"I absolutely have to recommend this hotel! First off, it's steeped in ethnic cultural charm with truly unique decor. The owner is a descendant of the Han imperial family, and the entire hotel is decorated in the Han style. Even the beds in each room are part of his antique collection. Secondly, it's super convenient, just 100 meters from the subway – exit C1 of Line 10 is right in front. Plus, it's only 250 meters from Wuhou Temple. If you're heading to Yulin Road or Taikoo Li, it's just about 3 kilometers, a taxi ride would be around ten-something yuan. In summer, they even provide refreshing mung bean soup. They really pay attention to the guest experience."

"The location is excellent, right by Chunxi Road and next to Taikoo Li, making it very convenient for getting around. The lobby has cute little bunnies, which is a nice touch. The room facilities are in good condition, and the decor is quite new. The shampoo and conditioner are better than what you'd typically find in hotels of this class. I really appreciate that the shower has hooks. The air conditioning is strong, and the water pressure is great, perfect for a refreshing shower. The room's decor is actually more refined than the lobby's; it would be even better if the lobby's design were more cohesive. Also, it would be nice if the flower colors in the lobby matched the overall environment. The butler service is very attentive and provides a lot of useful information in advance, which helps with using the in-room facilities. The soft services are more impressive than the hardware, and the housekeeping staff are very enthusiastic."

"Back in 2021, I stayed at the Xinliang Grand Hotel in Chengdu and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, and its excellent location made getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were particularly warm and welcoming. This time, when my daughter visited Chengdu, I booked the same hotel for her, and her stay was just as great. I'll definitely choose Xinliang Grand Hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu."

"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"Great stay and excellent communication! The room was beautiful and had a lovely balcony, the view was even better than website photos! The hotel is in a great location for a nice walk and just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The surrounding area is very convenient, full of 24/7 convenience stores, and the staff even helped us order food delivery :) It was also super convenient to have a laundry room equipped with both washing machines and dryers. The staff were extremely kind and spoke fluent English, which made communication much easier and more effective. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)"

"The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road subway station, and it has its own front desk right by the main road, making it easy to find. There are many great restaurants nearby; we tried Taolin and it was quite good. Even though it's near Chunxi Road, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable too. Excellent value for money, highly recommended."

"The triple room had very small windows, which made it feel quite depressing. The hotel's decor, with its dark colors, felt rather dull. Personally, I don't care for this kind of design; I prefer something brighter. The young women at check-in and check-out were excellent – very diligent and responsible. At check-in, she made three room cards for me, and also provided laundry coupons, afternoon tea vouchers, and handicraft vouchers, explaining their use in great detail. At check-out, another young woman was equally thorough and even asked if I had a car. If she hadn't asked, I would have forgotten to report the car number. I'm very satisfied with the work of these two young ladies at the front desk. On the morning of August 20th, around 8 AM, during breakfast, the young man at the entrance was also doing a good job. However, a woman in uniform was dining in a corner of the restaurant. It was clear she was staff because she was familiar with and joking around with the cleaning ladies and other staff members. Why was she eating where guests were dining? This indicates lax management. After she finished her breakfast, this woman strolled around the restaurant, didn't greet guests, and had an arrogant expression. I really don't understand her attitude towards her work. It gives the impression of loose management, yet the front desk staff are meticulous and serious. The contrast is stark. Is this woman a relative of the owner?"

"The hotelroom itself was simple, it had everything you needed but not more than that. The location itself was very convenient within the city centre; near the metro stations and touristic hotspots such as chunxi road, tianfu square etc. This made it easy to sightsee around Chengdu (such as people’s park, culture park, Wuhou shrine etc. There is so much to do in Chengdu!) The hotel itself was a bit difficult to find, note that when you enter the busy small road with all the shops (Shangyechang Street), you can access the hotel from a small side road to the left at approximately halfway the street(if you come from chunxi road direction)."
