"Location: It's in the building right outside Haeundae Subway Station Exit 5 or 7. It's about a 10-minute walk straight to the beach, with plenty of shops and food stalls along the way. The night market is also nearby. There's a 3-story Olive Young downstairs, plus two more nearby, and Daiso is diagonally opposite. Service: There's no front desk; check-in, check-out, and everything else is handled via email. QQ email isn't supported. Luggage storage is on floor B1 in a dedicated storage room. The elevator and entrance door codes are sent via email at 1 PM. Many people were waiting outside the luggage storage room, checking their phones. Facilities: No cleaning service during your stay; cleaning requires an extra fee and an email request. The room has a kettle, fridge, and microwave. The air conditioner controls are all in Korean, so I had to translate them myself to use it. In my room type, the shower was in the bathtub. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided. Note: I requested a high floor, and they accommodated it. While it wasn't a direct ocean view, it was still very good."

Double security ensures that outsiders are not allowed to enter or leave the hotel, and each room is independent so you can feel a sense of personal space.
"This was my favorite accommodation during my trip to Korea, whether in Seoul, Busan, or Ulsan. It's a fully self-check-in apartment located directly accessible from Seoul Station Exit 10, and the overhead bridge makes it super convenient. For Chinese travelers, receiving passwords and QR codes via email, especially on the day of arrival, might feel a bit insecure, and there's a slight worry about not receiving them. I took the chance, and it worked out perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Busan."

"I enjoyed my stay at Urbanstay City Hall in Busan. The studio was very clean and modern; easy check-in and check-out information and the staff is very helpful. There is a kitchenette with all essential kitchen ware, however, there are plenty of restaurants and cafe' in the neighbourhood so you can easily grab some food rather than cooking in the studio. If you arrive early or depart late, there is a luggage storage for your convenience. Room cleaning is not included but you can ask for this service at an additional charge. The location is great, just around the corner there is Yeonsan metro station: orange line 1 (stops at Busan station) if you wish to go towards Seomyeon or Nampo areas; take brown line 3 to go towards Suyeong and then green line 2 to go towards Haeundae. The only issue I had was the internet connection which kept disappearing in the evening and this was a little frustrating since I rely on good connection for work purposes. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, I would go back and would recommend it to other travellers."

"If you're looking to explore Seomyeon's Youth Street, this place is fantastic and super convenient. However, if you plan on going to the beach, I'd suggest staying closer to Haeundae. Here, shopping, eating, and buying things are all incredibly easy. The room has many clever space-saving features, which I highly recommend. There's a window seat with cushions and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The only downsides are that it's a bit noisy facing the street, and the curtains aren't very light-blocking, so I'd advise bringing an eye mask and earplugs. One particularly great feature is that the rooms use underfloor heating instead of air conditioning, making it much less dry. The whole room is wonderfully warm, which was a real treat for a winter stay. The complimentary hand soap, conditioner, and shampoo all smelled lovely. Plus, there's a separate washing machine for laundry and even a microwave! You can also store your luggage on the second floor at any time. It's self-check-in with no front desk, so remember to check your email for the check-in password. Also, for continuous stays, bottled water, capsule coffee, and towels need to be requested from the owner daily, as they aren't proactively provided. It seems they only provide them for a total of two days, so please be aware of that. If you need more drinks, there are plenty of convenience stores downstairs, making it easy to buy more! It's very close to the subway station! Exit 12 has a direct elevator, which is great if you have luggage. Make sure to check out the delicious pork barbecue at 'Zhumu Roast Pork' about 50 meters away! You can find it on Dazhong Dianping! Overall, highly recommended!"

"A staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train)."

"This apartment is beautiful, offering a great room size for two individuals, complete with a balcony that provides ample space for luggage. We appreciate the heated floor, bright rooms, and the generously sized refrigerator with a freezer. While the kitchen utensils are simple, we noted the absence of certain amenities such as garbage bags, a dish sponge, a broom, or a dustpan. Additionally, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, as there were residual marks from previous guests in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, being only a five-minute walk to Haeundae beach and an eight-minute walk to the city center."

"The room is bigger than I expected! The rooms are clean and comfortable, well equipped with the kitchen essentials, washing machine and big living room. Strategic location nearby Busan station with walking distance 10 min, with a bridge directly linked between Busan Station to the building. No worry about the food, a lot of restaurant, cafe and food around Busan Station. Recommended 👍🏻"

"The location is fantastic, very convenient for taxis and public transport, and there's great shopping downstairs. It's also super close to Haeundae Beach. The room facilities are good, but I think a small sofa instead of the living room chair would be more comfortable. My main complaint is that the apartment elevators are incredibly slow, especially around 11 AM during peak check-out time – it can be maddeningly long waits!"

"The hotel was difficult to find. I repeatedly requested detailed check-in information from the hotel the day before arrival, but received no response. Usually, hotels of this type proactively provide check-in information before arrival, but I didn't receive any. Luckily, a kind English-speaking person helped me make a phone call to check in on the day of arrival. The room facilities were a bit old, and some places were locked, but the adhesive on the locks had lost its stickiness, making them somewhat useless! The view and room space were major pluses, and the location was the best part!"
