"❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free. ❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing. 🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing. ✅ Clean bathtub and mirrors ✅ The whole experience with the tub was amazing. Controlling the water temperature was easy and I experienced no shortage of warm water, it flows out immediately. Bath salt was provided as well ✅ Actual usable television that provides entertainment: Can watch a lot of different content because there is VIP membership installed and you can broadcast all kinds of music. ✅ Pillows don't deflate: they provide actual support to your head. ✅ Can watch TV from the bathtub due to the mirrors ✅ Room looks exactly like the pictures and has the described amenities ✅ Walkable distance to metro ✅ Hair dryer actually has strong windflow and a sufficient hot setting. Girls with long hair rest assured. ✅ Good airco system & bidet toilet ✅ Blackout curtain drop ✅ Convenient communication via Wechat ✅ Rain shower & head shower. Again, warm water was immediate ✅ Innovative desig"

"I returned to this hotel and was just as thrilled as always. Everything was spotlessly clean with great amenities. The customer service is exceptional. The front desk was very accommodating, letting me bring in and store my friends luggage. They were incredibly friendly, always checking if I needed help, and communication was very easy thanks to their english translation device. The cleaning staff also deserves a special mention for being so kind. I loved the pristine lobby and the interactive robot. The buffet was also excellent, offering a massive variety of food. To top it off, the strategic location near the metro and multiple convenience stores makes it unbeatable. Another wonderful stay!!"

"Overall, it was okay. I booked a king room, but I think a twin room might have been more comfortable. The pillows were a bit too high for me, I couldn't get used to them. If they had lower pillows, it would be much better. It's not far from the subway station, and there are lots of great food options there, probably a popular spot for influencers."

"I brought my family to Chengdu, and first off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's quiet despite being central and close to all the nearby attractions. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were exceptionally good; when we went out, we hadn't folded our pajamas, but the housekeepers neatly folded them for us when they cleaned the room. The room service staff were also incredibly helpful; when I asked for water, they gave us several extra bottles. The front desk staff were highly professional and very efficient. When I returned after renting a car, I couldn't find the garage entrance, and one of the staff members was waiting at the door to guide me. The breakfast was also fantastic and offered a great variety. Overall, it was an incredibly good stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu, and I've already booked it for my layover today after coming back from Jiuzhaigou."

"Hmm, for my graduation trip to Chengdu, I saw this hotel online and it looked pretty good. Staying here was truly excellent. It's super convenient to get around with the subway and buses right outside. On our second day, they stored our luggage for us until the afternoon, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was very quiet and clean, and the cleaning staff would always greet us warmly. The front desk attendant was also great."
