"The hotel room was good, and breakfast was decent. It has a large parking lot and excellent facilities. The hygiene was also quite good. Being right on the street makes it very convenient for getting around. The environment was pleasant. It's about a 30-minute drive from UCSB. Getting the deposit back was very slow, but Trip.com helped resolve the issue through communication."
