The room faced the street, which is lined with bars. From Thursday to Sunday, the noise was incredibly loud. The music was so loud it was heart-wrenching, and it often didn't stop until after 2 a.m. I called the front desk to complain, but they said local law prohibits it until 2 a.m., and there was nothing they could do. Those with sleep problems should be cautious and consider staying Monday through Wednesday. Cleanliness was average, with visibly dirty carpets and various stains on the sofa. The soundproofing was poor, and noises from upstairs and outside the door were clearly audible. Services were minimal. Facilities were limited, and there was no swimming pool. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and breakfast cafe downstairs, both within easy walking distance.

This is definitely the most comfortable and cost-effective place to live in Paris! A five-star hotel apartment! It is located in the triangle next to the Louvre, with a beautiful environment! Next to it is the Royal Garden! It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the Louvre, and you can go to the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette to chat! The key is that the service is super good! The butler is on call 24 hours a day, and the best thing is that there is a kitchen and washing machine in the room! You can cook, wash clothes, and the kitchen utensils are all available! The pots and pans are from Germany's Futengbao! There are two Chinese waiters in the front desk service staff, the beautiful Xiao Shen and a little boy from Shanghai, both of them are very nice! It feels like home! I strongly recommend that you must stay here when you come to Paris. The room is large, the view is good, the service is good, you can cook and wash clothes! Perfect!

I had a really pleasant stay at Robertson House by The Crest. The location was fantastic — quiet enough to relax, but still close to plenty of food options and riverside walks. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with a modern touch. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Singapore.

What truly blew me away during this stay wasn't just the flawless comfort of the rooms, but the ultimate gastronomic pleasure that awakened all my senses – this dining experience completely redefined my expectations for hotel cuisine!

Stepping into 'The Selected Kitchen' each morning, I was instantly enveloped by the enticing aroma of freshly ground coffee mingling with the sweet fragrance of tropical fruits. Far from a perfunctory, run-of-the-mill buffet, breakfast here was a carefully curated culinary adventure! I highly recommend the freshly prepared Hainan Hou'an noodles; the broth is incredibly rich and savory, and a dash of yellow lantern chili sauce truly electrifies the palate. Don't miss the chef's special coconut mango sticky rice, so wonderfully soft, sweet, and fragrant, it transports you straight to the streets of Thailand. And that's not all – fresh young coconuts opened on demand, freshly squeezed guava juice, and a tempting array of exquisite Western pastries. Each bite felt like the perfect tribute to a new day.

 The restaurant champions 'borderless creative cuisine,' seamlessly fusing fresh local Hainanese ingredients with sophisticated international cooking methods. The signature 'Wenchang Chicken Coconut Hotpot' is a must-order; the chicken is incredibly tender, and the rich coconut broth is so delicious you could easily have three bowls without getting tired of it! The 'Pan-fried Mackerel' boasts perfectly crispy skin and succulent, juicy flesh, beautifully complemented by a local calamansi sauce that's both refreshing and cuts through any richness. The highlight, for me, was discovering the chef's special 'French-Southeast Asian Style Duck Breast.' With its perfectly crispy skin and tender, pink meat, served alongside a vibrant lemongrass and pineapple sauce, the layers of flavor and texture were so exquisite, they truly deserved applause!

 The service team was incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients of each dish. When they learned I enjoyed spicy food, they proactively suggested the local specialty yellow chili sauce. The chef even circulated the dining area to personally check on guests' experiences and was open to adjusting flavors based on feedback. This level of personalized service, transforming what could be generic 'hotel dining' into an experience akin to a meticulously prepared 'private kitchen' meal – truly remarkable and rare!

From authentic Qiongzhou flavors to innovative culinary masterpieces, from the bustling energy of breakfast to the relaxed ambiance of the bar, Ascott The Residence's cuisine perfectly embodies the philosophy that 'the meaning of travel isn't just about the destination, but about savoring every moment of the journey.' I highly recommend that anyone visiting Haikou, even if not staying at the hotel, makes a point to experience its restaurant at least once (and definitely reserve a window seat in advance!). It's truly a culinary pilgrimage that outshines any conventional sightseeing!
