"I really liked the hotel. The staff was helpful, informative, and answered all my questions. The room was cozy, with a small refrigerator, a double bed, and air conditioning. There was a large desk and chair. The location is excellent, close to a park and the subway. Among the additional features, I took advantage of the luggage scale (available at reception) and the luggage transfer service from Osaka to Tokyo (the price was reasonable, and they promised fast delivery, but it's best to confirm the delivery date with reception). In my opinion, the location of the power outlets is a bit awkward, but there are plenty in the room. The entrance is visible from afar: it's next to a huge arch."

"I always check the negative reviews before booking, so I was a bit nervous before my stay, but it turned out to be perfect! 😍 The hotel is very clean, the front desk staff all speak English and have excellent attitudes. They provide disposable toiletries and face masks. The room's mini-bar offers complimentary tea and beer (three types, six cans). We had two large and one small suitcase in the room, and it didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel lobby has a luggage scale! There's also a complimentary executive lounge benefit (unfortunately, neither of us drinks alcohol, so we just had coffee and orange juice; the snacks were plentiful and varied). Even though I'm not an early riser, next time I'll definitely book a package that includes breakfast!"

"The room, while not large, was very bright and had excellent soundproofing! There were power outlets on both sides of the bed, and the hairdryer was great – these small details really added to the experience. The lobby had a lounge area, and the staff were very helpful. Plus, you could pick up toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and coffee/tea bags there, which was a thoughtful touch. **Transportation & Surroundings:** It's a 12-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station, which has a direct express train to the airport. Namba is about a 15-minute walk. However, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to Daikokucho Station. The surrounding area is generally quiet with not much to explore, and the Lawson downstairs didn't have a very wide selection of goods. Also, the TV didn't have Netflix or YouTube. **Summary:** While the area is a bit quiet and a little far from the subway station, the comfortable room, excellent soundproofing, and convenient access to and from the airport make it highly recommended overall."

"The rooftop bathroom is fully equipped with both cold and hot pools, and a sauna. The hotel lobby connects directly to Lawson, and there are many small eateries and izakayas around, all very convenient. Although the room is small, there's plenty of space for luggage, and the bathroom is clean, plus there's a small table for eating bento."

"I had a question and called, but a non-Japanese speaker answered the phone, which was a bit difficult for me. After a while, someone else took over, and everything was sorted out! It's faster to follow the train tracks from the station! If you go along the route by Lawson, it's a big detour. The bed was on a tatami mat, which was innovative and lovely! Even my friend, who is pathologically clean, was very impressed with the cleanliness. The room wasn't particularly spacious for a twin room, but it was much better than hotels in Tokyo!! My purpose was not sightseeing but to prepare for an early morning flight, so I was satisfied! The view from the buffet was wonderful 💓"
