"This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^"

"This is a really great hotel, and it's our second time staying here as a family. It's super close to the city center of Namba, and there are so many department stores with fantastic shopping. When the kids get tired in the afternoon, they can easily rest up. It's also convenient to just buy some wagyu or seafood from the Takashimaya supermarket and cook it yourself. This was my first time choosing the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom layout. It's a bit of a shame that the master bedroom faces the elevated highway, which unfortunately generated quite a bit of vehicle wind noise. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom units, or request a higher floor."

"Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!"

"The room size was decent, and the bedding comfort was average. The facilities were quite comprehensive, though the bathroom was a bit small (all by Japanese hotel standards). There's a shared balcony, and the public area on the first floor is spacious, offering amenities like a first-aid kit, chopsticks, drinking water, and a microwave. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from the Miyakojima subway station, with many supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel operates on a completely self-check-in and check-out system (with a Chinese language option). Although you can store luggage in the public area on the first floor, I wouldn't recommend leaving valuables there."

"This place was amazing. It was incredibly clean, and having a microwave inside was a huge plus. What made it even better was that they responded instantly to all my questions via KakaoTalk, which was super convenient. I honestly think it's incredible value for money. Dotonbori was only about a 15-minute walk, so it wasn't a hassle at all. Our family had a very comfortable stay during our trip to Osaka!"

"The guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk. Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes. Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided. Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset. Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently close to the station. It was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, cups, kettle, and hairdryer. The walk to the hotel was also great, with lots of shops along the way, which was a real plus."

"The room isn't large, but it's conveniently located. It's suitable for sleeping and showering only. You get what you pay for. Self-check-in is quite convenient, but there was a small mishap during check-out (though customer service handled it quickly). It's more suitable for couples or solo travelers. Families with children might find it less convenient."

"The room was small but pretty clean. The only downside was no bathtub, which felt a bit strange for a trip to Japan! The soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the subway and noises from the next room, so light sleepers should be aware. However, the bed and pillows were really comfortable! The location was excellent, less than a 10-minute walk straight to the subway, and there's a large supermarket right across the street."
