Stay here for Umrah. The services is good, there is free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. And the distance from hotel to Masjidil Haram is only 10-15 minutes. Amenities in hotel is excellent. There is iron and hair dryer. And also the lift in lobby is many, so we cant have to wait for other guesses

Pullman Zamzam Makkah is an excellent choice for families performing Umrah. It offers a convenient location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service. I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Haram, especially near King Abdul Aziz Gate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The breakfast was decent, with a large variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view of the Haram from my room. One great convenience was being able to pray in the room during busy times, as the sound of the congregation from Masjid al-Haram was played in speakers of the room that you can turn on or off according to your comfort. The only downside was that the washroom was a bit small, but overall, the stay was very comfortable.

First of all, although it is mentioned as a five star hotel, I did not feel it was. Rather, I would rate this as a four star hotel based on my own experience. I stayed in a deluxe room(91330) Good things: -Rooms were super clean -nicely designed toilet with walk in shower, super clean -shampoo,conditioner, bath gel, hand wash, body lotions are provided in adequate amounts -hot and cold water options -refrigerator -plenty storage -good wifi -good air conditioning -helpful staffs -tea/coffee -bed side usb charger -TV -plenty of door entry cards -prompt check in and check out -transport bus to kaaba -lots of restaurants although a bit expensive Things could be added/ improved: -no ironing appliances -No toothpaste or tooth brush -shuttle service does not directly go to Kaaba. The first bus takes you to a bus depot, The second bus from there will take you to kaaba. This could be tricky when coming back. One night I stayed there until midnight and after coming out I went to the wrong bus stoppage and ended up going to another part of the city People on the bus do not know english so they could not help. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel as I had no energy to go back, walk and find the right bus. The right bus stand is called ”Kudai” or something similar. Alternatively you could come out through gate 84-90 and walk to the hotel which takes 20-25 minute.

Really nice 5* hotel only small thing to keep in mind is you need to take a shuttle which takes you to a lift to the masjid. Apart from that hotel was really clean and big and had an amazing view of the masjid from my window, would recommend

We stayed at the Jumeirah for our Umrah trip. Our room was fantastic but we were so appalled by the dining service and quality of food. At breakfast, the service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and the people behind the live food stations need to smile like the gentleman on the egg station. I asked 5 times for a karak chai from the start of entering the breakfast until the end; I was there for 1.5 hours and every single person I asked was unable to get me the karak. They kept ignoring and disappearing. In the end I had to remind the waiters how long I had been waiting only to be told it had run out. I was waiting for a very long time just to be told this! In the end someone did get me the karak but it was so hard to just ask for something so simple. Also every day at breakfast the tables are not set out with the cuttlery and napkins missing. Every time I ask someone for some cutlery as there isn’t any on the table and it doesn’t get replaced but again we are always ignored and have many times helped ourselves to cutlery from other tables or the station where staff store the cutlery. We got very tired of the service here and it definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of other 5 star hotels (except the hotel and room itself). The staff are very unhelpful and the kitchen staff are awful. Having come from a hospitality background, there needs to be more structure in your kitchen and managers need to stop prioritising specific tables. All guests should be treated the same. We came to the buffet dinner and we’re looking forward to a lovely meal however the food was absolutely awful quality. The lamb shoulder was so over cooked and dry. We have never tasted anything quite like it. I have attached a picture to show the quality. It was inedible. There were literally no staff at any of the service stations. We wanted some of the grilled meat and chicken and we had searched for someone to serve it to us and he took one handful of it and put it on our plates. That is not an adequate protein portion. The portion was enough to fit a tablespoon of meat. The options were so poor. Again, no table service and no napkins and cutlery. We had to keep asking for things that should have been there. We didn’t even have water bottles and the table next to us had 5 water bottles for 2 people. We were really looking forward to the dinner but it was the worst buffet we have been to for a five star hotel. Nothing was fresh and the dessert selection was terrible too. Definitely nothing 5 star about it. The pastry was old and stale and very sweet without any flavour. It’s such a shame at such a high price which does not reflect any quality at all. We were so disappointed with the stay. We were hoping to return later this year with our family but we will have to find another hotel as this is hotel is not at the standard to bring our family to. Your location, decor, room size are amazing but your customer service and quality of food really lets you down. It is such a shame as we were really looking forward to staying here again. This stay offered a generally positive experience, but a few minor inconveniences detracted from it. While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant. Here's a breakdown of the key points: Positives: Generally positive experience. Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing. Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

It was overall average, room was spacious and relatively clean and happy with the stay. 2 main issues concerned me 1. Many children and adults were making alot of noise throughout the night and despite calling guest relations to ready this, it still continued disrupting my sleep. 2. Don't go for the in-dining service, they didn't provide a dining table and my food went cold, despite asking for a refund for not providing a full service, they refused and tried to cover themselves up.

Hotel good but I was expecting a better breakfast where beef , fish , chicken would be offered, and not just sausage. The Hilton and Doubletree in south east Asia are much better in terms of choice and meat/chicken availability : rendang, roasted chicken , steamed fish etc. Also , too much salt are found in many meals, that is so sad. Stop putting excess salt , customers can always add more themselves. WiFi could be much better to connect and having decent speed. I had to complaint about it and was given a code. I came for my umrah , so spiritually I was my too much affected for being in a double tree that has drop its standard I used to in other double tree and Hilton hotels. Also a razor could not be provided , unlike many other hotels that provided me one.
