"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very responsive, they provided cooking utensils on request as well. I have to say the room was cleaned very superficially, there was dust under the bed, inside kitchen cabinets and in the corners, facades of furnitures were dirty as well as walls in the corridor, in some places the wallpaper was coming off. Since I was staying longer time I actually cleaned things that bothered me myself. Washing machine was not always washing properly, simple stains wouldn’t come off. Maximum temperature for washing clothes was 40. Even so, the room was practical, location was very convenient, all the shops and restaurants around. Metro station 8 minutes walk. Nice cityscape view. I would consider coming back."

"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and polite, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and the bed was so fluffy and soft that I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was consistent. All the basic amenities were provided. The location is super convenient with easy access to transport and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It's affordable and offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu."

"The location is good and easy to find(see pic, Tower B entrance). Well connected to Chengdudong Railway station. at the nearby Laomashi metro stations we use exit D. The room is clean and spacious with a bay window for drinking tea. Although you hv to get yr own tea bags :). The management was flexible to allow us early check-in. We enjoyed the food within the vicinity. We went to the same hotpot place thrice :))) . There are big names hotel nearby: Ritz Carlton for example."

"We travelled all over Chengdu and now for the last stop in the city area, we have chosen a apartment style because there is a washer/dryer within the room for our laundry! Of course, thats not the only pro about this place. Location is great being right in the centre of the city district, its really near to the metro which unfortunately we did not try as the taxi here is really really cheap! There is Takooli just across the road for your luxury needs and you can get really great shots with the modern vs ancient backdrop. You can also just book a Didi right in front of the building which is really convenient for us. Moving on to the room itself, the suite is spacious with a living room/mini kitchen/laundry and the bedroom with a attached toilet/shower room. Interior is really nice and the equipment like the coffee machine or the washer are of big brands. I see mixed reviews of the hot water shower running out before you are done. However, I did not encounter this problem and I do take longer than usual showers. In general, I find this a very pleasant stay and would definitely return if I am dropping by Chengdu again."

"Thanks to the thoughtful butler service, they arranged for my room and the other room to be on the same floor. The only downside was the strong smoke smell in the hallway. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and drinks right downstairs."

"We are really enjoyed stay at Sia suites. Very beautiful and clean place. Super convenient to exploring Chengdu. Lots of foods options nearby. The owner is friendly and professional. Highly recommended to stay here when you visiting Chengdu. Love it~ thanks for accomodating us in your place. We had really good time over here. Parents are all happy."

"Easy to find. You can walk from the east side of East Station through an underground passage directly to the hotel's elevator. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. Very satisfied. As soon as I opened the room door, I noticed the AC was on, and after taking a couple more steps, I could even see Chengdu East Station. However, the facilities are a bit old; I feel the outlets and showerhead could use an upgrade. Excellent value for money, highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for an overnight layover in Chengdu."

"Perfect for families! The room was very spacious and super comfortable. My daughter and I stayed, but it could easily fit a family of four. I'll definitely stay here every time I visit Chengdu from now on. It's a short walk to Tianfu Hong, where there's a subway station, making getting around very convenient! I read some reviews complaining about the AC before I came, but it was actually really strong and kept the room wonderfully cool. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were so kind. They'd even WeChat me daily to ask if I needed housekeeping, and if not, they'd hang water and toiletries on the door – very thoughtful! The hygiene and bedding were all clean and complete. The only minor thing was that the mattress moved a bit, haha, but that's easily ignorable. Full marks, highly recommend! This is my honest review!"

"The accommodation was clean, with spacious rooms and affordable prices. It’s located close to a lively neighborhood with plenty of food options nearby. Even late at night, there are still restaurants open, making it very convenient. If you’re looking for a place to stay with easy access to transportation and close to IFS, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance"
