"The service was very excellent! Room was simple enough for travellers who will be out and about for most parts of the day! It's conveniently located near Shinsekai area, with many izakayas you can choose from. Walking to popular destinations like tsutenkaku tower and tennoji zoo is possible! The walk from the subway was also very short (about 5 minutes)! However, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of heavy smokers! If you are sensitive to tobacco smoke, please be aware of this! This area also does not seem to be very family friendly so be aware if you are travelling with kids! The room is also too small to lay out two medium luggages unless you do it by the toilet! The toilet is also kind of narrow, which may be inconvenient for the elderly! Otherwise, I think the hotel is a great and cheap option!"

"Spotless, Brand New, and Perfect for Shoppers! ANCHORED by RIHGA is exceptionally clean, brand new, and features excellent overall amenities and top-notch toilet facilities. A massive, unexpected highlight is the professional vacuum-packing machine in the laundry area, which is an absolute lifesaver for flattening clothes and bulky purchases to save luggage space. The only minor drawback is that the elevators can be quite slow, but otherwise, it’s a fantastic, highly recommended place to stay near Ebisucho."

"I overslept and was late for check-out, but the staff were very kind and helpful, and I wasn't charged any late fees. The hotel's proximity to the station was also a big plus. I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!"

"There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just over 100 meters away, but Lawson is a bit further. My English isn't great, but the front desk service was excellent! They were so patient and even used their phone to translate into Chinese. The hotel is quite new, so the overall environment is good. It's perfectly fine for one person, but I think it would be a bit small for two."

"The location in the heart of Osaka is fantastic. You can walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market within 3 minutes. The staff are friendly. After check-out, they held our luggage, which was great for a quick Don Quijote shopping trip or a meal before heading to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and left feeling refreshed."

"The accommodation is quite close to the station, and it was great that I could walk to places like Dotonbori. The place was clean, and even though it's unmanned, their response was quick and good! If I go to Osaka again, I'd definitely stay here."

"The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity. The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with."

"Great location! It's only 350 meters from Daikokucho Station (Exit 1). You can take the red line just one stop to Namba Station, or easily take the red line to JR Tennoji Station to catch the Haruka train to the airport. There are many delicious restaurants nearby; just cross the street in front of the hotel, pass Lawson, cross another street, and walk about 200 meters. There's even a sushi place! The hotel is clean, and you can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or if you check out early and want to explore before picking up your bags. The staff are foreign but very professional and friendly."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money, a truly pleasant surprise! The hotel itself is quite new and not too far from the subway station. Being located at Honmachi Station, you can even walk to Shinsaibashi, and Umeda is also very close, making it convenient to get anywhere without being too noisy. Although the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped, clean, and the bed is comfortable. My room was on the 29th floor; when I opened the curtains, there was plenty of natural light, and absolutely no street noise. Downstairs, there's a laundry room with washer-dryer combos, and complimentary toothbrushes are available for self-service. Plus, right next to the front desk downstairs is a Lawson convenience store, so if you need to grab anything small, it's super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps the only minor drawback is that the water temperature in the bathroom wasn't quite hot enough."

"The location was the hotel's strong point, being close to everything and just minutes from the metro station. The room also did not disappoint and was spacious, well-ventilated and clean. Every day the hotel staff left fresh towels at the door, which was a pleasant surprise, as we were not expecting it at the time. The reception is not open 24 hours, but we didn't miss that. The only issue we could raise was the lack of any kitchen equipment. Although there was a stove, a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator, there was no way to cook because there were no utensils, pots or plates. For us, this doesn't make much sense because the room has a kitchen that, in principle, could be used."
