"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with the shuttle bus taking about 15 minutes to get there. The front desk staff spoke the best English I've encountered at any hotel, and there were even staff members who spoke Chinese, all very professional. The room was incredibly spacious and grand, just like what you'd find in a hotel in China. From the hotel, you can see the sea right next to the airport. You can walk to the outlet mall, it's not far, and there's a lovely seaside promenade next to the outlets. I'd highly recommend it for those catching an early flight or who have just arrived at Osaka Airport and need to refresh. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which is very handy."

"I love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd."
