The room facilities are all smart, and there's a large-screen projector. Watching a movie with late-night snacks at night is simply wonderful!
The location is also great! Just a short walk downstairs and a turn, and you're at Jiefangbei. Luohan Temple and the Yangtze River Cableway are within walking distance. After exploring Hongyadong at night, it's just a few steps back to the hotel for a rest. 😴"

"perfect location step out & the Jiefangbei Pedestrian Mall is to your immediate right, and the food street & food courts are immediate to your left. Hotel is on the 46th floor. Loved our room with a gorgeous view of the city sky line. Hotel offers free laundry service. Room decorated very tasteful. Short 10 min walk to Shibati. Would def stay again. The only down side is the wait for the lift which could take up to 4,5 min during peak hour but that’s a minor issue. 24/7 Lawson convenience store is downstairs"

"The location was fantastic - 山城步道 is just opposite, and 10 min walk away is 十八梯. If you continue walking you will end up in 解放碑 and 洪崖洞. Walk somemore and you will reach 来福士 (took me about 2.5h).
The concierge is currently on the 4th floor in a makeshift area but the girls were nice and helped me receive my taobao parcels on my behalf before my arrival. They were also amiable during our communication on Wechat.
The hotel room is pretty and definitely aesthetic, but after having been to over a dozen Chinese hotels, the cleanliness can be improved as the sofa chair didn't look too clean and there was plenty of grout. The showerhead also isn't exactly in the best condition as the water was leaking from the sides. Additionally, the toilet also had a bit of sewage smell so that's something to keep in mind ~ The view from the 41st floor is amazing though and you get both street view and sea view."

"The hotel is not that big with only a high tea place, stormy spa and receptionist in the 58th floor. However, each room having a really spacious bathtub that can fit for 4 persons. Each room also having a butler for any special assistance needed. Couldnt really remember her name but i guess its Orange as she always put an orange emoji when texting me via wechat. I dont have any problem to communicate in English with the butler.
The breakfast will be served in the room as they dont have their own restaurant with an options of Western or Chinese food.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"The room was really large and well-stocked with all the basic amenities - combs, hair ties, dental kits, and water bottles. The hotel is also at a really good location right across Raffles City and right on top of a Lawson convenience store. It’s also beside a metro station and walking distance to Chongqing’s Luohan Temple and Hongya Cave.
The room was clean for the most part, just smelled a bit musty which I think is because of the shower."

"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the in-room projector and the Dyson hairdryer – they were so convenient. The environment is beautiful and well-designed, and it's super easy to get to nearby malls for shopping. Plus, they offer free luggage storage and laundry service, which is a huge bonus.
On top of that, when the front desk learned I had a low fever from a cold, they thoughtfully brought me a thermometer, cold medicine, and a fever-reducing patch. That was truly touching. The complimentary afternoon tea was also excellent. Highly recommend!"

GGuest UserUpon arrival, it was a bit confusing to figure out where to go. The ground-floor lobby reception called the hotel’s main reception on the 4th floor, and a staff member promptly came down to escort us upstairs for check-in. The check-in room was small and busy with new arrivals, but the staff handled everything efficiently and made sure we were taken care of. They were very helpful in giving directions and communicated with us through WeChat. (Be sure to install WeChat before arriving in China, as many vendors and hotels use it to communicate.)
Our room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom was surprisingly tight—even for one person. The kitchen area was also misleading based on the photos: there were no dishes, cookware, or utensils, the stove didn’t work, and there was no refrigerator. We learned this was due to fire safety restrictions, so the only usable appliance was the electric kettle. The dual washer/dryer was convenient, though.
The bathroom’s location felt awkward, as it was situated in an enclosed “outdoor” area near the washer/dryer instead of being directly accessible from the main bedroom.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed going across the street to the Westin Hotel for their breakfast buffet and for afternoon coffee breaks on the 31st floor, which offered comfortable seating and amazing city views. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, and staff.

The hotel I chose for my trip to Chengdu definitely didn't disappoint! Everything was going smoothly until this morning, after getting ready to head out, I suddenly found the door lock jammed from the inside. I panicked a little.
I quickly pressed the service bell in the room, expecting a long wait, but to my surprise, the staff arrived within minutes! The technician was incredibly patient, reassuring me not to worry, and fixed the lock in less than ten minutes. They apologized for the inconvenience, and later, the front desk小姐姐 (a polite way to refer to a female staff member) even brought me a local specialty gift.
The hotel environment is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the location is convenient, with a subway station within walking distance. Although there was a small hiccup, the staff's quick response and excellent service completely made up for it, and it actually left me feeling quite touched. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu, highly recommend it to everyone!

YYouaremysunshineReally nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

During check-in, the front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions, even recommending niche yet authentic Chongqing eateries based on our travel preferences. The concierge team truly acted as 'walking Chongqing guides.' One young lady proactively offered to help us with our large luggage, and they were always quick to respond to our needs, making every guest feel like family with their professionalism and enthusiasm.

CcrystalxxlThe supervisor and the receptionist at check-in assigned us to the 16th floor, which had a great view outside the window – very satisfying. It's very close to Jiefangbei, and Hongyadong is right next door. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
However, the front desk didn't proactively offer the fridge magnet for leaving a review when checking out. I only saw others getting them and had to ask for one, which they reluctantly gave. Considering we stayed three nights and had two kids with us, it would have been much better to generously offer two. That would have significantly improved the customer experience.

GGary SeetThe hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.
