"بصراحة تجربه لن تتكرر مره اخري اولا الفندق بعيد عن الحرم ثانياً اخترت غرفه خارجه اعطوني غرفه علي مناور داخليه طلب تغيرها رفضو مع العلم ان معظم الغرف غير محجوزه وشفت بعيني معظم ابواب الغرف مفتوحه ولا يوجد بها نزلاء تعامل موظفين الاستقبال غير جيد علشان اذهب الي الحرم قمت بصرف اكثر من 150 ريال يومياً علي التاكسي في جميع الصلوات الفندق موفر باص لكن هتمشي مده علشان تروح الحرم فمن الافضل تاكسي وريحت بالي علي كل كال تجربه لن تتكرر بهذا الفندق وانصح اي احد يرغب بالحجز لابد من قراءه كل تقيمات النزلاء السابقين حتي لاتتعب نفسك"

The shuttle bus stop is close by, open 24 hours a day, and a free bus runs there every 2 minutes. Fast Wi-Fi, good water, spacious rooms, a large refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and cool air conditioning. The location is also on a flat road. A budget hotel with plenty of amenities.

Ramada Hotel Makkah ek comfortable aur reliable hotel hai, jo Umrah aur Hajj pilgrims ke liye kaafi suitable hai. Hotel ki location theek hai, Haram tak shuttle service available hoti hai jo guests ke liye bohot convenient hai. Rooms clean, spacious aur well-maintained hain, jahan beds comfortable aur basic amenities properly provided hoti hain.

Hotel is near haram.Rooms are a bit small but ok as location is very near Google map dnt show exact location when coming from Jeddah so better to locate marakerm hotel Ajyad There is ramp which can b difficult for elderly people Overall great service specially Mr Samir and Hadi

The hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return trip to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.

I booked the hotel from Trip.com just 30 minutes before the check-in, and it was very convenient due to location near to Haram, Parking Availability and nearby restaurants. The location is ideal but issue is heavy rush of traffic and shuttle takes more time to reach. Overall 7.5/10 rating for the hotel.
