"This place is INCREDIBLE . Huge lobby with friendly staff to greet you and help you with queries. One particular girl helped us check in and added us on WeChat so we could ask her any questions any time. The reception staff and ropeu verify our WeChat accounts. There is also 24hr security . Huge dining area and restaurant with delicious breakfast from 6am - 10am both Chinese and European styled buffet items. Our room in particular was immaculate . Huge room and cleanliness was amazing as we are very particular but no corner was missed. Bathroom with two seperate sinks and seperate closed off toilet and shower were great not to mention toilet has a bidet and shower is HUGE . Aircon is strong. Bed is huge . View is over the streets and can see high rises in distance. You are also walking distance to the Huaqiangbei tech markets, a Family mart, McDonalds , and many many more shops and restaurants as well as a metro station just outside the lobby. Smoking area right outside the door and very convenient entrance where there is no issue catching Didi or taxis from. You also get a free afternoon snack mini buffet from 3pm-5pm and a free evening snack from 9pm - 10pm. Cannot fault this hotel it was luxurious . Water pressure is also very good and immediate hot/cold . There is also 24hour gym and free Landry service and robots bring your ordered food to your door. Thank you would love to stay here again.a"

"Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The price was great, offering excellent value for money. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding felt brand new. It was quiet enough for us to sleep soundly through the night (though I think the second floor had karaoke, as we heard people singing a couple of nights, but my family of three agreed it wasn't loud enough to disturb our sleep). It's very close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied! 👍👍👍"

"I cannot rave enough about the hotel! It has such a perfect location in the heart of Shenzhen’s CBD area, with the entrance to Gangxia subway station located right at the hotel’s doorstep. Hotel newly opened in 2026, but there is no renovation smell in the room at all. Room was in tip top condition, and I loved the bed and pillows. My body has never felt so well supported! I also really appreciated the hotel’s free self-service laundry room. Both washing machines and dryers were extremely straight-forward to operate, and I got my clothes nice and clean within an hour! The hotel breakfast spread had a good variety and I’m very satisfied with the options."

"The room was fantastic! Can you imagine finding a hotel like this in the heart of Futian District? It has a private elevator that goes straight to the third floor, which is an entire floor dedicated to the hotel, complete with a restaurant, gym, and laundry room. Plus, there's a minibar, a late-night congee stand, and wonton noodles. The manager even helped with parking! For this price, the value is truly exceptional. Many thanks to the two lovely ladies at the front desk and the manager for their excellent service. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I specifically chose to stay at the Wuzhou Sports Center Hotel for an event at the Sports Center, and I have to commend Cassie at the front desk. She was impeccably presented and highly professional. Check-in was swift, and she proactively offered information on nearby dining options and directions to the venue. She also meticulously coordinated a last-minute room type change. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the hotel's sports-themed environment was quite distinctive. Cassie's warm and thoughtful service significantly enhanced our overall stay. Highly recommend!"

"This was easily my tenth stay at this hotel. I got lucky this time and was even upgraded to a loft, room 1212! A big thank you to the front desk team. What I love about this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. It's right in the heart of Nanshan, just 20 minutes to Bao'an and about half an hour to Futian. Plus, there's the Merchants Garden City right next door for plenty of dining options. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it directly to your room, and it's super fast. I'll definitely keep coming back in the future! One small thing I do want to mention to the hotel: since my first stay in January this year, I've consistently asked about earplugs, but it seems the hotel hasn't noted this down or added them to the list of amenities provided to guests. While this doesn't change my overall positive view of the hotel, I'd still suggest making sure these are readily available. 😂😂😂"

"The hotel room was excellent value for money with affordable rates. Rooms are tidy, dry and odor-free. Beds are comfortable and hot water supply is consistent, fully equipped with basic amenities. The staff are sincere and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options downstairs and near to shopping areas. The rooms are clean and hassle-free stay, outperforming similar-priced properties, ideal for short stays or long stays. I would like to comment that hotel staff, Xiaoting provided excellent service during our stay. I will definitely be back again when I visit Shenzhen again."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money. The beds and pillows are so soft and comfortable, I slept wonderfully. The front desk staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The only minor downside was the long wait times for the elevator, but that's an understandable issue. Overall, my experience was great and it's definitely worth staying here."
