The location of this hotel is so great! Customer service is good too; with great amenities. If there are more pillows with different firmness would be good… as we think that the pillows can be better for better quality sleep. Love the view from our room as we can see USJ. So close that we can see ppl running in at 8.30am 🤭 Love the bathtub and vending machines as well. Downstairs there’s 24hr Lawson too. Super convenient! The hotel gave us Pyjamas too. So good. Thank u!

Hotel is conveniently located with good F&B amenities within walking distance. Surrounding is quiet. Hotel has well prepare necessities for guest use and a good hot public bath facility on the 6th floor. Train station is just across the street from hotel

Execellence stay! The hotel location is great. We can easily go to UDJ and namba. The hotel is connected to JR and subway station. Hotel staffs are very nice.You can leave your baggages at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Hotel facilities are also good.My kids used bathtub every nights.

The highlight was definitely the onsen—the hot spring was so relaxing, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. After a long day of travel, soaking in the warm waters was pure bliss. The breakfast was another standout—fresh, varied, and delicious. There was a great mix of Western and Japanese options, all beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to return!

The room was spacious even though the hotel is located in the middle of Osaka downtown. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in Japan w fresh salmon and tuna! Onsen was great and all free ice candy, ramen, and Yakurt were nice plus!!! We will definitely come back again!

The hotel reception staffs are warm and polite, and try their best to meet the needs of guests. There are soothing hot springs to help soothe overworked feet! After soaking in the hot springs, you can enjoy popsicles and lactic acid drinks. Free ramen is also provided in the evening. The breakfast included in the hotel is worth the money. It is a hotel worth recommending.

First time in Osaka and Hotel Midosuji is conveniently located right next to Namba train stations for easy access to other locations. Strategically placed, step outside of property and you're already within minutes from Dotonbori shopping district. There's an in house onsen for both men and women on separate floors. The room is clean and simple with all the basic amenities. Will stay here for future visits.

This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby. The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best. The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep. Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!
