Highly recommend this guesthouse! It felt like home. There were two lovely ladies there, especially the incredibly sweet and gentle Liu Liu. She was so thoughtful and kind, preparing lots of ski gear for me, reminding me to eat, and even skiing with me! I'll definitely book with her again next time! 🥰 The manager is a beautiful Xinjiang woman named CoCo, who sings wonderfully! ☺ Also, thank you to the two chefs, Xiao Ai and Liang Ge, for their delicious food; please add it to the menu soon! And thank you to Coach Lu for patiently teaching me how to ski! ⛷ Animal lovers will be delighted; the lattes and mochas are adorable little babies!

The hotel's design is minimalist yet sophisticated, stylish and distinctly unique. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, and bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation design, complete with smart toilets. Parking is conveniently available right at the entrance, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Despite being a two-story building, it even has an elevator. On the second floor, there are two spacious common rooms, equipped with a self-service kitchen and washing machines. The owner is incredibly warm and generous. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, they brought us watermelon and dried fruits, treating us like long-lost family returning home – it was incredibly heartwarming. I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

During the National Day holiday, I stumbled upon a truly luxurious and upscale hotel. Located near the Keketuohai Scenic Area, the hotel's exterior and decor alone suggest it's the most luxurious in the area. My boyfriend and I were traveling and exploring, so we didn't book a hotel in advance. We decided on our Keketuohai itinerary a day in advance and booked the hotel that afternoon. When we arrived, it was past 10 PM, and the owner was waiting at the front desk and even upgraded our room. We were so touched. Upon entering the room, we were struck by its lavish decor. It was incredibly spacious, with a king-sized 2-meter bed, a shower, bathtub, and toilet at the back, and separate wet and dry areas. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options. Since we woke up late, the owner even had the chef prepare a special breakfast for us—a truly thoughtful gesture. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to ski in Keketuohai again.

This time I stayed at Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel during my trip to Keketuohai, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the unique design of the mine elements, and the atmosphere was directly full! The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning.

I like the layout and decoration of the room. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The service is also very good. The attitude is great. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the support of the mattress is not very good. It is a bit soft. My waist feels tired after sleeping all night. A mattress like Atour would be better.

We stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

My winter trip to ski in Fuyun County was made even more memorable by the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. During check-in, the receptionist, Aldak, was as welcoming as a cup of hot cocoa – she patiently explained the local ski resort routes and authentic food locations, even detailing which slopes were best for beginners and which restaurant had the most delicious hand-pulled lamb. She even quietly upgraded me to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains – this unexpected thoughtfulness instantly won me over. Nulina, who arrived shortly after, was equally reassuring. From confirming room availability to handing over a welcome gift, her movements were efficient and gentle, quickly allaying any concerns I might have had about long queues during peak season. The entire check-in experience was like unwrapping a delightful surprise: in terms of facilities, the room maintained DoubleTree's consistent comfort – warm, soft bedding, and a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains from the window; in terms of service, Aldak's attentiveness and Nulina's efficiency were the finishing touches – they didn't just mechanically follow procedures, but genuinely understood ”what guests need.” Next time I come to Fuyun, I'll definitely stay here again! I also want to wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning to visit this snowy region—the warm service of the DoubleTree by Hilton will make your trip more reassuring and blissful.
