"Overall, a good experience. The facilities are top-notch, but there's room for improvement in service and attention to detail.
- Perfect location: Close to the airport and duty-free shops, super convenient for travel and shopping.
- The room was spacious, with excellent views. The bedding was comfortable and very clean, as was the bathroom. Room cleaning was prompt.
- Luxurious amenities: The pool, sauna, and gym are all worth experiencing.
- There's a shuttle service to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Just wait in the shuttle waiting area; no free shuttle ticket is needed. Hotel staff proactively help with luggage.
- Minor drawbacks:
- Due to the unified arrival of airport shuttles, the front desk can have long queues during peak hours, and efficiency is average. The front desk staff were very polite, which was a plus.
- Some rooms might have noticeable airplane noise. Light sleepers should be cautious. The noise was particularly prominent on the last day.
- There's no free lounge area in the lobby. Perhaps there are some on other floors that I didn't discover.
Conclusion: The hardware lives up to the Grand Hyatt brand, and overall, it's still recommendable."
