"I came to Jeju Island with friends for Christmas last year and stayed at the newly opened Bolton, and I had a fantastic impression back then. So, when I returned with my parents this time, I naturally chose to stay here again. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Shilla Duty Free and next to Baojian Road, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. The room size is quite large for a city hotel, especially the bathroom, which is spacious and practical. The hotel's breakfast is definitely worth trying; with pho, congee, toast, yogurt, kimchi pancakes, and fruit, it caters perfectly to Chinese tastes. Finally, a shout-out to the hotel's service: the front desk staff can communicate fluently in Chinese, and they even offer hot Pu'er tea. My parents, who don't speak English, found it incredibly convenient and said they'd definitely stay here again."

"The room was huge, 65 square meters, with a fantastic city view overlooking Hallasan Mountain, and the sunrise in the morning was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, smart, and quiet, though a bit pricey. The breakfast spread was amazing; I especially loved the noodle bar where you could add as many shrimp and black pork slices as you wanted. The fresh salmon and variety of ice creams were also my favorites. The service was excellent, and many staff members spoke Chinese, which was very convenient. They even had unlimited gold-wrapped chocolates – truly a high-end five-star hotel!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel features an infinity pool on the rooftop. From the window, you can see the sea just a few hundred meters away. Its location is extremely convenient: a CU convenience store and the 202 bus stop are right downstairs. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 30-minute bus journey to Aewol-eup on the west coast, making it perfect for exploring the western part of the island."

"This hotel in Jeju is an older, established property, but it's well-maintained and doesn't show its age much. It's about a 20-minute bus ride from the airport. I didn't realize that Korean hotels stopped providing disposable toothbrushes a few years ago, but luckily, I brought my own, which saved me some money. The hotel is conveniently located near Baojian Road Pedestrian Street, within walking distance of many unique restaurants, especially several excellent pork BBQ places. I highly recommend staying here."

"Amenities: The hotel provides Bulgari White Tea toiletries (body lotion available upon request) and Dyson hair dryers (a big plus for those who care about this when traveling). The gym and sauna are well-equipped. Room service is quite responsive and available in English, Chinese, and Korean. (Highly recommend room service if you want to eat at the hotel; the portions are very generous. Note that Stone Bar doesn't offer takeout boxes if you want to pack up leftovers). Cleanliness: Both the room and the amenities were very clean and well-maintained. Environment: As a resort hotel, the surrounding scenery and the artistic design of the facilities are excellent. Service: The hotel front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and polite! Golf cart pickups were prompt, and meal service was good, with timely service responses. Once, the room light broke and couldn't be turned off. They immediately offered to move us to another room for the night and fix it the next day. Later, they informed us the light couldn't be repaired, but the front desk staff helped us move our luggage the following evening and apologized (with an explanation, a fruit plate, and a travel toiletry set). While such glitches are never ideal, the resolution was good. The hotel's internal communication is excellent (the front desk staff who moved our luggage and the one who apologized the next day were different people, but both were aware of the situation, unlike other hotels where you have to wait for the specific staff member on duty to get information). OLIVE YOUNG Special Coupon: Travelers should note that both OY coupons can be used. After using one barcode, you can still use the second one; it's not limited to just one. Summary: I might choose Amber again for my next vacation. Also, I recommend that friends planning a trip get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in advance, as the hotel is located halfway up Hallasan Mountain, making self-driving much more convenient. For Uber, you can move the icon to select your pick-up spot directly at your building. (Remember to double-check your belongings before checking out. I rushed my check-out and left behind a Marithe hat I bought in Korea. I called the hotel twice, and both times they said they didn't find it. The hotel's housekeeping and front desk duties are very clearly separated, so the front desk only relays what housekeeping reports. However, we were sure it was in the room. Live and learn! Just a reminder for fellow travelers to check your items carefully.)"

"It was so nice to be quiet in a quiet place and the surrounding scenery was so nice. The facilities were well equipped, so there was no inconvenience during my stay. If it was jade tea, the parking lot was a bit uncomfortable. It's a great value for money, so I want to stay again next time."

"I had a great time enjoying the winter sea! The location is perfect—right along the coastal road of Woljeong-ri Beach, making it quiet yet just a few minutes walk from the Woljeong-ri cafe street. The view is amazing and this is one of the best spots to stay. Since it’s winter, the beach is peaceful, but the cafés are all open, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so you can have a great time without going far. The hotel also provides breakfast, and while the pool isn’t open in winter, just having barbecue and beer while looking at the ocean gives a strong vacation vibe. I visited the east coast quite a lot but i still prefer it over the west. I’d love to come back to Woljeong, Handong, and Gimnyeong again!"

"The room itself was decent, and you could see the ocean right from it. The location is good, just about a ten-minute taxi ride from Aewol-eup. There's a CU convenience store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. There's also a Starbucks about 100-200 meters away on foot. The sea view from downstairs is pretty nice too. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old; the sliding door to the toilet was a bit broken and sometimes wouldn't open."

"The hotel is quite large, and the pools are impressive, with many of various sizes. However, the Wi-Fi signal is poor. The staff are just average; you don't feel particularly welcomed. They get the job done, but their service attitude is mediocre, without much in the way of smiling service. There are also a lot of strange rules. For instance, at the poolside BBQ, you can't wear a bathrobe, and your swimsuit can't be wet, so you have to change into dry clothes either before or after swimming to eat. There's also a specific time slot for pool maintenance when only the jacuzzi is available, not the main pool. None of this is communicated during check-in; you only find out once you're there, which is quite inconvenient and awkward. Plus, the hotel is quite remote. There's only an ecological park to visit, and it's inconvenient to go anywhere else. Since we didn't have a car, we were limited to eating at the hotel. The hotel restaurant only had about 6 or 8 dishes, which I got tired of after two days. Afterward, I preferred to eat instant noodles. But to be fair, the hotel's environment is excellent, like a castle in the forest."

"First of all, it's clean and spacious. It's friendly and quiet, which is great. It was very windy and the weather was bad, so I couldn't use the pool villa on the third floor, but I definitely want to stay there again next time. I had a great rest. Thank you to the staff."
