"The hotel was everything we had hoped for. Outstanding service, great location, incredible facilities and a breakfast that I dream about ever since. We loved the swimming pool, the gym, the island of peace that the resort was - and the comfort of our room. Even though we had to settle for a twin room (we booked with next to no prior notice) it was extremely comfortable. But really, the staff made our stay super memorable. Cannot recommend this place enough!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very nice overall, and the breakfast area is especially beautiful, set right in front of the sea, which makes for a really relaxing start to the day. One of the biggest advantages is the location and layout. The hotel stretches across the width of the island, with access on both sides, so you can easily reach the port on one side and Railay Beach on the other. This makes getting around very convenient. The rooms were in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a well-located hotel."

"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel location is good but the service needs to be improved much.The bedsheet had a hole in it,like it was teared and when I asked about jt theu told us all their bedding was old.I said.it is fine if it is older but the hole is not acceptable.Finally,they chenged the sheets without apology.The hotel has a restaurant and small swimming.pool which is nice,there are also chairs to lay on by the pool..Staff training.is.needed and.management has to think about investing in new bedding for sure."

"The hotel is about 1.5 km from Ao Nang Beach, but they do offer a shuttle service which needs to be booked in advance. It's about a 300-meter walk to the main road, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops that are generally cheaper than those at Ao Nang Beach. However, the path leading to the main road can be a bit dark, so if you're a solo female traveler, I'd advise against going out alone at night. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, but there's a 7-Eleven about 400 meters away where you can buy one. There are two swimming pools: the one downstairs is quite shallow at 1.3 meters deep, while the rooftop infinity pool is 1.6 meters deep and offers pretty good views. The staff are all very friendly. Breakfast was decent; I'd recommend booking it with your stay, otherwise, you'll have to walk quite a distance to find food."

"I recently stayed at Diamond Cave Resort and found it to be the perfect home base for my six-day trip. The location truly cannot be beat. It sits just up from the groves with a beautiful view of the pier, and everything you could need is right nearby—massage shops, restaurants, and small local spots that give the area its charm. Walking Street, along with even more dining and nightlife options, is only a 5–7 minute walk away, which made exploring incredibly easy and convenient. When I arrived, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and hospitality. The resort may not have the polished, shiny appearance that some tropical resorts strive for, but that is actually part of its charm. Diamond Cave feels more like a cozy beach cottage that has been in a family for generations—like a comfortable pair of jeans that just feels like home the moment you put them on. The property and rooms were clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and warm throughout my stay. The breakfast each morning was well-rounded, with a variety of choices and more than enough to fuel a full day of exploring or relaxing. For me, it was the ideal place to work on coursework, lounge, rest, and recharge. If you are looking for luxury and perfection, this may not be the place. But if you value comfort, authenticity, and a welcoming atmosphere in an unbeatable location, Diamond Cave Resort is a wonderful choice."

"Traveling with two adults and two children, we booked a connecting family room. While it wasn't a suite, it was much more practical with two bathrooms and two balconies, offering great convenience for the kids and adults to have separate spaces. The breakfast was also fantastic, with Western, Thai, Chinese, and Indian options – so substantial that two meals a day were usually enough. The swimming pool is excellent; you could easily spend a whole day relaxing by the pool. Highly recommend it!"
