"This place deserves special praise. The hygiene standards far exceeded expectations, and the entire apartment was meticulously cleaned to leave not a speck of dust behind. The rooms were fully equipped and brand-new, and the audio-visual equipment provided a great experience. The staff were extremely attentive throughout the stay, arranging convenient pick-up and drop-off services at the port. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. It’s just a short walk from the East Gate business district, offering everything you need for travel, dining, and entertainment. It’s highly recommended for friends visiting Shenzhen."

"The rooms were all very clean. Here are a few minor issues experienced during my stay: 1. Due to the 'Northbound Travel for HK/Macau Vehicles' policy, more and more Hong Kong and Macau tourists are driving to the mainland, but they often encounter problems with inconvenient access to parking lots (license plates not being recognized). 2. In suite 1407, it took 5-10 minutes for the hot water to start flowing. 3. Your hotel has family room types; if you could add equipment for infants/toddlers (like playpens, baby high chairs, etc.), it would further reduce the stress for parents traveling with young children."

"Highly recommend this audio-visual room! The entire place is clean and bright, every corner meticulously spotless – the hygiene is impeccable. The light luxury decor is incredibly stylish, and the crystal chandelier creates a fantastic ambiance. The massive projector delivers high-definition quality, allowing you to enjoy a private cinema experience without leaving the room. Both the sofa and the large bed are incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The front desk service is attentive and responsive, and the bathroom is clean and spotless. "This hotel is located near Luohu, quite close to the subway station, and there are many bus routes nearby within walking distance. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The room was just right, clean and tidy, and even had a washing machine, so I didn't have to worry about changing clothes while traveling. The front desk service was attentive."

"It's been raining for the past few days, so I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it looks exactly like the merchant's photos – excellent, clean, and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. Downstairs, there are tons of snack stalls, and it's super close to Walmart. Huaqiangbei is just a kilometer's walk away. I even got to experience the 'ding-ding' tram in Hong Kong and explored Jiaochangwei and Dapeng Ancient City in Shenzhen. The oysters were huge and fresh, absolutely delicious!"

"The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. The front desk lady was exceptionally nice and even upgraded our room for free. The service was excellent. This is my third time staying at this hotel for a trip. The location is also great and quiet, making it very convenient for us to go to Hong Kong and Futian Station. There's also the Dongmen Night Market nearby with plenty of snacks, and a shopping mall where you can try coconut chicken."

"We had a very pleasant stay. Xiao Yu and Xiao Yun at the front desk were highly efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy, and their service was warm and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. "I was worried at the beginning because of some negative comments, hence made 2 separate reservations for my 8 night stay, in case I wanted to change the hotel after a few nights. However, I would have to say that I will give 10 out of 10 points to this hotel. The reception was very nice and took the extra mile to communicate using the translation app. Simple cleaning service was given every day with the towel change (same bedding for 8 nights but I think you can ask them to change if you need). They also provide the laundry detergents for the washing machine built in the room. There is Macdonald's and convinience store on the first floor of the same buildng (need to walk a bit though) and a massage and spa place on the second floor. There also is a starbucks in the building in front of this hotel, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Didi drops off in front of the building and also always took only a few minutes to get to the hotel every time I called. There are many bus stations nearby and the metro station is not too far away (walkable). Most of the attractions I wanted to visit such as Nantou cafe street, Nanyou clothing center, Splendid China Folk Culture Village, etc. were not too far away and easy go with didi or bus. I would definately stay here again if I visit Shenzhen in the future."
