Muscat Hotels with Infinity Pools

"A pleasant, cozy hotel in a convenient area. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruwi bus station. A bit dated, but still comfortable. Good price, and hearty, varied breakfasts. In our room, the TV tuner wasn't working, and the refrigerator and TV outlets were swapped (the fridge would turn off during the day when I left the room, I only noticed in the evening that it hadn't been working all day). There was a very unpleasant incident at breakfast on December 15th with a staff member wearing glasses. I arrived a bit earlier than my friend for breakfast, gave room number 415, and mentioned that my friend would join me in 5 minutes. When my friend arrived, the staff member asked for his room number. My friend couldn't remember it and was trying to check his card when the staff member's phone rang. He answered the phone, completely ignoring my friend. My friend stood waiting for several minutes while the staff member talked on the phone. Another staff member eventually invited him to breakfast. Later, the same staff member approached our table and announced that breakfast ended at 10:30, then started taking my friend's plate while he was still eating. Only after I told him we would be done within five minutes did he leave our table. I've never experienced such disrespect for guests. Usually, at other hotels, when breakfast ends, they close the buffet but guests are calmly allowed to finish what they've already taken; no one is rushed out. However, there were no such incidents on the following days, and we finished breakfast before 10:40. All other staff members were very polite; I don't know what caused that specific behavior."

"We had a great stay, location is good when you have a rental car to drive to close places. They have good restaurants nearby which are walkable. Staff is really friendly. Big plus: They have a free public washing room for hotel guests including dryer, just make sure to have or buy some detergent."

"I want to start off with that the hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever received. From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible. There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!"

In breakfast Bhavesh and Kunal stood out with their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. They made every meal feel special with their attentiveness and helpful recommendations. We wanted to try restaurants but we were short of time .  The hotel itself is beautiful in amazing place – with stunning views, clean and spacious rooms, and great amenities. But it’s truly the people like Gowtham, Bhavesh and Kunal and other staff who make Crowne Plaza Muscat such a memorable place to stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back! "After a week-long cruise in Singapore, we were flying from Emirates to Oman Air to Muscat. Our original flight was canceled, leading to a 5-hour layover at Dubai airport, which left us extremely tired. Just a minute before landing, our plane was instructed by air traffic control to circle around due to other flights, causing a half-hour delay. Fortunately, the meet-and-greet service booked via Trip.com was excellent. Mr. Alaraimim met us in the final 5 minutes and reassured us not to worry, saying he knew about the delay and would definitely wait for us. In fact, he not only picked us up but also escorted us into the hotel and waited until our check-in was complete before leaving. Upon hearing our story, the Radisson manager suggested we switch to a Tower 4 apartment suite, as it was more spacious and had a washing machine for laundry. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel where we could buy groceries and cook for ourselves. We accepted the suggestion. The manager personally escorted us from Tower 2 to Tower 4, showed us where to exchange currency in the underground mall, and even took us to our room to explain how to use the appliances. His enthusiasm was truly heartwarming. The other staff members were also friendly and polite. We are very grateful. Breakfast is served on the ground floor of Tower 4. The space is elegant, and there's a good variety of food. Omelets and well-done fried eggs can be ordered and prepared on the spot."
