"The hotel is a bit removed from all the hustle and bustle, which we really enjoyed. There weren't crowds of people, but at the same time, we loved taking an evening stroll along the path to the center. The hotel has its own small beach, not many people, and there's enough space for everyone. You can also walk to Long Beach. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. We had a sea view. There are some small inclines with steps. Breakfasts are tasty, but a bit too late for us as we're early birds. Overall, it's a solid 4-star hotel."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s tucked away in the corner of a beautiful beach so it’s peaceful and chilled but still walking distance (5mins) to the main shops, cafes, bars and harbour of PhiPhi. The bamboo huts are very solid and appeared to be really well sealed so no bugs getting in and excellent at holding the cool air from the air conditioner inside. Very comfy bed, soft bed linen, good pillows, bathrobes, bottled water and good quality toiletries all provided. Gorgeous bathroom with great showers. Welcome drink and snacks provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was incredible- so much choice and everything was delicious. We also ate lunch here one day and dinner here one night and both were delicious, The swim up pool bar was a real treat with happy hour 2 for one cocktails from 3-5 as well as delicious smoothies ice cream and made to order sushi available. The pool is stunning of with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels supplied. Also possible to hire canoes and stand up paddle boards to take out on the bay. (1 hour included for free for all guests). The staff were lovely at all times. A delight to deal with at all times. Lastly yes you can hear the noise from the bar across the bay in the evenings from 10 to 2:30 am but the resort supplies ear plugs and we all slept perfectly fine every night. If you are sensitive to noise maybe bring some noise blocking ear plugs but don’t let that be the reason you miss out on staying in this stunning resort."

"Facilities: You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but there's no kettle. Everything else is available. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! Super natural and refreshing. Service: Surprisingly good! The welcome ”fruit juice” upon check-in was delicious. We visited during Chinese New Year, and everyone was dressed in festive red and had their hair in cute top buns – everyone was so friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the staff meticulously cleaned our room every day. You can book cars, boats, and rent motorbikes directly at the hotel. Overall, I really loved it! The rock climbing next door is also highly recommended; too bad we ran out of time. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Location: The hotel is located on the opposite side of Tonsai Pier. A hotel representative meets you upon arrival. You can reach the town by taking a path that passes two viewpoints. The path is challenging, but the view is unforgettable. We took a boat back. Beach: During our stay, high tide peaked between 11 AM and 12 PM, so comfortable swimming was only possible until about 2 PM. We also experienced strong winds and waves, making snorkeling uncomfortable. We managed to snorkel one day but didn't see anything particularly interesting; the Red Sea is much richer. Food: There's one cafe where all services (food, massages) are recorded, and you pay upon checkout. I can't say the food was bad; it was edible, BUT my children and I got severely ill with food poisoning. This ruined the rest of our vacation as we had to focus on recovery, overshadowing all the positive aspects of the hotel."

"The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it."

"I recently stayed at this charming European-style hotel and appreciated several aspects of my experience. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the quiet, intimate setting made for a relaxing stay. The pool staying open late was a nice touch, and I enjoyed unwinding with Netflix and Amazon Prime, which were available in the room. However, there were a couple of downsides. The food didn’t suit my taste, and when I requested an extra blanket, they were unable to accommodate it."

"Great place, convenient location, great, helpful staff. Small but well-kept, nice territory, own swimming pool. Clean bungalows. Night market nearby, sea 100 meters away. Lots of cafes and places selling excursions. Definitely recommend!"

The accommodations are both spacious and spotless, and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist you in any way possible. From the moment you arrive, the general manager will make you feel right at home and ensure that your room is ready for your arrival. It's just a quick 10-minute trip to the city center, and the shuttle service is always available at your request. Nearby, you'll find a Makro and shopping center, as well as a safe play area for children to enjoy. Our villa, complete with a pool, was fantastic, and we found the entire area to be well-maintained. We're already planning our next stay and can hardly wait to spend more time here. They were so helpful! They helped us book a ferry to Phi Phi Island and even recommended some activities at a discounted price. It made our trip so much more enjoyable."

"The service is polite and friendly. They are always responsive. The hotel has a unique landscape with lush greenery and a swimming pool. It has a holiday atmosphere. The breakfast is simple but fresh. The single-family room is spacious and clean with complete facilities. The bedding is comfortable. There is a shuttle bus that goes between Ao Nang Beach and the hotel every hour, which is convenient for travel"

"We stayed here for two nights during our trip to Krabi and really enjoyed it. The location is great, very close to the beach. The small houses are cozy and comfortable, and the rooms are nice and cool inside — perfect to relax and hide from the heat. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We also appreciated the complimentary water, soda, and snacks in the fridge. If you are visiting Krabi, I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you"
