"The location of this hotel is very good located in Krabi town nearby alot of food markets, local bars and more. It's not a high priced hotel but gives you the correct quality you want for this budget. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are safely protected behind a closed door. I could also leave my luggage safely for few hours on checkout day. Thank you, I am a happy customer."

"We booked two villas for a week at this brand new adults only resort and had a wonderful experience overall. It is clear no expense has been spared in creating this beautiful complex of seven villas surrounding a stunning central pool, all set within meticulously landscaped gardens. The owners and staff deserve real credit for the care, attention to detail, and pride they have invested in creating such a relaxing and welcoming environment. What we loved: * The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Well done to the entire team. * The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and very well appointed. * Each villa has a lovely private patio, providing a perfect space to relax outdoors. * The entire resort is immaculately maintained, with daily housekeeping available if desired. * The swimming pool is luxurious, and its setting amongst the gardens is simply superb. * Complimentary bicycles with locks are a thoughtful addition. * Fresh bottled drinking water is provided daily. * Being an adults-only resort is a huge advantage, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. * It was lovely to meet and chat with the owners, who live next door and clearly care deeply about the resort. As a new resort, there are just a few improvements that would certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Suggestions: Breakfast was the key area that fell below the otherwise excellent standard. Vegetarian options were extremely limited, despite advising we were vegetarian, with much of the buffet left uncovered, attracting insects and leading to leftover food / unnecessary waste. Fried eggs were housed in with the meat selection, which may not suit some guests. Tea was also unavailable at breakfast. A simple made-to-order breakfast menu with a small selection of fresh options (such as yoghurt and granola, smoothie bowls, omelettes, eggs, pancakes, etc.), alongside covered pastries, toast, fruit, tea, and coffee, would provide greater choice, fresher food, significantly reduce leftover over, and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Breakfast Accessibility is challenging during inclement weather. The breakfast buffet is set up in the small reception area, which requires a short outdoor walk from each villa. Outside reception there are only four small tables with parasols for guests to dine. When it rains, which is on most days during the wet season, it is impractical to sit outside, leaving guests with no option but to carry trays of food back to their villas through torrential rain or avoid breakfast paid for. Our breakfast experience on our last day was ruined due to torrential rain. The reception area itself is not configured to accommodate indoor breakfast seated tables, making the overall breakfast experience highly inconvenient in regular wet weather. Providing a covered or indoor dining area would significantly improve the guest experience and better reflect the quality of the resort it aspires to. Wi-Fi was intermittent throughout our stay and unavailable for almost two full days. Reliable internet is increasingly important, particularly for guests combining leisure with remote work. The above improvement suggestions are offered with genuine positive intent. This is already an outstanding boutique resort, and a few relatively simple improvements, particularly to the breakfast offering, would elevate it among the best adults only retreats in the area. We would happily recommend staying here and hope our feedback helps make an already wonderful resort even better for future guests. We look forward to seeing the resort flourish in the years ahead."

"I have to rave about this place! The floors were sparkling clean every day, and each time I came back, it felt like the room had been refreshed – it smelled so nice and was very comfortable. There's a fruit market nearby with delicious and affordable local stir-fries. Plus, there are several night markets; the one right downstairs is only open on weekends for three days! It's lively with performances, but it ends by 10 PM, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. 👍 The staff are all incredibly warm and helpful, and their service is outstanding! If I get the chance, I'll definitely choose to stay here again."

"Hotel is as photos and described is a bed in a narrow space with a fan and the a/c is turned on for the evening to sleep well. Owners are always available and very nice. Self laundry available downstairs. Plenty of restaurants, malls, market, museum and walking river area close by. Very clean, shampoo, soap, towel and blanket available. Super safe."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is a newly opened hotel, so the environment is new and very clean. There might be some noise from nearby renovations, but it didn't bother me. They offer a simple free breakfast with Milo, coffee, and bread! I recommend it; it's inexpensive! They also have a shuttle bus that goes to Ao Nang Beach twice a day. Although the hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang Beach, renting a motor-scooter makes getting around much easier!"

"The location is great, right on Klong Muang beach. Within walking distance of many eateries, massage places, laundry and convenience stores. The hotel name is not on grab yet but you can select Baan Tha Ley restaurant and Ma’s Sea Beach House is just beside it, look for the small blue seashell logo! The room is clean and bed and pillows super comfortable, aircon and hot water works well with good water pressure. Plenty of amenities provided: flip flops, bedroom slippers, bathrobes, beach towels, fridge and plenty of bottled water. There are only five rooms available so it seems like there are no full time staff around, but the hotel manager can always be reached on WhatsApp for cleaning requests and any other matter."

"This place in the center of Krabi Town and right opposite Municipal Office. No breakfast buffet is a set back. Staff are friendly. The rate of this hotel is quite reasonable. Another set back no jug / tea making set (boiled drinking water) in the room if you are need hot water to drink. Overall, a decent place to stay."

"The receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive, and the place was exceptionally clean and the environment was lovely. I went there on a whim because it looked newly renovated, but it was fantastic! The location is also very convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street. Overall, I highly recommend it. The room wasn't cramped, and the bed was spacious."

"This hotel is located almost at the very end of the main tourist street. It's quite a distance from the sea but close to large shops and a local market. The room was surprisingly small and cramped, only about 16 square meters, even though the website claimed it was over 30. The Wi-Fi also didn't work at all. On the first day, we waited for housekeeping, and despite asking five times, our room wasn't cleaned until we were informed that cleaning only happens after 2-3 PM. There were no hand towels, only bath towels. The shower is combined with the toilet, so when you shower, water gets all over the toilet too. Our windows faced the courtyard, with an unfinished building on one side, but it was mostly out of sight. We had a nice view of beautiful mountains and palm trees with coconuts. During the day, squirrels would come and play there. There's a balcony and a downstairs lobby with tables and a co-working area. A cold water dispenser is also available. It's an inexpensive hotel, fine for a couple of nights' stay given the price."

"This was an emergency alternative because I wasn't comfortable at the hostel I was staying at. But I really liked it here for the price. The service was excellent. The only thing is I suspect there were bed bugs because I woke up covered in bites, and they weren't mosquitoes. Something else I didn't like was how dark the rooms are, and in my case, the bed I got was right next to the door, so there was no sound isolation and I could hear everything. The showers need maintenance; they aren't properly fixed. They don't have a kitchen, so you have to eat out, and they don't offer free water, so you need to bring your own bottles. The advantage is there's a 7-Eleven and the night market very close by. For the price, it seemed adequate, but it's clear the bathrooms need maintenance. They don't provide soap or shampoo, so bring your own. I'd like to ask them to change their lamps as they provide almost no light, and you're left in complete darkness in your bed."
