"My stay at Niccolo Chengdu was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious with a fantastic city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. A special thanks to our butlers, Fairy & Rina, for their incredibly thoughtful and prompt service throughout our stay. Their attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. "Our family trip to Sichuan concluded at The St. Regis Chengdu, and looking back, it was an excellent choice! The bathroom was spacious, and both the shower and bathtub were incredibly comfortable. The toiletries had a lovely herbal scent, and I particularly loved the soap. We also got to witness the saber champagne opening, which was a fantastic touch of St. Regis' signature ritual! As someone who works out, I really appreciated how well-maintained the gym and pool were. They weren't crowded at all; sometimes we even had them to ourselves. The hotel's location is near IFS and Taikoo Li, but not right next to it. It's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk through old Chengdu streets, which I found charming. This distance was perfect – close enough to attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. Getting to popular sights like Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Wuhou Shrine by taxi was quick and inexpensive, costing only 10-15 RMB. One evening, craving a late-night snack, we walked about ten minutes down an alley right below the hotel and found a fantastic barbecue spot – absolutely delicious! We skipped the hotel breakfast and instead explored some old noodle shops, which turned out to be surprisingly good. These were all the little pleasant surprises we experienced at The St. Regis, and the room service was also quite good. We'll definitely be back!"

"The villa is very spacious, and there's a sofa bed downstairs that can be opened up. There's also a plunge pool in the courtyard, though I don't think it's hot spring water. It's right across from Sunac (Rongchuang), and in the evenings, the roadside is bustling with small food stalls. A bit further down, there's also a very long food street."

"During my stay, the front desk staff, Xiao He, was incredibly patient. She promptly resolved any issues I had, and her service response was very quick. She always maintained a gentle attitude, never showing any impatience. Overall, the service experience far exceeded my expectations! "The W Hotel Chengdu truly stands out among the many luxury hotels in the city. It's young, stylish, trendy, and full of vibrant energy – luxurious without being 'old money,' high-end yet incredibly chic. Every restaurant has its own unique background music, and every staff member radiates a youthful glow. The breakfast selection is quite rich, featuring handmade Dan Dan noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), as well as pan-fried buns, all of which are delicious. They offer three different Haagen-Dazs ice cream flavors daily, and the rum raisin and macadamia nut flavors are particularly good. The bread offered at breakfast is also exceptionally tasty, with classics like almond croissants, floss bread, and muffin cupcakes. I want to extend a special thank you to the hotel's management and operations team for their professional, warm, and thoughtful service during my family's stay. This includes Front Office Manager Eaton, Style Director Polly, Assistant Front Office Manager Amber, Duty Manager Covey, Peter, and many other staff members whose names I didn't get to remember. My sincere thanks and best wishes go out to all of them! The W Chengdu is definitely worth another visit!"

"Facilities: The whole house is smart, no more key cards, which is incredibly convenient. There's even a little robot! Hygiene: The cleanliness was also very meticulous; no strange smells in the room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a nice view. Service: The front desk service was excellent and very patient."
