"Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah. ❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful."

"The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23"

"Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car."

"I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable. The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well. The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine."

"Very good hotel. Around 6-10 minute walk from the Haram. It’s also got the highest sky masallah viewpoint which has amazing views Mashallah. Breakfast was also very good, and would definitely recommend. The only slight issue was weak WIFI (we were on the 28th floor). But this got addressed after day 2 (we were there for a total of 5 nights)."

"Hotel was clean snd good Location also its 10 min walk or you csn take a taxi to Haram for 5 to 10 reyal which is also ok just one note avoid the corner room as the storage room for the cleaning team is beside it and sometimes they make noise while they are taking the cleaning tools or storing something there but the rest of my stay was fine also they allowed me to check in at 10 am as the room was ready and available."

"The Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel is an excellent choice for pilgrims, offering a perfect combination of convenience and comfort with its prime location just a short walk from the King Abdulaziz Gate of the Haram, which made attending prayers effortless. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained by the attentive housekeeping staff who ensured we had plenty of water daily. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from every team member, from reception to housekeeping, who were consistently courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. With a delicious breakfast buffet, useful amenities like an ATM in the lobby, this hotel provides great value and a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely return."

"Overall it is good, the lobby is luxurious and breakfast is good price with variety every day. However , the small kitchen in the hotel lobby provides sandwiches and drinks in good prices and quality too. I had to change the room we were assigned for as it wasn’t as clean as I would hope for, Anwar in the front desk, helped us and we had lovely room then. Sirag is a great help should you ever need any help with bags. In regard to location, I found it difficult to walk under the heat as it is a main road walk with cars and not as easy. However you can go with the bus provided from the hotel which I always used in the way to Haram, but never was able to get it in the way back to the hotel. I wasn’t able to get a clear idea on where from the bus departure."
