Guest UserThe hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

Filos 79Excellent five-star hotel in a convenient location. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful city view. All staff members were consistently kind, polite, and helpful.
Special thanks to the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can't recall): she helped us purchase theater tickets and found us great seats at a good price.
The pool was lovely, large, and well-equipped with showers and a sauna. The robots that deliver food were also very cute, though we didn't have the chance to use them.
My only suggestion concerns breakfast – a wider selection for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet would be great.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel we highly recommend.

Guest UserAfter a long and tiring journey, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel, which felt like finding a harbor where I could truly relax. The overall style is warm and elegant, with thoughtful details everywhere. The room was clean and hygienic, free from any odors or hairs, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job. The furnishings were simple yet tasteful, and the warm lighting created a wonderful ambiance. The bedding was fluffy and soft. 🍬🍬☕️☕️ The service was perfectly balanced – gentle and attentive, enthusiastic without being overbearing. The in-room mini-bar offered complimentary Coke, nuts, and biscuits, a truly thoughtful touch. The staff were humble and provided delicate, appropriate service, demonstrating excellent discretion. During my leisure time, I sat quietly in the room, listening to the peaceful surroundings, and my own mind followed suit. The decor is perfect for taking photos, and I highly, highly recommend it. 🍬☕️

Guest UserThe room was spacious and tidy, consistent with Marriott's usual quality. The mattress had just the right firmness. The room faced the Financial District's twin towers, offering an incredibly expansive view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the city's nightscape – it was a fantastic experience!

SophiaXThe hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

Andreas 1909We stayed at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard in Pengzhou for ten days while visiting family in the area, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.
The hotel has a particularly attractive setting right next to Longxing Temple and is very centrally located. Rather than being one large hotel building, the property consists of several smaller one- and two-storey buildings arranged around the grounds, which gives it a lot of character and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed.
We had booked three rooms, and after a few days all three were upgraded free of charge to significantly larger and more comfortable rooms. This was a very nice gesture and something we genuinely appreciated.
There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. The main issue was the air conditioning. In practically all of our rooms, the temperature control did not work properly. The air conditioning cooled the rooms effectively, but did not stop once the selected temperature had been reached. As a result, room temperatures sometimes dropped to around 19°C, and the only practical way to regulate this was to switch the air conditioning on and off manually.
Breakfast was included in the room rate and is very much focused on Chinese tastes, with noodle soup, eggs and various warm dishes. Western options are essentially limited to toast and jam, so international guests should set their expectations accordingly. Overall, we found the breakfast average in terms of both selection and quality, although perfectly adequate for a predominantly Chinese-style breakfast.
Unfortunately, our last evening was affected by a more serious issue. Following very heavy rain, a considerable amount of water entered our daughter’s room, leaving part of the bed wet. The hotel staff reacted quickly and provided another room, which we appreciated, but naturally this was not the ideal way to end an otherwise enjoyable ten-day stay.
Apart from this, we enjoyed our time at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard very much. Its central location is a real advantage, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés within easy walking distance. We did not try any other food at the hotel apart from breakfast.
Overall, the beautiful setting, the unusual courtyard-style layout, the comfortable upgraded rooms and the convenient location made this a very pleasant place to stay in Pengzhou. With some attention to the air-conditioning controls and the water ingress issue, it could be an even better hotel.

Yt52162This hotel is excellent – clean, spacious rooms, and they provide four bottles of water daily. The location is superb, right next to Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum, which was perfect for rainy days. It's also close to People's Park and Chunxi Road. Despite the many tourists, the staff were incredibly dedicated and patient. The braised duck at breakfast was delicious, and the noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket topping were a treat. My wonderful experience in Chengdu started right here. See you again!
