A very cosy hotel with great location, just 2 min walk to JR Otsuka station. Otsuka is a lifely neighborhood, not too much shopping but with ample local restaurants and supermarkets around for local consumables and fresh fruits at reasonable price. Good for a quiet city life.

Nippon rent a car is just 2 min away from hotel, i rented a car for a day trip to Lake Kawaguchi.

Definitely will book this hotel again for our next stay, highly recommended accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Yamanote Line station, making it very easy to get around. The view from the Deluxe Room was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. However, I found the service policies to be unnecessarily rigid. I had booked a Deluxe Room with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 8), and all guest details AND bed quantities were clearly stated in my booking confirmation. During check-in, the receptionist informed me that because children aged 5 and below stay free of charge, the room would only be provided with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. If I wanted to use the second sofa bed, I would need to pay an additional fee at the counter. At first, I didn't quite understand what she meant. Once we entered the room, I realised that both sofa beds were stored inside a cupboard and required self-setup. We were only permitted to use one of them. The second sofa bed was physically present in the room, but we were told that opening or using it would incur an extra charge. While I understand hotels have their own policies regarding occupancy, it felt unreasonable to restrict the use of an existing sofa bed in a room that had already been booked for our family of four, especially when all guest information had been disclosed at the time of booking. I told them about it but they just smiled and nodded, but did nothing about it.

The location is incredibly convenient; you're at Senso-ji Temple as soon as you step downstairs. Our room even had a view of the Tokyo Skytree!

Below the hotel is an elementary school, and it was quite charming to watch the students run around during their breaks.

The rooftop offers great views, so there's no need to buy tickets to go up the Skytree. It was lovely to feel the breeze up there, and some people even saw fireworks!

The bathroom is a bit small, and the mattress and pillows are overly soft. If you need firm support for a good night's sleep, you might want to reconsider.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also super convenient to Asakusa Station, less than a ten-minute walk away.

This is my favourite hotel when I go to Tokyo. This is my 2nd staying at OMO3 and it never disappoints me. The location is excellent, near to Ginza, Shibuya etc. and there are plenty of food options just around the hotel. It will always be my top choice of hotel if I go Tokyo.

I discovered this hotel earlier this year while doing the Conan Stamp Rally in Yokohama. At the time, I didn't even realize it was a hotel; I just thought it was some famous architecture. But it was a hotel, and truly, it was worth every penny – the facilities and service were top-notch. The high ceilings made it feel spacious, and I loved that the bathtub, sink, and toilet were all separate. The bathtub was also wide and long. The first floor has a lobby, and the second floor has a cafeteria/restaurant/library-like lounge with plenty of relaxation areas. From the rooftop, I could even see Yokohama Stadium and watch baseball games. It felt like I had the best summer vacation ever! It's definitely one of the places I want to visit again!!

Having to pay for parking is a bit of a bummer; for such an expensive hotel, you'd expect free parking. The breakfast was a set meal, and the contents were very ordinary. I should've just stayed at Toyoko Inn! I really regret upgrading to this place.

For those flying in/out who don't want the hassle of going into the city, Hoshino Resorts really understands travelers with its 'airport proximity + hot springs + consistent quality' combination. It's easy to get to with luggage, and no worries for an early flight the next day.

Hoshino's quality is top-notch: public areas are clean, the flow is smooth, and amenities and the bath facilities are well-maintained. You can trust the brand with your eyes closed.

The hot springs were absolutely delightful – a good variety of pools and comfortable water quality. After soaking, I felt completely refreshed, like I'd been reset. The only downside is that it gets very crowded. You'll need to go during off-peak hours, and soaking in the evening was a much better experience than in the late afternoon.

Dinner can be had on the top floor, but honestly, it was just okay: the presentation and ambiance were a plus, but the taste was mediocre, and it wasn't particularly good value for money. It'll do if you're hungry, but that's about it.
