"Facilities: The hotel is pretty much on par with a 4-star-plus standard. The room's bedding is very comfortable, and the swimming pool is quite large with good amenities. Hygiene: There was a minor incident with the room's cleanliness, which was actively resolved on the spot, so I won't dwell on it. I hope the hotel takes it seriously. Environment: It's close to the sea, within walking distance from the hotel. Nearby, there are small restaurants, a Lawson convenience store, and food delivery options, which is very convenient. The bar outside on the beach is excellent and worth experiencing. Service: The front desk check-in process still needs better training, but the restaurant staff were incredibly nice. They heard it was my child's birthday, found birthday candles, and even voluntarily made birthday noodles, which was very touching! This ultimately saved my overall experience at this hotel! Sincerity is always very moving. Thanks to the handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the restaurant, even though I didn't catch their names, they deserve high praise!"

"A perfect place to just chill! I was so surprised by how close it is to the beach; you can hear the powerful waves as soon as you open the balcony door. A quick walk across the lawn from the pool takes you right to the sea. The best part is how uncrowded it is – so much quieter than the bustling Shimei Bay. Initially, I saw a lot of reviews complaining about slow buggy service, but personally, I found that you only really need a buggy for luggage when checking in or out. Otherwise, walking is perfectly fine; you can reach any part of the hotel in about 10 minutes. The buggies not only make you wait, but they also have one-way routes that sometimes take you on a big loop to your destination, picking up other guests along the way. It might not even be faster than walking. Plus, the hotel's garden landscaping is absolutely stunning, and walking with family often reveals little surprises that you might miss if you took the buggy. The room was decent and good value for money, though not particularly spectacular. Check-in was indeed very, very slow, but once you get through that, the experience gets progressively better. They offer the usual online concierge service, and 'Hamburger' from the front desk added me on WeChat beforehand. She was very prompt in responding to any requests during my stay – highly recommend! There are plenty of delivery options around, and the hotel delivers food to your room. However, I personally recommend walking out of the hotel for meals; it's so close! I usually walk more with my dog daily than I did here, it's incredibly leisurely. And seriously, this garden view never gets old. Two nights were definitely too short. I'll be back to try a sea-view room next time!"

"Awesome homestay experience! highly recommended! This stay is really a surprise! First of all, you must praise the environment of the homestay, and you will be amazed as soon as you enter the door! The overall design is super stylish, and the beige building is matched with a unique arc arch, and it is beyond the film at any time. The courtyard is lush with green plants, palm trees stretching branches and leaves, and there is a super healing blue swimming pool. The lounge chairs are arranged scatteredly. The area under the thatched sun shed is comfortable and relaxing. It instantly relieves fatigue, as if you are in a tropical island, the atmosphere is directly full! The service is nothing to say, the store manager and the front desk staff are super enthusiastic, from check-in to itinerary recommendation, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, any needs are responded to the first time, patient and meticulous. Such a good environment and great service homestay is really too much fan, I have recommended it to friends around me, and I will come again next time!"

"My stay at the Ocean Castle Resort was absolutely fantastic! The all-white castle architecture is stunning, and being right on the sea, every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas were beautifully decorated, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. "This is the most expensive and largest DoubleTree by Hilton I've ever stayed at. The hotel's overall facilities are decent, but the management clearly isn't up to par. The hot spring pools are also quite small, with only a few open. I booked a lake-view room, but they assigned me a room on the fifth floor where you can barely see the lake. The front desk even tried to trick me by saying that the fifth floor was the highest for this room type. The beef noodle soup from room service was truly awful, and expensive to boot. The hotel is quite large, but the lakeside is overgrown with weeds and poorly maintained. The room maintenance is also mediocre; the air purifier in the room was so noisy I couldn't sleep, so I had to turn it off."

I loved how calming it was — birds chirping in the morning, swaying palm trees, and so much natural light. The room itself was spotless and stylish, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. You can tell they care about maintaining the place really well. What really made this stay special was the staff. Everyone I met was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help — whether it was arranging transportation or giving local tips. They even have drivers who can take you around to explore nearby beaches and spots, which was super convenient. One of my favorite little perks? The coffee shop inside the hotel where you can grab free coffee anytime. I spent a lot of time there, sipping on iced drinks and reading in the garden — it was honestly the perfect recharge. The whole property feels cozy and nature-focused. Not flashy or crowded — just clean, peaceful, and full of tropical charm. Ideal for solo travelers or couples who want to slow down and soak in some nature. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Wanning or Riyue Bay. I’ll absolutely be back! 🌺✨"

"Facilities: As it's a newly opened B&B hotel, the facilities are very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. All the bedding is of excellent quality and feel, and all the disposable amenities are also quite good quality. Ambiance: It has a very South of France-inspired B&B vibe. The colorful umbrellas, the swimming pool 🏊🏻‍♂️, and the wall colors all combine beautifully, giving it a strong summer feel. Service: I'm not sure if it's because they just opened, but the butler service is fantastic. If they can maintain this level, it will be the best hotel near Wanning. They are on call 24 hours. My friends and I had tea and a fruit platter in the evenings, and everyone was incredibly warm and friendly, like old friends. The owner is also super attentive in greeting guests and handling any issues. There's also a highly recommended old coffee and tea restaurant nearby. (Just a small note: Because it's newly opened, the rooms might have a slight smell from the wood装修. However, I expect it to disappear after about a month. If you stay soon, you can just use a fan to air it out.)"

The most thoughtful thing was the Bay Area shuttle service. From the front desk to check-in, we didn't have to worry about finding our way.
