Muscat Hotels with Infinity Pools

"It was a nice and clean hotel with good location. We arrived early am at 7:30 and we got our room at 10am. So that was very kind. Great service. We could fresh us up for the day ahead. A lot of shops and restaurants in the area. At if you don’t have a rented car, you can take easy a taxi on the road (oTaxi or Yango), but better bargain about the price upfront. It is also easy to take the bus to Mutrah Souq (line 1 or 1a). You need to change at Rewi bus station (line 4). Total busticket .800 bias per person. Would definitely stay again at this hotel. There is gym and a separate swimming pool for women. Walking to mall of Oman takes 45min. The road going there is convenient and good (head to panorama mall first and the to Oman mall). Pedestrian road isn’t very common in Oman. Was a nice experience and had a very enjoyable stay. Got free water everyday and clean towels. Oman is a great country with very friendly and relaxing people. Would definitely recommend to visited this country, to experience a non touristic place. Such relaxing and kind people, the Omani’s."

"A pleasant, cozy hotel in a convenient area. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruwi bus station. A bit dated, but still comfortable. Good price, and hearty, varied breakfasts. In our room, the TV tuner wasn't working, and the refrigerator and TV outlets were swapped (the fridge would turn off during the day when I left the room, I only noticed in the evening that it hadn't been working all day). There was a very unpleasant incident at breakfast on December 15th with a staff member wearing glasses. I arrived a bit earlier than my friend for breakfast, gave room number 415, and mentioned that my friend would join me in 5 minutes. When my friend arrived, the staff member asked for his room number. My friend couldn't remember it and was trying to check his card when the staff member's phone rang. He answered the phone, completely ignoring my friend. My friend stood waiting for several minutes while the staff member talked on the phone. Another staff member eventually invited him to breakfast. Later, the same staff member approached our table and announced that breakfast ended at 10:30, then started taking my friend's plate while he was still eating. Only after I told him we would be done within five minutes did he leave our table. I've never experienced such disrespect for guests. Usually, at other hotels, when breakfast ends, they close the buffet but guests are calmly allowed to finish what they've already taken; no one is rushed out. However, there were no such incidents on the following days, and we finished breakfast before 10:40. All other staff members were very polite; I don't know what caused that specific behavior."

"The room isn't huge compared to other hotels I've stayed at, but the service truly shines. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive. My favorite part is the hotel's private beach; it's not large, but it offers a wonderful sense of privacy."

"I want to start off with that the hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever received. From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible. There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!"

"After a week-long cruise in Singapore, we were flying from Emirates to Oman Air to Muscat. Our original flight was canceled, leading to a 5-hour layover at Dubai airport, which left us extremely tired. Just a minute before landing, our plane was instructed by air traffic control to circle around due to other flights, causing a half-hour delay. Fortunately, the meet-and-greet service booked via Trip.com was excellent. Mr. Alaraimim met us in the final 5 minutes and reassured us not to worry, saying he knew about the delay and would definitely wait for us. In fact, he not only picked us up but also escorted us into the hotel and waited until our check-in was complete before leaving. Upon hearing our story, the Radisson manager suggested we switch to a Tower 4 apartment suite, as it was more spacious and had a washing machine for laundry. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel where we could buy groceries and cook for ourselves. We accepted the suggestion. The manager personally escorted us from Tower 2 to Tower 4, showed us where to exchange currency in the underground mall, and even took us to our room to explain how to use the appliances. His enthusiasm was truly heartwarming. The other staff members were also friendly and polite. We are very grateful. Breakfast is served on the ground floor of Tower 4. The space is elegant, and there's a good variety of food. Omelets and well-done fried eggs can be ordered and prepared on the spot."

"This is my second visit to Muscat and I was impressed by the pool, which is over 100m long. The pool is truly gorgeous! Since August is the low season, there are not many guests at the hotel and you can swim in the pool alone, as if it were your own private pool! In fact, there are 3 pools. So you can choose the one that suits your taste. Perhaps, swimming in the Gulf of Oman did not impress me much. Let's just say that there are better seas. But, on the other hand, there is always such a small percentage of vacationers who want to swim in the sea that most people just need to go in, jump in the waves and get out. In terms of enjoying the beach, the experience here is 100% positive. The service on the beach is excellent! They constantly bring ice water with lemon and mint, offer refreshing napkins, and treat you to fruits. The hotel is designed in a traditional Arabic style and fully meets the idea of ​​a luxurious holiday. The dark palette in the interiors emphasizes the architecture and gives a sense of sophistication. For guests who book villas, the Amouage bath line is offered. In simpler rooms - Аsqua di Parma, which is also not bad! As for the food, in my opinion, it is ordinary, without frills. I received undoubted aesthetic pleasure from staying in this beautiful place, but the hotel did not make any gastronomic impressions on me. At the same time, there are no complaints about the service. Everyone I dealt with - reception staff, beach staff, waiters are exceptionally friendly and responsive!"
