Krabi Town Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"

"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"The hotel area is beautiful, with garden bungalows offering mountain views. The grounds are quite clean. However: breakfast at the hotel is very, very meager. We specifically booked a room with a panoramic bathtub, but the glass in the tub was very dirty, so we couldn't enjoy the view at all. The water pressure in the bathtub was also very low, making it impossible to shower or fill it up. I believe the suites and junior suites are not worth the money."

"Location was good, near to many eateries and 7-11 shop. Breakfast have alot of variety and the food was great. There are two swimming pools. There was 1 for 1 drink promotion at the pool bar. The pool at the top floor has a very nice view of rhe cliff, but the deck chairs there do not have umbrella. Gym is small. Only have one threadmill. The Lat Pulldown machine is out of order. Hotel room floor was always wet, due to condensation. Depending on room facing, it may get quite noisy as hotel is near to RCA. Noticed that there is a new night market (Blue Mountain Market) constructed at rhe open field behind the hotel. So in future the market could potentially be noisy. Overall a great hotel, the staff are friendly, very good customer service."

"We had a fantastic time at Sand Sea Resort. The location is breathtaking with crazy cliff views and stunning turquoise water. Even during low tide, you can find spots where the water is deep enough for a great swim. For the best beach experience, it's just a pleasant 10-minute walk to Phra Nang Beach. The room amenities were a highlight — having a beach bag and a beach mat provided in the room is such a thoughtful and 'super' touch! The housekeeping is spotless, and whenever we requested something from the reception, they delivered it instantly. We celebrated a birthday at the hotel restaurant and brought our own bottle of sparkling wine. The staff was amazing — they brought an ice bucket and glasses immediately. They didn't just leave it there; they served us and poured the drinks throughout the evening. Excellent service!"

"It's nice relaxing holiday in exotic environments . The big hotel near mountains in the city of Krabi with big lotus pond in the calm and nice view. The staffs are friendly with good service mind. The rooms are new renovated and clean. Big swimming pool, bike lane around hotel and you can enjoy kayaking in the lotus pond."

"Location is about 6min walk from the night market. A nice restaurant just opposite to the hotel. Water pressure is a bite weak, no shower door which floor around the bath is easy get wet . Breakfast is about the same everyday, could be better."

"This hotel is convenient for a layover. It's next to the Central shopping center, about a 7-minute taxi ride away. We booked a room with a pool view but ended up with a view of the parking lot, and in the morning, it turned out to be a construction site, which was a shame since we wanted to sleep in. The pool is clean and open late. I wish they provided disposable toothbrushes."

"Great resort. I really liked the location, just outside of Ao Nang, surrounded by quiet nature. It genuinely feels like a little oasis away from everything. The pool was a big highlight for me. No loud music, no alcohol, just a calm and relaxed atmosphere without drunk or noisy crowds. It made it easy to actually enjoy the surroundings. The property itself is beautiful, with a pond in the middle and lots of greenery and flowers everywhere. Everything feels well maintained and peaceful. It’s also very convenient, about a 5 minute ride or a 30 minute walk to the main pier. The free shuttle is super handy, and Grab or Bolt work fine too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Ao Nang."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to major supermarkets such as Lotus and Big C, as well as the new Central Krabi. A 7-Eleven is also within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated almost everything about the hotel. However, the balcony had a significant amount of bird droppings, which was disappointing (please see photos attached). We requested a room transfer, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked at the time. Despite this issue, this was actually our second time staying at the property, which reflects our overall positive experience with the hotel."
