"I was a bit worried because of the low price, but the location was great and the room was clean. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but I had absolutely no trouble communicating. There's not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, the grout in the bathroom seemed a little dirty. However, considering the good price, convenient location, and clean room which was exactly as pictured, it's a place I'd definitely want to stay at again if I visit Osaka in the future."

"The new hotel has a convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from the subway station and next to Shinsegae. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. The bath is large and comfortable, and there are sauna facilities. The best surprise was the free vacuum sealer, which was convenient for packing large quantities of souvenirs. I will definitely stay at the same hotel next time I visit Osaka! 😊😊"

"This accommodation was really great! It was super clean and cozy, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days without any major inconveniences. JR Teradacho Station is a 3-minute walk away, there's a big 7-Eleven right across the street, and Lawson and FamilyMart are also nearby, which was convenient. I was a bit worried about how to contact someone if there were issues since it's self-check-in, but everything was so good that I didn't need to ask for anything, which is why I'm writing this review! There were times when motorbike noises were a bit loud at night, but it was relatively quiet. Plus, there's a local tonkatsu restaurant right next to the accommodation, which was the best. If I come to Osaka again, I will definitely revisit!^^"

"Unbeatable location as hotel is situated in between two train stations with Nipponbashi being just 5 minutes walk. Smack right in the center of eateries and shopping, its super convenient! 3 elevators served the Main Tower, which meant a much shorter waiting time Daily breakfast served delicious local and continental cuisine. I really like tbe coffee machine which served aromatic matcha latte Room was spacious for 2 pax, clean and functional! Bathroom was equipped with branded toiletries and the shower had good warm water strength Staff were friendly, always smiling and polite. Great stay, highly recommended!"

"I booked this newly opened hotel because of its convenient location. To be honest, after booking, I was quite anxious about the price since there were no reviews, and I was worried it wouldn't be comfortable. However, it far exceeded my expectations upon check-in – I'd even say it was better than the 1000+ per night hotel I stayed at a few days prior. The room was spacious, and the facilities were new. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it; while the chosen amenities aren't luxurious, they are all high quality. In particular, the shower room was huge, the water pressure was great, and the toilet was separate, which was very comfortable. I genuinely highly recommend this guesthouse. I hope the owner maintains this standard; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka."

"The newly opened hotel was very clean and comfortable! The rooms were tidy and fully equipped, and there was even a washing machine in the room so I could do laundry anytime, which made me feel very secure. Although it's a self-service hotel, the check-in instructions I received via email beforehand indicated that there were staff at the counter, and the check-in process was very smooth. There was also a self-service coffee and tea bar in the lobby on the first floor, so I could drink as much as I wanted! I sent emails with any questions and received quick replies, which was reassuring. The location was also very convenient, right next to the Nipponbashi Shopping Street, making shopping very easy. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, perfect for sightseeing. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!"

"Newly renovated, and generally clean. However, there are no USB charging ports, and the power outlets are located right by the head of the bed, which is a bit inconvenient for sleeping. They only provide one room key, which isn't very practical. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs. It's also just a seven-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The hotel doesn't offer parking, but you can pull up to the front to unload luggage, then park in one of the nearby 24-hour parking lots. There are many options close by, but they are a bit expensive, costing over 2000 yen for 24 hours."

"Originally, I was looking forward to this stay. The room itself was not too problematic in all aspects. The overall comfort after the actual stay. However, the most influential thing about this experience is the ”cleaning fee” and follow-up communication problems. I only booked the room the day before check-in. At that time, the price was more favorable, but I accidentally didn't notice that the cleaning fee for the room was quite high, and the cleaning fee was even more expensive than the price itself. Of course, I have no responsibility to see this clearly, and I suggest that people who book a room afterward must pay special attention to whether the cleaning fee is charged separately and whether the amount is reasonable. I understand that the landlord may want the guests to book a few more days in a row, so set the cleaning fee as a one-time fee. However, the problem was that when I found this, I tried to contact the hotel ／ when the landlord asked if it could be cancelled, the communication process was very uneven. I looked up through Trip.com at about 10 o'clock that night, but the platform has always said that I can't contact the landlord; until around 12 noon the next day, there was still no clear reply. I tried to contact myself through another platform and waited for about two hours until I finally got a reply around 2pm. The landlord’s reply was to the effect that since I had completed the payment, I accepted the relevant terms on behalf of me, and I needed to take responsibility for it myself. I can understand this and admit that I did not read it carefully. However, what I later proposed was that since the room rate cannot be cancelled, the landlord can keep the rent and only refund the cleaning fee. Because if I don't end up staying, the landlord doesn't actually need to clean me extra; The cleaning fee should have corresponded to the actual cleaning cost, not simply as non-refundable income. Unfortunately, the landlord's response is still quite mechanical, but it is constantly emphasized that it is my responsibility and has not made any specific considerations on this compromise plan. This makes me feel that communication is inflexible and a little empathy is lacking. In summary, the room itself is comfortable and the accommodation environment is not obviously a problem. But this experience made me feel that the setting of cleaning fees and communication efficiency are worth noting. Especially for passengers who only stay for one night, it is important to carefully confirm the amount of cleaning fee before paying, otherwise the actual expenditure may be much higher than the surface price."
