Amazing
GGuest UserStayed at the triple bed room. Late check in around 11pm. However it was all smooth and okay. Hotel was clean with comfortable bed and pillow. Location is superb, just 3 mins walk to USJ entrance. They have the pyjamas for adults and kids. All amenities are provided. Free water is available at the same floor at the water station. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

CChenting228The hotel is accessible by subway, but you'll need to transfer if you're coming from the airport. They offer complimentary drinks starting in the afternoon, and free ramen at 9 PM. There's a hot spring bath in the building across the street, and a free massage chair on the first floor, though it's often occupied. A large supermarket is just a right turn from the exit. The room size is typical for Japan.

Llisafong720## Pros: Conveniently located near Osaka Metro's Kitahama Station🚇, just two stops from the Umeda shopping district, and not far from Shinsaibashi. While there aren't many restaurants directly around the hotel, it's primarily surrounded by office buildings and financial institutions, adjacent to the Osaka Stock Exchange. ## Cons: Some staff members were very professional, such as a young gentleman who spoke Chinese. However, some staff had an indifferent attitude, like a middle-aged woman in the restaurant. A few individual employees displayed poor service, lacked a service-oriented mindset, and provided a very unsatisfactory experience – for instance, a young, slender Japanese female employee with her hair in a bun. I hope not to be served by her again. ## Facilities: ① The windows can be opened to a certain degree, which is very useful for regularly ventilating the room and preventing a musty smell. ② The room is small, but the layout is cleverly designed and generally quite functional. However, the shower area is too cramped, making it difficult to turn around, which negatively impacts the user experience. ## Suggestions: It would be great if the breakfast variety could be rotated every 1-2 days, and if the entry cutoff time could be adjusted to 09:30.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from the metro station though it may not be best ideal when you need to walk back to the hotel late at night with hand full of shopping. I am not a smoker and i was known at point of booking that the room is for smoker though would be nice if at point of check in the hotel can ask me again so a possibly to have a non smoking room. There were massage chair outside of the onsen foyer which I am quite appreciated though even with the blinds down in the evening, the sun is still creaking through the side of the blinds showering directly to my face which can get quite hot and stopping me to open my eyes during my massage on the chair. Suggest also to have more information on the commute to Namba station for early train to airport when metro is not available. There is no USB plug in the room and I am glad that I have prepared my own socket. Overall I have a good experience staying at this hotel and I see that some of the details can be easily improved to elevate the hospitality.

TTJJOSHSUPER HOTEL Premier Namba Shinsaibashi Natural Hot Spring is conveniently located near many attractions, especially major spots like Dotonbori, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel lobby was clean, nice, and comfortable. The room was generally clean and comfortable, with sufficient space for a pleasant stay, although there was a little dust in certain areas. The toilet area was slightly cramped, but having a bathtub was a nice plus. The amenities provided were excellent, with a wide selection available for guests to pick up from the lobby based on their needs. This thoughtful setup made the stay more convenient. One highlight of the hotel was the complimentary alcoholic drinks provided every evening. It was a great opportunity to try different types of drinks and enjoy a relaxing, chill session after a day out. The hotel also has an onsen that was clean and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing and recovering after a tiring day of sightseeing. Overall, the hotel offers good comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a great location, making it a solid choice for travelers visiting Namba and Shinsaibashi.

GGuest UserWe stayed two nights at this hotel near Namba Dotonbori. It was wonderful to relax in a warm hot spring bath after a long day of exploring. After the bath, they provided ice cream and yogurt, and after 9:30 PM, they also provided complimentary Japanese ramen, which was delicious. The staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. Next time I visit Namba, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

SSollee- Spa was good, breakfast was good. - Location was good; we could go shopping or eating outside easily. The area across the station felt a bit unsafe, and there were some homeless people around. - Very clean floors in the entire building since everyone had to take off shoes at the lobby. - After check-out, the hotel allows guests to store their luggage if guests stay on the premises to enjoy the spa. However, if guests leave the hotel after checkout and then return later, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. In that case, you have to use the coin lockers in front of the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to exchange money again to use the locker. That was the only inconvenience.

MMurahariFirst time in Osaka and Hotel Midosuji is conveniently located right next to Namba train stations for easy access to other locations. Strategically placed, step outside of property and you're already within minutes from Dotonbori shopping district. There's an in house onsen for both men and women on separate floors. The room is clean and simple with all the basic amenities. Will stay here for future visits.

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
