GGuest UserThe resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the hotel's luxurious feel! The room features one-touch smart home controls (curtains, lighting, etc.), a fully automatic TOTO bathroom, a Dyson hair dryer, and a custom King Koil mattress—you won't want to get up from it! The room also has a hot spring bath, the only one in Keketuohai. Even the aromatherapy diffuser is custom-made—the hardware is truly ”the ceiling of luxury” and completely overturned my perception of high-end hotels!

Check-in was a breeze at the front desk in just 3 minutes, with a smiling butler guiding you throughout the entire process. Room service is available 24/7. The most touching moment was when it rained during check-out, and the doorman offered to hold an umbrella and serve hot ginger tea... Every staff member was as friendly and approachable as a friend. This kind of proactive service is truly a benchmark in high-end hotels!

The bathroom mirror is spotless, the carpet is dust-free even when walked on barefoot, and the bedding has a fresh, sun-kissed scent! I especially appreciate it. As a mysophobe, I'd say the hygiene standards here rival those of a sterile laboratory!

GGuest UserIt is a very cost-effective hotel with cocoa. The room is much larger than the Trip.com page. The bathroom is very dry and wet. I have to say that some small details are done very well. The hotel will help snow friends receive express delivery. There is a separate board storage room. After snow, the snow will be cleaned up. The snow field bus is very convenient at the door. The breakfast is rich and the dinner is also a little meal (duck claws are delicious)

GGuest UserWe stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

There is a gym to relax, and the self-service laundry room is too convenient. There is a coffee bar in the lobby. The coffee is freshly ground and delicious. There is free parking. There are commercial bustling snack bars around. The small supermarket is convenient for shopping. The room is fully equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The advantage of this hotel is that it is the first stop for the ski bus in the morning, so it is very convenient to go to the ski resort. The hotel itself is not close to the road, and there is a yard at the door, so it should not be noisy, but the room I was given was opposite the express warehouse, next to the restaurant, and at the staircase, so it was very noisy, which seriously affected my sleep and rest. The hotel is not far from the No. 3 mine. I saw a few stones on the window of the hotel lobby. I don’t know if they were stones dug out of the mine.
