drying clothes was easy (and they dried super fast because the room was quite dry! 😅).

What I really loved, especially traveling with a young child, was that the beds were low to the floor without frames, so I didn't have to worry about falls. This was our top priority when choosing accommodation, so we were very satisfied.

In the bathroom, there was shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. I think toothbrushes could be bought separately at the lobby. There weren't any body towels, so we just used the ones we brought from our previous hotel. There were plenty of regular towels, though, and they even provided a hairdryer, a curling iron, and a flat iron! The hairdryer was really powerful, which was a plus.

Another great thing was the convenience of having a Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven all within walking distance. Also, I can't remember the name, but there's a small tonkatsu restaurant close by that seemed to have a lot of regulars – it turned out to be an unexpectedly delicious spot!

Oh, and Don Quijote Asakusa store is about a 15-minute walk away. I woke up early around 6 AM one day and decided to go, and it was perfect for shopping since there was hardly anyone there. The night before, it was so packed it was hard to even see the items. Just a heads-up: the medicine section opens at 8 AM, so keep that in mind if you need eye drops or other pharmaceuticals.

I was quite worried before going because of the lack of blog reviews, but my worries were completely unfounded – I had a thoroughly satisfying stay. Some other reviews mentioned a sewer smell, but we didn't notice any strange odors. Overall, it was very clean. The bedding was comfortable, and the transportation was decent. I highly recommend this place for families traveling with young children.

This was my first stay with the Minn group, and it was a condominium-style room that felt brand new. It had a large table, a kitchen, and a shower room – the facilities were perfect! The only slight disappointment was finding a previous guest's bento box left in the refrigerator. Also, while you can store luggage, it's the type where you'd typically lock it yourself, but there was no key provided. If that bothers you, I'd recommend renting a locker. Despite those minor points, I would definitely like to stay with the Minn group again. Thank you!

There were staff on site, but they said it was self-check-in and suggested completing it on my phone beforehand, then just scanning a QR code upon arrival. That felt a bit like a bait-and-switch. I understand them skipping daily cleaning to save costs, but when I booked, the promotional images showed a Japanese-style room, yet I ended up in a standard room. However, the room was very spacious, and amenities like the automatic toilet were all there, making for a comfortable stay. There's also a convenience store downstairs, so overall I'm quite satisfied, although the discrepancy between the promotional images and the actual room was a bit disappointing.

The range hood isn't very powerful, so I wouldn't recommend overcooking, but it's sufficient for most dishes.

The room is spacious, with two bedrooms and a large dining table, making mealtimes feel more ceremonial.

Two supermarkets are within walking distance, making it convenient to buy cooking ingredients and fruit.

The subway station isn't too far away either.

The room is well-equipped with a bidet toilet seat and a bathtub.

A small reminder: if you're going to use tableware, remember to wash it all upon check-in. The previous guest hadn't washed it properly, and my son almost used it directly, thankfully they noticed.

Check-in is supposed to be self-service, but luckily a young, clean-looking male staff member kindly helped us get to the control panel; otherwise, it would have been a bit complicated.

We stayed four nights and didn't have the room cleaned. I suggest that those staying for multiple nights wash and dry their own towels while out sightseeing during the day. When I went out, I saw someone leaving their packed trash and dirty towels on the ground outside their door. When I came back, I saw someone else with a bag containing towels hanging on their doorknob, so I copied them. But the towels never came back, so I had to ask for more towels and also for more trash bags, which they gave us.

Very good location, opposite a metro and also had two convenience stores nearby which was useful. It was more of an online service but we did see the occasional stuff in the reception area. There is waiting area with free matcha/tea which was lovely and also a luggage area where could store our bags securely as there were locks there.
The room was very small unless you pay the extra for the bigger room but we managed to make do. The tv was big and pulled out so we can sit and connect our Netflix and chill in the evening which was nice. Overall lovely stay :)

Our group needed a kitchen since Japanese food isn't always to everyone's taste, and we stumbled upon this place. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so impressed – it was even better than we expected! I got a lot of compliments for choosing such a great place, haha. The facilities are genuinely amazing!!! I'd definitely want to stay here again. Every time I've been to Japan before, even with the subway, my accommodations were always a bit of a distance, but this time it was only a 5-minute walk!!!! ❤️ And the convenience store was close by too!!

The place was clean and check-in was easy, which made for a very comfortable stay. However, we found a bug, and it took over an hour for anyone to address it, which was disappointing. They were kind in the end, so thank you for that.

We stay 7 nights at Minn Nijoo Jo kyoto. The room and facilities all excellent. The room quite spacious and comfortable for long stay. Easy access to everywere. Very near to public parking space, very convenient to guest who travel by car. The car parking fees also reasonable and cheaper than any place we park. They provided free self-laundry and dryer, very good for long stay. Highly Recommended to all

I have been to this hotel 2 years ago during our visit of Osaka. We love this hotel because. It is just close the Osaka Station that it is very comfortable to go around Osaka. You can just take direct train from the airport to Osaka station to come to this hotel. Also it is easy to go to Kyoto. In the rooms they provide washing machine, microwave  and Kitchen with equipement. My children love it so much. When they are lazy to go out for diner, they just can cook easy meal. We will always stay here if we have a chance to come back to Osaka.

A great place to stay near Universal Studios. The price is affordable and very reasonable, especially if you just need a simple place to rest after a long day at the park.
Even when we came back late, it was still easy to find food — there’s an Osaka Ohsho nearby, Donki is open until 3 AM, and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Super convenient.
Very friendly for travelers who only need a one-night stay.
