"This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^"

"Excellent apartment-hotel right across from Namba station, which is super convenient if you're traveling to/from the airport. The service was fantastic, with polite and smiling staff. Everything was very clean and tidy. We got a free room upgrade to a two-room suite, which had plenty of space, a cozy living area with a lounge, sofa, and a TV with a good sound system, a kitchen area with everything needed for cooking, and a washing machine. Highly recommend!"

The location is very convenient—it's within easy walking distance to the station, and there’s a Lawson convenience store right nearby, which was super handy. It offers excellent value for money. "The room size was decent, and the bedding comfort was average. The facilities were quite comprehensive, though the bathroom was a bit small (all by Japanese hotel standards). There's a shared balcony, and the public area on the first floor is spacious, offering amenities like a first-aid kit, chopsticks, drinking water, and a microwave. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from the Miyakojima subway station, with many supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel operates on a completely self-check-in and check-out system (with a Chinese language option). Although you can store luggage in the public area on the first floor, I wouldn't recommend leaving valuables there."

"This place was amazing. It was incredibly clean, and having a microwave inside was a huge plus. What made it even better was that they responded instantly to all my questions via KakaoTalk, which was super convenient. I honestly think it's incredible value for money. Dotonbori was only about a 15-minute walk, so it wasn't a hassle at all. Our family had a very comfortable stay during our trip to Osaka!"

"The guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk. Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes. Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided. Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset. Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"Arrived late in the evening and checked in quickly. We had already entered our details online and received a code for the room lock at the reception. The room matched the photos on the website – it was large and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleaning can be arranged upon request. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a Don Quijote store, and 24-hour shops. The area is quiet and cozy. Check-out was also quick, with a QR code for check-out hanging on the inside of the door. We would happily stay here again."

"The location is very close to shopping street just crossing the road. There is a mart nearby easily to survive. But the host did not send a comfirmation on the day before checked in so I needed to ask for it which is a bit lack of comcerned. Overall is nice and good choice to stay."

"The room was small but pretty clean. The only downside was no bathtub, which felt a bit strange for a trip to Japan! The soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the subway and noises from the next room, so light sleepers should be aware. However, the bed and pillows were really comfortable! The location was excellent, less than a 10-minute walk straight to the subway, and there's a large supermarket right across the street."
