"I really liked this hotel. It was clean, cozy, and had a great view from the 14th floor. The location is convenient, with nice areas nearby for walks and enjoying the scenery. It's about a 10-13 minute walk to the metro stations. A big thank you to Xiao Luo for the excellent service! The room had everything I needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, dental kits, slippers, plenty of clean, fresh towels, a tea set, and even a foot bath with herbs, just as promised when booking. The breakfast was simple but had all the essentials: eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, tea, coffee, fruits, vegetables, local dishes, and desserts. Thank you! ✅☀️🌿"

"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"I've stayed at the Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel many times, and my overall experience has always been exceptionally satisfying. The hotel is located in the heart of Luomashi, just a few minutes' walk from Wenshuyuan subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular attractions like Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Kuanzhai Alley. It saves a lot of time and hassle when getting around. The rooms are spotless and tidy, with attention paid to every detail, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff are efficient and quick with check-ins, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local Sichuan snacks, as well as Chinese and Western dishes. Additionally, there's a free laundry room and parking. This hotel truly offers 4-star quality at an excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chengdu."

"❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free. ❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing. 🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing. ✅ Clean bathtub and mirrors ✅ The whole experience with the tub was amazing. Controlling the water temperature was easy and I experienced no shortage of warm water, it flows out immediately. Bath salt was provided as well ✅ Actual usable television that provides entertainment: Can watch a lot of different content because there is VIP membership installed and you can broadcast all kinds of music. ✅ Pillows don't deflate: they provide actual support to your head. ✅ Can watch TV from the bathtub due to the mirrors ✅ Room looks exactly like the pictures and has the described amenities ✅ Walkable distance to metro ✅ Hair dryer actually has strong windflow and a sufficient hot setting. Girls with long hair rest assured. ✅ Good airco system & bidet toilet ✅ Blackout curtain drop ✅ Convenient communication via Wechat ✅ Rain shower & head shower. "I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the room! It was exactly what I was looking for! Bright and spacious, with large French windows and a light gray color scheme. The furniture had clean, modern lines. It had a light luxury feel that instantly put me in a good mood! What was even more satisfying was the service. As soon as you stepped into the lobby, you could feel that the service was different from other hotels. Two elderly gentlemen were present in the lobby every day, greeting guests, serving tea and water, carrying luggage, and answering questions. It gave you a sense of security and trust! The restaurant is on the top floor, a circular restaurant with an excellent view, and the food is also very good! The location is also incredibly convenient; it's very close to all of Chengdu's attractions. Although it's in the city center, it's very quiet. The price is also quite reasonable. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!"

"I absolutely have to recommend this hotel! First off, it's steeped in ethnic cultural charm with truly unique decor. The owner is a descendant of the Han imperial family, and the entire hotel is decorated in the Han style. Even the beds in each room are part of his antique collection. Secondly, it's super convenient, just 100 meters from the subway – exit C1 of Line 10 is right in front. Plus, it's only 250 meters from Wuhou Temple. If you're heading to Yulin Road or Taikoo Li, it's just about 3 kilometers, a taxi ride would be around ten-something yuan. In summer, they even provide refreshing mung bean soup. They really pay attention to the guest experience."

"I stayed at the Nia Hotel for two consecutive nights, and my overall experience was fantastic – I have to give it a huge shout-out! The location is absolutely unbeatable. Situated in the old town, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. It's a short walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and not far from the Xiaotan Douhua I was craving. It made exploring and dining so easy. Plus, parking was a breeze for those driving. I particularly want to commend all the staff. The three front desk attendants (two women, one man) were incredibly warm and attentive. They handled our check-in with such care and even upgraded our room for free! The housekeeping auntie was also very friendly, proactively offering us drinking water. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. Although I didn't get to use the bathtub this time, the overall comfort was top-notch, making my two-day stay incredibly relaxing. Whether it's for exploring the city or just a comfortable stay, this hotel meets all needs. The service is meticulous and genuinely warm. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!"

"Before booking, I noticed some reviews mentioning a strong renovation smell, which made me a bit hesitant since I was traveling with a child. However, after checking in, I was much relieved – there was no smell at all. With the windows open, the air circulated well, and there were no pungent odors. The overall hardware facilities are excellent, and the environment is clean and upscale. The location is convenient, quiet yet close to everything. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, and it offers good value for money. The front desk service was also very pleasing. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was my first time in Chengdu, and I chose the Ritz-Carlton as my initial stop. I didn't want to run around, just wanted to relax at the hotel, so I booked an executive room. After my stay, all I can say is it was absolutely worth every penny! Everyone should go for the executive room! The lounge food is incredibly delicious. For lunch and dinner, there are two different main courses every day, along with many hot dishes and exceptionally tasty small cakes! In the evening, there's also a period for cocktails, and all drinks are free-flowing. It wasn't crowded at all, so I even got to try making my own cocktails for the first time. A big thank you to Ms. Eara Li for her patient guidance and active cooperation – she was truly wonderful, and the cocktails she helped me make were fantastic! Breakfast maintained the usual high standard of the Ritz-Carlton, with a wide variety and many Sichuan specialty breakfast items. There were also plenty of seats, so no waiting even during peak hours. Overall, the hotel opened a while ago, so the decor might feel a bit dated, but I would definitely come back for the service alone!"
