EExpatI really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

AAnonymous UserThe only minor drawback was that breakfast didn't open at the scheduled time, which was a bit disappointing. However, everything else was excellent. They had universal power adapters available for loan, which was very convenient. My room was cleaned daily and kept spotless throughout my five-day stay, with linens changed periodically.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

Ggod KImThe accommodation itself was very clean and nice. The only problem is that the location is a bit ambiguous. If the weather is cool, it's good for walking, but in the middle of summer, you'll probably sweat quickly. It's perfect for those with cars :) Please note that there are no convenience stores nearby. The hair dryer stops frequently, but you can request a replacement ^^

GGuest UserConvenient locatoon next to Nampo station, the room is small but enough for a few days stay. The room was clean and comfy, bathroom as well. The walls are a bit thin but you can ask the reception for ear plugs. AThe best feature was the breakfast, you can cook it your self, they offer eggs, ham, cereals, toasts and cup noodles. The view od the kitchen/commin room is stunning.

SShang7749Overall review: Worth staying. Space: The double bed was a bit small, not a standard double. The room itself wasn't large, but generally adequate. The bathroom was a bit cramped; at 185cm tall, my knees almost touched the wall when using the toilet, practically facing it. Amenities: Can't complain. Though small, it had everything you need. The AC and mini-fridge worked great, and there was a hairdryer and slippers, which was excellent. Location: Situated between Nampo and Jagalchi stations, it's generally a 10-minute walk to either subway station. The seafood market is right outside, and a night market street is next door, making dining super convenient. Lotte Department Store is a 10-minute walk away, with a shopping street across from it. The downside is that it's quite far from Haeundae, over an hour's journey. Main attractions near the hotel include Gamcheon Culture Village, Songdo Cable Car, Busan Tower, and Huinnyeoul Culture Village. Major attractions covered by the Busan Pass, such as Lotte World Adventure, luge, yacht tours, and the Haeundae Blueline Park coastal train, are all over an hour away. GGuest UserThe good - clean room - very comfortable bed and bedding - great sound proofing within the hotel - great if you’re going out all day The bad - I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day. - a semi wet bathroom - facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor) - toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking) - other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan. - I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything. - this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.

The rooms are much, much smaller than in the photos, and the walls are very thin — you can easily hear the neighbors, especially from the dining area. Although there’s a rule to be quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM, it’s not respected (this is not the host’s fault). The hostel is right in the city center, in a very lively area (bars, restaurants, karaoke, concerts, etc.), so if you’re looking for quiet, bring noise-canceling headphones, or earplugs! Breakfast is simple: cereal, milk, and instant coffee sachets… 🫠😂 Better to go and have a real local breakfast just 2 minutes away. Paid washing machine, no dryer. Place and rooms very clean ✅ Very small bed (I’m 1.70m 😅). Super well located for the metro, clinics, and shopping.👍 我住在四樓，那裡有共用的客廳和餐廳。房間比照片上小很多很多，牆壁很薄，能輕易聽到隔壁房間的聲音，尤其是餐廳那邊。雖然有規定晚上10點到早上8點要保持安靜，但並沒有遵守（這不是房東的錯）。 旅館位於市中心，非常熱鬧（酒吧、餐廳、卡拉OK、音樂會等等），所以如果你想安靜，建議帶降噪耳機或耳塞！ 早餐很簡單：麥片、牛奶和即溶咖啡包… 🫠😂 不如步行兩分鐘去吃真正的在地早餐。 洗衣機需付費，沒有烘乾機。 地方和房間非常乾淨 ✅ 床很小（我身高1.70米 😅）。 位置超好，靠近地鐵、診所和購物區。👍 J’ai séjourné au 4ᵉ étage, là où se trouvent le salon et la salle à manger partagée. Les chambres sont beaucoup, beaucoup plus petites que sur les photos, et les murs sont très fins, on entend facilement les voisins, surtout depuis la salle à manger. Malgré la règle demandant le silence entre 22h et 8h, elle n’est pas respectée (ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte). L’hostal est situé en plein centre-ville, dans un quartier très animé (bars, restaurants, karaokés, concerts, etc.), donc si vous cherchez du calme, prévoyez des écouteurs ou un casque réduction ou des bouchons d’oreille ! Le petit déjeuner est simple : céréales, lait et café instantané en sachet…. 🫠😂 allez plutôt prendre un vrai petit dej local à deux minutes à pied. Machine à laver payante, pas de sèche-linge. Lieu et chambres très propres ✅ Lit très petit (je mesure 1m70 😅). Super bien situé pour le métro, les cliniques et le shopping. 👍 私は4階に宿泊しました。そこには共用のリビングとダイニングがあります。部屋は写真よりずっとずっと小さく、壁もとても薄いので、隣の部屋や特にダイニングからの音がよく聞こえます。22時から8時まで静かにするルールがありますが、守られていません（ホストのせいではありません）。 ホステルは市の中心にあり、とても賑やかなエリアです（バー、レストラン、カラオケ、コンサートなど）。静かに過ごしたい方は、ノイズキャンセリングヘッドホンや耳栓を持って行くことをおすすめします！ 朝食はシンプルで、シリアル、牛乳、インスタントコーヒーだけです… 🫠😂 2分歩けば本格的な地元の朝食を食べられるので、そちらがおすすめです。 洗濯機は有料で、乾燥機はありません。 場所も部屋もとても清潔 ✅ ベッドはとても小さいです（私は身長170cm 😅）。 地下鉄、クリニック、ショッピングに便利な立地です。👍
