🚗 Parking available right outside, and you can charge your car!. Ever since having a kid, overnight camping has become such a challenge 🥹. Then I discovered this tent hotel in Anji 😌. It gives you the camping vibe, but with the comfort and stability needed for kids. The hotel is nestled among many pine trees 🌲, offering an absolutely stunning environment ‼️. There's a lake 🈶, and you can even choose a lake view room! The rooms are tent-shaped, but they come with a toilet 🚽 and a shower ‼️. ⚠️ The front desk butler was amazing! From the moment of booking, they provided all the necessary information in advance. They'd tell you about all the hotel activities beforehand so you could plan your time accordingly 🥹🥹🥹 – so thoughtful!! Outdoor activities include paddleboarding, a mini-train, horseback riding, go-karts… so many things to do! Indoors, you can sing karaoke, play motion-sensing games 🎮, or do pinecone crafts 🤩. Your whole day will be packed with fun 😉. I heard they even have hot springs in winter ♨️ ‼️. I'm already planning my second visit! 🤣

This was my first time visiting Moganshan, and I booked the Shangpo B&B based on Ctrip's ratings and reviews. I was really impressed by the welcome letter, which showed the owner is cultured and thoughtful, and it immediately heightened my expectations for this 'paradise on earth'... The B&B is nestled amidst mountains and bamboo forests, with a three-story, reddish-orange Tuscan-style exterior that exudes a vintage charm. It feels incredibly exotic being surrounded by the bamboo sea and mountains. The environment here is serene and peaceful, truly a 'paradise away from the hustle and bustle' as described in the welcome letter. The room was clean and elegant, offering mountain views right from the moment you open the door. Every detail exuded a subtle luxury. My favorite part was the artwork in the common areas – several Picasso-esque paintings by Dutch artists, paired with light luxury, simple European furniture, creating a striking visual contrast between modern and vintage that sparks a unique aesthetic romance. Both the Chinese and Western meals here were incredibly delicious, fresh, and exquisitely prepared. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner could all be customized to guests' requests; it truly felt like everyone was a VIP. The service at the B&B was also outstanding. Coffee and mineral water were provided free of charge and unlimited throughout the day! The housekeeper was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to every request. This is, without a doubt, the best-serviced B&B I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!

The room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The butler service was incredibly attentive. After a busy week, all I wanted to do on the weekend was switch off my brain. It was great to be able to WeChat them directly with any questions, instead of having to call the front desk. They even sent good morning and good night messages, reminding me what activities were available at different times. The plums in the welcome fruit basket were absolutely delicious! They tasted like wild fruit picked straight from the mountain. Three weren't nearly enough, they were so good that I shamelessly asked the butler if I could have more. A little while later, a staff member delivered a whole plateful! What a treat!

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

The resort environment is great in all aspects, perfect for a trip with family and friends. We stayed for several days and it was quite enjoyable. Tiger provided excellent and enthusiastic service, recommending many places. We'll definitely go back if we get the chance!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests.
