"The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!"

"RANZ Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Dongmen Pedestrian Street Branch) The location is truly prime, just a few minutes' walk directly to Dongmen Pedestrian Street. It's right next to Maoye Department Store, and the surrounding streets are lined with all sorts of snacks and specialty restaurants, from Cantonese dim sum to trendy internet-famous treats and chain fast food. It's incredibly convenient for both dining and getting around. On the way, you can even see the old site of the Tianhong Department Store, which has since closed down, making the location very easy to identify – no need to worry about getting lost. The room is spacious and not cramped at all, completely free from the oppressive feeling of small-sized hotels often found in this area. Ventilation and natural light are also good. The bathing amenities are fully stocked, from moisturizing toiletries and non-slip bath mats to disposable dental kits – no need to bring your own extras, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff are all incredibly attentive and thoughtful. When checking in, they proactively informed us about local shopping and dining routes. What was most delightful was that it happened to be raining on the day of our check-in, and when we were leaving, the staff kindly offered us an umbrella to borrow, which didn't delay our plans at all. These small gestures of care are truly heartwarming. The only minor drawback is that the old Tianhong Department Store nearby has closed, meaning one less regular shopping spot. However, this doesn't affect the overall stay experience at all. Whether you're visiting Shenzhen Dongmen for shopping and sightseeing or on a short trip, I highly recommend staying here."

"The front desk service was excellent, especially Xiao Zheng. Free parking downstairs was convenient. The hotel is right next to a subway entrance, and downstairs there's shopping, right in Huaqiangbei. You can reach Luohu Pedestrian Street in about 10 minutes from here. Dining is easy too; just turn left out the door and there are two malls with great hot pot and Hakka cuisine."

"The Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu is truly fantastic; every visit leaves me feeling completely at ease. The rooms are large and spacious, with amazing views from the windows. The sunlight streaming in brightens up the entire space, making my stay very pleasant. The bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and once I lie down, I don't want to get up! The pillows are perfectly supportive, ensuring a really sound night's sleep. What I want to praise most, though, is their service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is incredibly friendly, speaks softly, and is very polite. Once, I asked the front desk for a charger, and it was delivered to my room within minutes – super efficient! The hotel's location is also superb. A short walk takes you to the metro station, and there are malls and restaurants nearby, so you're covered for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Whether I'm here for a business trip or with family, it's incredibly convenient. I've become a regular guest, and I find myself wanting to come back every so often; it feels as familiar and comfortable as coming home. I honestly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay – you absolutely won't be disappointed!"

"After comparing several hotels in the same price range, I finally chose Qingmu Hotel, and I never expected such amazing value for money! For just around a hundred yuan, I got a luxurious stay that far exceeded other hotels in the same category. The hotel's decor is simple yet sophisticated, with a great sense of design. The common areas are elegant and spotless, and the guest rooms are spacious and airy, never feeling cramped or stuffy. All the facilities are brand new and complete, with smart devices, audio-visual equipment, and toiletries – truly comparable to high-end hotels. The hygiene standards are top-notch; the entire room was dust-free and odor-free, the bedding was soft and clean, and the bathroom was dry and tidy, making for an excellent living experience. The soundproofing is excellent, blocking out outside noise, which significantly improved my sleep quality. "Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food."

"The biggest pleasant surprise at this hotel was definitely the food. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. The afternoon tea really stood out to me; the Cantonese dim sum was beautifully crafted, and they even had dishes like steamed taro with pork ribs and golden chicken feet – it was miles above your average hotel afternoon tea, so good that I'd consider staying here again just for that! The late-night supper was also very thoughtfully prepared, offering freshly made rice noodles and beef noodles, and the broth, in particular, was exceptional; I even went back for an extra bowl of just the soup. Plus, they had ice cream available every day, which was a lovely little touch. The service was also incredibly attentive. My flight was late, and the front desk readily extended my check-out time. They were very cooperative throughout the process, which made my last day much more relaxed. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, the room was very comfortable, and they provided a comprehensive set of toiletries. There's even a laundry room, so you practically don't need to bring anything yourself. The location is super convenient too, very close to Huaqiangbei, easily walkable. It's great for dining, shopping, and buying electronics. Overall, from the facilities and cleanliness to the service and dining, everything left me very satisfied. I had a wonderfully comfortable stay. It's a hotel I'd happily return to and recommend to friends."

"On a business trip to Shenzhen, I found this hotel conveniently located near the subway. It's a direct line from the airport, and the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the station. The front desk staff were really welcoming. I arrived quite hot and sweaty from my walk, and they immediately offered to help with my luggage, gave me tissues to wipe my face, and even got me some water – so thoughtful! It felt just like coming home. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a great place, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here for a business trip, and it's super convenient, right by the subway entrance. From check-in, I was impressed by how modern and tech-savvy the room felt. The layout is well-designed, and the bedding was neat and comfy. The staff were all very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent – not overly luxurious, but it had a great selection of Cantonese dim sum, congee with preserved egg and lean pork, freshly made rice noodles, and fried eggs. It was all very satisfying and comforting. I also really enjoyed the drip coffee in the room, and the slippers were wonderfully thick and soft. I'll definitely stay here again."
