Krabi Town Hotels with Jacuzzi

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"

"I was glad that chose this hotel for my last day in Krabi. Because it helped me to fulfill my trip on Krabi. I had an amazing sleep with nature sounds. Woke up absolutely fresh and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Moreover I was able to see an amazing buffalo and even took a part in photos😍😍😍"

"Location was good, near to many eateries and 7-11 shop. Breakfast have alot of variety and the food was great. There are two swimming pools. There was 1 for 1 drink promotion at the pool bar. The pool at the top floor has a very nice view of rhe cliff, but the deck chairs there do not have umbrella. Gym is small. Only have one threadmill. The Lat Pulldown machine is out of order. Hotel room floor was always wet, due to condensation. Depending on room facing, it may get quite noisy as hotel is near to RCA. Noticed that there is a new night market (Blue Mountain Market) constructed at rhe open field behind the hotel. So in future the market could potentially be noisy. Overall a great hotel, the staff are friendly, very good customer service."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel exudes luxury and tranquility with a beautiful view. Despite being right in the city center, you wouldn't know it. Upon check-in, there was a misunderstanding regarding whether our booked room would have a bathtub. After some discussion, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony! The room is fully equipped with all amenities, and drinking water is refilled daily. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to give you an unforgettable experience. There are 3 different saltwater pools and 2 restaurants. You can also order food and drinks via a QR code to be delivered to your sun lounger by the pool. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. You can enjoy the view during breakfast both indoors and outdoors. There's also a fitness room with brand-new equipment. I honestly can't think of anything negative about this hotel, and if we're ever in Krabi again, we will definitely be back!"

"perfect Location, staff very friendly except the older lady at reception (she just ignores you) safe in room not working, they give you a physical key which doesnt work....and was not fixed in one week.... one light in bathroom not working the whole week ... must be a disaster for a girl's make up :) breackfast and pool good definitivly not for smokers.... the smoking area is like a punishment place with view on old furnitureand other the garbadge :) no drinks and no bar in the hotel and could be setup very easily (or sub-contracted) overall rating : 6 out of 10"

"Highly recommended to stayed here especially Jacuzzi villa with the huge room, with Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath gel and lotion. Also including 2 bottles of water per day, 2 beach towels and 2 small hand towels, 2 towels for body and 2 towels for hair. The location also perfect for west beach and walking street. The staffs are very helpful and friendly if you can speak Thai is more fun their love to explain the animal surrounding in the hotel and recommended explore Railey and tour trip. The breakfast and all day food&drink also perfect cooking and so tasty."

"For this three-night stay, we shelled out a hefty RM4000+ for two rooms, one of which was a connecting room. The rooms were indeed very spacious, and the overall environment seemed decent, so I had high hopes for our stay. However, it was clear the rooms hadn't been properly maintained for a long time. The facilities were outdated, and the hygiene was appalling. Many areas looked old and dirty, and there were quite a few mosquitoes at night. The bathroom situation was particularly unacceptable. While showering, the floor would severely flood, indicating very poor drainage. There was also constant standing water around the sink that wouldn't drain, which looked incredibly unsanitary and frankly, disgusting. For this price and quality, it was absolutely not worth it. This four-day, three-night stay was extremely disappointing, and I will not be choosing this place again in the future."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cliffside hotel! The spacious, perfectly clean rooms—especially the ones with mountain-facing balconies and Jacuzzis—and the two stunning pools were definite highlights. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, helping with everything from airport transfers to a great breakfast buffet. A few things to note before booking: the hotel is tucked away on a steep, sloped road. This is great for escaping the noisy main streets, and they do provide a handy shuttle to the Ao Nang center if you don't feel like walking. Overall, it's a wonderful, scenic retreat with top-notch service!”"

"The room is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and very clean. As soon as you enter, it smells clean – you can tell it was just cleaned. The sheets and duvet are incredibly soft, high-quality, probably made with high thread counts. But the highlight is the amazing photo spots! You're guaranteed beautiful photos. The room is beautiful, new, and spotless – perfect for creating amazing content. The only downside is that the room is so good you might not want to go out sightseeing, plus the atmosphere is incredibly romantic 🥰❤️ though it might be a little lonely if you're traveling alone 🥹 The staff are incredibly lovely and kind. They provided excellent service. I injured my leg, and they went to get medicine and alcohol for my wound. Very impressed! P.S. They offer motorbike rentals (new, fun motorbikes!). There's a coffee shop in front (it's their lobby), and the pastries are delicious."

"Good service, beautiful location directly on the beach. They have multiple interesting activities guests can choose such as kayaking, paddle boarding. They also made a special food upon our request at the restaurant."
